KKellyPark Hyatt Niseko Hanazono’s architecture, environment, interior design, and lighting design were all truly wonderful. We were consistently impressed by the excellence of service, which made our visit even more memorable.
The food and beverage service was warm and attentive, enhancing the overall dining experience. The front desk and transportation team were outstanding in assisting us with our trip activities and transport arrangements. Additionally, the housekeeping department did a fantastic job in keeping our room clean and tidy.
It is evident that the hardware and software (the staff) at Park Hyatt Niseko Hanazono are perfectly matched. We are so glad we chose to stay at Park Hyatt Niseko Hanazono
We look forward to returning in the future!

MMomo:DIch hatte schon früh morgens gefragt, ob das Abendessen um 20:30 Uhr serviert wird… aber wegen einer Flugverspätung kam ich erst um 20:15 Uhr im Hotel an. Wir parkten am Haupteingang, zeigten unsere Pässe zum Einchecken vor und sagten nichts weiter! Der Mitarbeiter sagte uns ohne viel Aufhebens, wir sollten unsere Essensgutscheine holen und essen, um den Rest würden sie sich kümmern! (Ich hatte schon überlegt, das Abendessen ausfallen zu lassen… also habe ich es einfach gelassen 😥). Das war ein riesiger Pluspunkt für uns!
Die Thermalquellen sind nach Geschlechtern getrennt, und Fotografieren ist nicht erlaubt… definitiv ein Erlebnis der Extraklasse! Die Außen-Thermalquellen bieten die Möglichkeit zur Sternenbeobachtung.
Wenn Sie Ihr Auto am Eingang parken, hilft Ihnen jemand beim Einparken.

JjdjobIch hatte vor kurzem die Freude, im Windsor Hotel zu bleiben, und ich muss sagen, dass es über meine Erwartungen hinausgeht. Von dem Moment, als ich ankam, machte mich das Personal wirklich mit ihrem warmen und aufmerksamen Service begrüßt.
Das Zimmer war schön gepflegt, sauber und gezielt gestaltet, bietet sowohl Komfort als auch ein Gefühl der ruhigen Luxus. Jedes Detail, egal wie klein, reflektierte einen hohen Standard der Pflege.
Was mich am meisten beeindruckt war die Gesamterfahrungsmooth, entspannend und wirklich genießbar. Es geht nicht nur um die Einrichtungen, sondern um die Menschen und die Atmosphäre, die sie erschaffen.
Ich habe ehrlich gesagt in vielen bekannten Hotels auf der ganzen Welt geblieben, aber das Serviceniveau hier steht in seiner einzigartigen Weise. Windsor Hotel ist sicherlich ein Ort, an dem ich wieder zurückkehren würde.

GGastnutzerEs war mein erster Skiausflug nach Niseko und ich entschied mich für das Hilton Hotel mit Ski-in-Ski-out-Anschluss. Obwohl die Einrichtungen etwas in die Jahre gekommen sind, hat sich meine Familie dort sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Hotelservice war sehr gut, abends gab es Sänger in der Lobby und Skibegeisterte aus aller Welt trafen sich zum Austausch. Auch das Frühstück war sehr reichhaltig und die Therme konnte bis spät in die Nacht genutzt werden. Im ersten Stock gab es auch einen kleinen Laden. In der Nähe des Hotels gab es ein italienisches Restaurant und das Essen war sehr gut. Natürlich ist der Preis im Hilton während der Schneesaison etwas hoch, aber die Erinnerungen sind sehr gut und ich werde wieder hingehen.

We are extremely satisfied with the Vale this hotel. The room was spacious and had a pleasant surprise with its large floor-to-ceiling windows offering a wide and high view that allowed us to enjoy a snowscape. The facilities in the room are also very comprehensive, including a kitchen, a washer, and a dryer, which we are very satisfied with. Patricia (sweet smiling lady) knew that there were three of us and prepared an extra third chair so that we could all sit together to eat.
Melanie and Liam provided impeccable service. Despite the booking only two nights at The Vale, and we needed to move to Rusutsu resort ( no available in the Vale for the rest of our holiday) they assisted us to deliver our 7 luggage’s to Rusutsu resort(that hotel service is very so so)
This led us to The Rusutsu Resort hotel where our luggage was handled very well. Despite the extremely cold , Melanie and Liam were there to help us load our luggage onto the car, and Liam ensured that our belongings were safely delivered to the other Resort.
Honestly , the price in the Vale is value for money for this truly wonderful experience. Rusutsu Resort hotel is overpriced with the such quality service .

KKelsie MunroExcellent service from check in to check out by the wonderful staff at Chatrium Niseko. They were always there if we needed anything and helped organise transfers to and from the airport via taxi. We were a few minutes walk to the Ace family chairlift where we could then explore around snowboarding and using multiple gondolas and lifts from there. Lots of food trucks and convenience stores on the way back to the hotel which was super convenient. Arigato for a wonderful experience!

VViktoriia KWe had a wonderful stay at Niseko Grand Hotel! My friend and I truly enjoyed our time there. One of the highlights was definitely the hotel's own hot springs — absolutely amazing. There are both female-only and mixed-gender areas, which was a great option to have.
The staff was incredibly friendly and always eager to help with anything we needed. Their hospitality really made us feel welcome. In fact, staying here felt more like being at a countryside residence than at a hotel — warm, peaceful, and cozy, just like home. We would definitely stay here again if we return to Niseko — and we hope we will!
We stayed in a traditional Japanese-style room, which made the experience even more special. Yukata and yuami (bathing suit) were also provided.
The hotel also offers free shuttle buses to the ski slopes regularly, which made it super convenient for us to enjoy the mountains. On the day of our departure, the hotel’s driver kindly took us to the nearest train station.
Another standout was the hotel’s restaurant. Breakfast was included in our stay, and we also chose to have dinner there a few times. Every dish we tried was delicious and beautifully prepared. The buffet offered a wide variety of both Asian and Western cuisine, and the selection was impressive for both breakfast and dinner.
We also tried eating out at a couple of other restaurants in Niseko, but we both agreed that the hotel’s restaurant was by far the best for us.
Highly recommend this place!

WwaynethepaintTrip.com hat immer mein Weg für Reisebuchungen gewesen. Ähnlich dieses Mal nach Niseko, entschieden, eine weitere Woche zu verlängern und MyEcolodge kam in der Suche.
Ich muss sagen, dass die Scheckin schwimmt, aber was ich dachte, ich buchte, ist sehr anders als das, was mir zugewiesen wurde. Ich dachte, was ich buchte, war ein Zimmer für mich selbst, aber es scheint als ein geteiltes Zimmer. Es ist nicht viel, aber das Gefühl der Missinterpretation hinterlässt einen schrecklichen Geschmack.
(Trip.com CS stieg in und half, die Dinge zu klären, aber es gibt nichts, was getan werden könnte. Spitzensaison, und überall anders ist vollständig reserviert oder ohne Zahlung einer Prämie)
Das sagte, der Aufenthalt war gut. MyEcolodge sitzt in einer sehr bequemen Lage nur ein paar Haltestellen von Hirafu. Es gibt verschiedene Busse einschließlich kostenlosen Shutters, so dass wirklich eine Erleichterung aus dem Kopf)
7eleven, ein kleines Café, ein Hotpot/Shabushabu Restaurant ist nur von Ihnen entfernt. Das Hostel hat auch seine eigene Café, obwohl ich nie dort essen (das Essen sieht gut aus).
Sie haben einen riesigen Lagerraum für Ihre Geschirr, ziemlich sicher, so keine Sorgen. Pantry, Waschraum, Waschraum sind ziemlich geräumig und gepflegt.
Das Zimmer selbst ist gut, nichts zu wüten. Nichts zu beschweren. Handtücher sind frei und sauber. Alles andere, was Sie bezahlen müssen.

EExpat EDventuresReview: 5-Night Stay at One Niseko Hotel, Japan
We recently stayed five nights at One Niseko and overall enjoyed our stay, but there are some important things future guests — especially skiers — should know.
The rooms were spacious, generally clean, and had very comfortable beds and linens. A few small maintenance issues could use attention, but nothing that seriously affected our stay. Breakfast was decent but fairly repetitive, with mostly the same offerings each day aside from a few rotating dishes.
Transportation logistics are probably the biggest consideration. The hotel only offers one daily pickup from the Grand Hirafu bus terminal, and it requires advance reservation. The hotel shuttle itself runs only to Annupuri and Moiwa and does so infrequently, often not aligning well with lift closing times. If the upper mountain lifts close early 3:30pm if they open at all and may unexpectedly close due to wind or snow.Yyou can easily end up far from the hotel in this situation. Without the shuttle, taxis are limited and cost around $30 USD, or you may face a crowded 1.5-hour bus ride — skis included.
The hotel is also quite far from Grand Hirafu, and there aren’t many restaurants within walking distance. We even walked back from Moiwa one day in the rain because the shuttle wouldn’t return for another hour — not ideal after skiing.
On the positive side, ski rental prices at the hotel were actually better than many shops in the surrounding area. The hotel restaurant is flexible too — if it’s not full, you can usually walk in without a reservation.
The onsen itself is nice, but etiquette enforcement could improve. Some guests were not following standard onsen rules and wearing underwear in the baths, which created an awkward atmosphere (I felt like an exhibitionist!). Management may want to either enforce rules more clearly or consider alternative policies to maintain guest comfort (allow swimsuits).
Overall, we did enjoy our stay, but unless you have a rental car, I would strongly recommend considering accommodation in Niseko Village or closer to the lifts for convenience. One Niseko is comfortable but somewhat isolated, and transportation can become challenging quickly depending on weather and lift operations.
