I was looking forward to my stay in Setsu Niseko but I feel disappointed with their breakfast. Maybe it’s green season, breakfast choices is based on Ala carte and very limited to same menu; kids have to eat the same thing everyday, no other choice. Parking: no complimentary parking for hotel guest, you have to pay JPY2000/day. Pro: room is spacious, onsen is good, hotel is very clean!

Park Hyatt Niseko Hanazono’s architecture, environment, interior design, and lighting design were all truly wonderful. We were consistently impressed by the excellence of service, which made our visit even more memorable. The food and beverage service was warm and attentive, enhancing the overall dining experience. The front desk and transportation team were outstanding in assisting us with our trip activities and transport arrangements. Additionally, the housekeeping department did a fantastic job in keeping our room clean and tidy. It is evident that the hardware and software (the staff) at Park Hyatt Niseko Hanazono are perfectly matched. We are so glad we chose to stay at Park Hyatt Niseko Hanazono We look forward to returning in the future!

Das war mein dritter Aufenthalt in The Maples, und ich hätte es nicht mehr genossen. Dieses Mal kam ich mit nur meinem Freund anstatt mit der Familie, so bearbeitete ich die meisten der Logistik selbst. Ich vertraute wirklich auf Hilfe des Personals und der Maples, vor, während und nach meiner Reise! Selbst einen Monat vor meiner Reise, habe ich viel Hilfe mit Transport, Skipassen usw. durch E-Mail mit dem Personal, die immer so schnell zu beantworten und sehr freundlich waren. Während meines Aufenthalts, sie halfen mir auch viel mit Abendessen Reservierungen usw. Jede Anfrage oder Frage, die ich hatte, wurde mit einem freundlichen Lächeln getroffen. Natürlich genossen ich die Lage wieder riesig. Es war großartig, in vielen Geschäften und Restaurants zu gehen und auch in und aus zu skiieren. Dieses Mal habe ich auch ein Auto vermietet und Parkplatz in den Maples war immer verfügbar und einfach. Das Hotel war immer hell und sauber. Meine einzige Beschwerde, wenn ich erwähnen musste, war, dass mein Zimmer keine schwarzen Gräber hatte ... so dass ich jeden Morgen recht früh durch das natürliche Sonnenlicht aufgewacht wurde!! Aber das hat mir wirklich geholfen, auf den Schienen hell und früh aufzustehen, also ein Perk schließlich!

Es war mein erster Skiausflug nach Niseko und ich entschied mich für das Hilton Hotel mit Ski-in-Ski-out-Anschluss. Obwohl die Einrichtungen etwas in die Jahre gekommen sind, hat sich meine Familie dort sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Hotelservice war sehr gut, abends gab es Sänger in der Lobby und Skibegeisterte aus aller Welt trafen sich zum Austausch. Auch das Frühstück war sehr reichhaltig und die Therme konnte bis spät in die Nacht genutzt werden. Im ersten Stock gab es auch einen kleinen Laden. In der Nähe des Hotels gab es ein italienisches Restaurant und das Essen war sehr gut. Natürlich ist der Preis im Hilton während der Schneesaison etwas hoch, aber die Erinnerungen sind sehr gut und ich werde wieder hingehen.

很好的酒店 無論是服務，硬件，配件都是一流的 入住時前台會提供一個WhatsApp電話 方便客人入住期間的所有安排，包括安排車接送，更換毛巾，預約清潔等等。 我們訂的是三房間隔的房間，配有三個廁所，家人們早上都不用排隊，房間對正羊蹄山，拍照超好看。 早餐中規中矩，沒有太驚喜的，已經包括在房價內，沒有太多要求，如果對早餐有要求的可以自己買材料回酒店煮。 唯一比較遜色的，就是廚房設備，沒有火鍋的設備，但是微波爐及蒸焗爐是Miele的，很好用很方便，看得出酒店的管理團隊很愿意花钱在硬件上。 最值得稱讚的就是服務，由於酒店距離雪場相對比較遠，每次叫車來回雪場接送都很方便，只需要提前5至10分鐘通知就可以。 下次再來二世古也必定會再住的酒店 Thanks intuition team again🥰

Right at the centre of Hirafu - you have to walk a bit upslope to the ski lifts. Check in is at another building / hotel so beware if you're not driving. The space is well equipped with a full kitchen and washing machine, as well as heaters. There is also a ski locker on the ground floorwhere you can pit your ski equipment. However we noticed a smell of fresh renovating works once we entered the room - though we're not sure where that came from. If you're driving, beware they only have 2 parking spaces in front of the building which are not designated for guests. So if someone else parked that space, you have to find somewhere where you're not considered a hassle. Note you are not supposed to park behind the building nor the space next to the 2 parking spaces.

Obwohl meine Reisebussen beim Ankunftstermin ein Zimmer versehentlich waren, erhielten sie bald die richtigen Daten. Das gesamte Wohnzimmer war sehr gut, nur weil es im Mittelgebäude war. Das Badezimmer und das Bett waren unterschiedliche Etagen, was zu meinem langen Bad führte, dass ich einen besonderen Grund und Boden benötigt habe, um die Nacht zu schwimmen, Es gibt eine nette Familie und sehr freundliche Familienanzüge auf dem Feld. Andere Servicepersonal, Restaurants, Parkplatz-Shuttles und Flughafen-Busse sind sehr gut. Das nächste Mal wird die Möglichkeit geprüft, zu bleiben.

Review: 5-Night Stay at One Niseko Hotel, Japan We recently stayed five nights at One Niseko and overall enjoyed our stay, but there are some important things future guests — especially skiers — should know. The rooms were spacious, generally clean, and had very comfortable beds and linens. A few small maintenance issues could use attention, but nothing that seriously affected our stay. Breakfast was decent but fairly repetitive, with mostly the same offerings each day aside from a few rotating dishes. Transportation logistics are probably the biggest consideration. The hotel only offers one daily pickup from the Grand Hirafu bus terminal, and it requires advance reservation. The hotel shuttle itself runs only to Annupuri and Moiwa and does so infrequently, often not aligning well with lift closing times. If the upper mountain lifts close early 3:30pm if they open at all  and may unexpectedly close due to wind or snow.Yyou can easily end up far from the hotel in this situation. Without the shuttle, taxis are limited and cost around $30 USD, or you may face a crowded 1.5-hour bus ride — skis included. The hotel is also quite far from Grand Hirafu, and there aren’t many restaurants within walking distance. We even walked back from Moiwa one day in the rain because the shuttle wouldn’t return for another hour — not ideal after skiing. On the positive side, ski rental prices at the hotel were actually better than many shops in the surrounding area. The hotel restaurant is flexible too — if it’s not full, you can usually walk in without a reservation. The onsen itself is nice, but etiquette enforcement could improve. Some guests were not following standard onsen rules and wearing underwear in the baths, which created an awkward atmosphere (I felt like an exhibitionist!). Management may want to either enforce rules more clearly or consider alternative policies to maintain guest comfort (allow swimsuits). Overall, we did enjoy our stay, but unless you have a rental car, I would strongly recommend considering accommodation in Niseko Village or closer to the lifts for convenience. One Niseko is comfortable but somewhat isolated, and transportation can become challenging quickly depending on weather and lift operations.
