The location is far away from the lake ( fireworks) main area. You need your own car for accessibility. Parking is free on site. Smaller establishment as compared to the main hotel accomodation in the main area where main shops/ bakery/ restaurants are located. Amenities given are ample and neatly arranged in the wooden box. Onsen room is useful and good for private moments. Water pressure in the bathroom is great Dressing area with table and drawer is in an ideal layout. Aircon unit is good and working. Bedding and pillows need improvement. Ventilation in the toilet bowl area need to have better airflow so the humid and smell will remain in that little section. Breakfast staff need to be more attentive before serving breakfast set to guests as they missed out one sashimi dish and had to be alerted when we cross checked with each other. Staff had to give a puzzled expression and it was totally unnecessary as the rest of us took the Japanese set as well and we can see what is missing if it's missing. They replaced the missing item after deliberating with their kitchen or back end. And with the new accommodation fees and taxes or onsen fees implemented on non-resident of Japan. We feel that it should be informed during check in time. And not during check out time and spring us with surprise as we have a schedule to work on and we are in a hurry. It felt very unpleasant and due to limited language efficiency had to even check with another friend who is a Japanese . And has to be clarified why there are three charges . This causes unnecessary stress, inconvenience and unpleasantness for visitors who expect a certain standard based on the reviews posted by other users. Unfortunately, the situations in the restaurant, check out and experience on the final day ruined the stay.

Das Hotel liegt am oberen Rand eines Hügels und bietet einen sehr schönen Blick. Die Umgebung ist sicherlich eines seiner Highlights. Der Bereich der Unsinn und seine Sichtweise waren jedoch nicht so beeindruckend, wie erwartet. Wenn Sie planen, außerhalb des Hotels zu essen, beachten Sie, dass Sie die Hügel nach unten fahren müssen, die ca. 30 Minuten dauert, um die nächsten Restaurants zu erreichen.

Wir waren absolut begeistert von unserem Aufenthalt im Nonokaze. Das Hotel ist wunderschön und die Mitarbeiter sind sehr großzügig – von den kostenlosen Angeboten in der Lounge bis hin zum Frühstücks- und Abendbuffet. Ich habe mein Geburtstagsessen im Restaurant N Vague aufgewertet, und es hat sich definitiv gelohnt. Die französische Küche mit lokalen Zutaten aus Hokkaido war köstlich und eines der Highlights meines Geburtstags. Was mich aber noch mehr berührt hat, war die Überraschung am nächsten Morgen. Vor unserer Tür hing eine Papiertüte mit einem gerahmten Foto von mir und meiner Mutter und einer kleinen Geburtstagsnachricht auf der Rückseite. Eine so liebevolle Geste, die ich nie vergessen werde. Unser Zimmer war ebenfalls wunderschön und sehr entspannend. Schon allein im Wohnbereich zu sitzen und auf den Toya-See zu blicken, war etwas Besonderes, und der Blick auf das Feuerwerk von unserem Zimmer aus war perfekt – es fühlte sich wirklich so an, als ob das Feuerwerk direkt vor uns wäre. Die Mitarbeiter waren alle sehr zuvorkommend und herzlich. Ich bin sehr glücklich und dankbar für unseren Aufenthalt im Nonokaze. Er hat meinen Geburtstag noch unvergesslicher gemacht, und dies ist definitiv ein Hotelerlebnis, das ich nie vergessen werde.

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt bei Ihrem Eigentum in Niseko. Alles überstieg unsere Erwartungen. Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber, komfortabel und schön gepflegt. Wir schätzten insbesondere die bedenklichen Komplimentarsnacks und Erfrischungen, die für uns bereitet wurden. Es war so ein schöner Touch und machte uns wirklich begrüßt. Vielen Dank für die hervorragende Gastfreundschaft. Wir würden es uns absolut lieben, in Zukunft wieder hier zu bleiben.

We had a wonderful stay at Niseko Grand Hotel! My friend and I truly enjoyed our time there. One of the highlights was definitely the hotel's own hot springs — absolutely amazing. There are both female-only and mixed-gender areas, which was a great option to have. The staff was incredibly friendly and always eager to help with anything we needed. Their hospitality really made us feel welcome. In fact, staying here felt more like being at a countryside residence than at a hotel — warm, peaceful, and cozy, just like home. We would definitely stay here again if we return to Niseko — and we hope we will! We stayed in a traditional Japanese-style room, which made the experience even more special. Yukata and yuami (bathing suit) were also provided. The hotel also offers free shuttle buses to the ski slopes regularly, which made it super convenient for us to enjoy the mountains. On the day of our departure, the hotel’s driver kindly took us to the nearest train station. Another standout was the hotel’s restaurant. Breakfast was included in our stay, and we also chose to have dinner there a few times. Every dish we tried was delicious and beautifully prepared. The buffet offered a wide variety of both Asian and Western cuisine, and the selection was impressive for both breakfast and dinner. We also tried eating out at a couple of other restaurants in Niseko, but we both agreed that the hotel’s restaurant was by far the best for us. Highly recommend this place!

Wenn Sie mit dem Bus fahren, können Sie die Chuo-dori-Straße nehmen, die am nächsten liegt. Die Fahrt mit dem Taxi zum Bahnhof kostet etwa 2.600. Das Zimmer hat Seeblick, ist aber nicht direkt darauf ausgerichtet, sondern etwas seitlich. Es ist besser, sich das Feuerwerk nachts am See anzuschauen. Frühstück und Abendessen sind recht reichhaltig, aber schade, dass es sich um ein Buffet handelt. Ich mag immer noch das Gefühl der Bankettküche. Oben und unten gibt es zwei heiße Quellen. Die oberste Etage bietet Seeblick und B1 bietet Gartenblick. sehr schön.

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt in Toya! Das Hotel liegt in der Nähe sowohl des Busbahnhofs als auch des Bahnhofs, was die Reise sehr einfach machte. Die Lage ist definitiv eines seiner besten Merkmale. Das Personal war sehr bequem und hilfreich während unseres Aufenthalts. Nur ein Kopf hoch es gibt kein privates Bad im Zimmer, so bereitet euch auf das öffentliche Bad/Wäsche zu verwenden. Aber ehrlich gesagt, war das Wäsche sehr gut und entspannt, so war es eine tolle Erfahrung. Ein Taxi früh am Morgen (vor 7 Uhr) kann in Toya sehr schwierig sein, so ist es besser, Ihren Taxi vor der Nacht zu arrangieren. Ein Taxi vom Bahnhof bis zum Hotel kostet rund 2,000–3,000 Yen. Insgesamt, ein komfortables, entspannendes und bequemes Aufenthaltsort!

Wir wohnten damals im Toya Kohen Tai Hotel. Wir bekamen Zimmer mit Blick auf den Toya-See, eine sehr schöne Aussicht und man konnte den wunderschönen See und die Berge sehen. Das Hotel bietet kostenlose Parkplätze für die Gäste. Das öffentliche Onsen im 9. Stock ist sehr praktisch und den ganzen Tag geöffnet, außer von 1 bis 2 Uhr morgens. Es gibt eine Reinigungspause, es ist sehr schön und sauber. Das Hotelbuffet bietet gutes Essen und eine tolle Aussicht. Wir wohnten in Zimmern im japanischen Stil, das Hotel hat nur Matratzensets vorbereitet, wir müssen unsere eigenen Betten aufstellen. Wir mögen dieses Hotel.

Review: 5-Night Stay at One Niseko Hotel, Japan We recently stayed five nights at One Niseko and overall enjoyed our stay, but there are some important things future guests — especially skiers — should know. The rooms were spacious, generally clean, and had very comfortable beds and linens. A few small maintenance issues could use attention, but nothing that seriously affected our stay. Breakfast was decent but fairly repetitive, with mostly the same offerings each day aside from a few rotating dishes. Transportation logistics are probably the biggest consideration. The hotel only offers one daily pickup from the Grand Hirafu bus terminal, and it requires advance reservation. The hotel shuttle itself runs only to Annupuri and Moiwa and does so infrequently, often not aligning well with lift closing times. If the upper mountain lifts close early 3:30pm if they open at all  and may unexpectedly close due to wind or snow.Yyou can easily end up far from the hotel in this situation. Without the shuttle, taxis are limited and cost around $30 USD, or you may face a crowded 1.5-hour bus ride — skis included. The hotel is also quite far from Grand Hirafu, and there aren’t many restaurants within walking distance. We even walked back from Moiwa one day in the rain because the shuttle wouldn’t return for another hour — not ideal after skiing. On the positive side, ski rental prices at the hotel were actually better than many shops in the surrounding area. The hotel restaurant is flexible too — if it’s not full, you can usually walk in without a reservation. The onsen itself is nice, but etiquette enforcement could improve. Some guests were not following standard onsen rules and wearing underwear in the baths, which created an awkward atmosphere (I felt like an exhibitionist!). Management may want to either enforce rules more clearly or consider alternative policies to maintain guest comfort (allow swimsuits). Overall, we did enjoy our stay, but unless you have a rental car, I would strongly recommend considering accommodation in Niseko Village or closer to the lifts for convenience. One Niseko is comfortable but somewhat isolated, and transportation can become challenging quickly depending on weather and lift operations.
