Business Hotels in Abuta District

The view on Lake Toya from the hotel was spectacular. We were lucky to have witnessed the cloud sea and sunrise. From the other angle, we could see the full view of Mt Yotei, also known as Hokkaido Fuji. There are few restaurants in the hotel, including the Japanese, Chinese, French, and the Italian. There was also good onsen in the hotel, both idoor and outdoor. We will definitely come back to stay again in the future.

Es war mein erster Skiausflug nach Niseko und ich entschied mich für das Hilton Hotel mit Ski-in-Ski-out-Anschluss. Obwohl die Einrichtungen etwas in die Jahre gekommen sind, hat sich meine Familie dort sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Hotelservice war sehr gut, abends gab es Sänger in der Lobby und Skibegeisterte aus aller Welt trafen sich zum Austausch. Auch das Frühstück war sehr reichhaltig und die Therme konnte bis spät in die Nacht genutzt werden. Im ersten Stock gab es auch einen kleinen Laden. In der Nähe des Hotels gab es ein italienisches Restaurant und das Essen war sehr gut. Natürlich ist der Preis im Hilton während der Schneesaison etwas hoch, aber die Erinnerungen sind sehr gut und ich werde wieder hingehen.

I would like to share a few words with you about our feeling of coming back to your Park Hyatt Hanazono hotel from 29/3/2024 to 3/4/2024. We are beginners of skiing, therefore, our first choice is a ski-in and ski-out hotel. Therefore, last year we came to your hotel and we came back again for further improvement of our skiing. We travelled a long way from the airport to your hotel for almost over 3 hours. However, we didn't receive a warm welcome from your hotel by the time we got out of our car. By the time we checked-in, the handling time took much longer than I expected, maybe we all felt tired after long travelling and wanted to go up to our room. Another guest who was sitting next to me seemed to complain about your service to another staff.. When we arrived at our room, only 3 mandarins were put on the table to welcome us but they did not look very attractive. Next morning, the breakfast was as good as last year, because nothing more had changed. But again, not very welcoming. Our dishes were piling up on the table long before they were taken away. That was not the case last year. We asked guest service to fold up the sofa bed as we wanted it to be more spacious. However, I called several to get it done when we came back from skiing in the evening. But we clearly said we could do it when we were out in the daytime. We booked 2 adults and 1 child, however, we could only find 3 adult clothes for onsen. We called guest service to provide us with child cloth for onsen. However, after tidying up, they provided us with another 3 sets of clothes for onsen again. So, my daughter wore oversized clothes to the onsen. It was not like this when we first came here last year. Luckily, on the third day, we met a new and young manager during breakfast, we received a warm welcoming smile for the first time. We chatted for a while and my daughter felt happy with him. Last year, my daughter made some friends here with your staff and learnt some Japanese from your staff. That made her like the Japanese culture and language. Ironically, after folding up the sofa bed, they mistakenly mixed up my daughter white colored soft toy - cinnamoroll - with the bed sheets for the laundry. Luckily, maybe with the help of the young guy, we found it back. My daughter was so delighted, thanks for all your efforts, but however, the soft toy had been shrunk by the laundry machine. The inner tubing was one of our favors in Park Hyatt Hotel, however, it looked obscenity and did not match with the natural scenery and the well-designed architecture surroundings at all. It looked like a facility in a developing country. Next Easter holiday was a late holiday, maybe no more snow for skiing. Originally we had planned to come again with whole families of six for skiing. Maybe it is high time for us to look for another ski-in ski-out hotel, though I have promised the young guy to meet him next year.

A view like no other by the beautiful lake. From the greeting at the start, a welcome drink and snack, we were well looked after. The buffet breakfast and dinner were delicious with a wide variety. The chef rings a bell with every new serve! The nightly fireworks were stunning to view from the comfort of our hotel room. It was easy to access the rest of the lake area where we stayed. The second parking lot is easy to access with a shuttle bus. With yukata to wear and a lovely onsen space, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay there. The only small thing was a tissue and tooth pick that had been missed that was under the bed but alerted the reception and they apologised and sent someone to clean it straight away. Highly recommend you enjoy the lake side views, the dragon footbath and hiring the swan motorised boat to enjoy the lake!

Das Hotel ist groß, die Zimmer sind groß und die Einrichtungen sind ausreichend. Es ist wie ein Einkaufszentrum mit Restaurants und Geschäften. Der einzige Nachteil ist, dass es besser wäre, wenn es ein Fitnessstudio gäbe Das Hotel verfügt über viele Restaurantoptionen, unter anderem ist das Buffet beim Oktoberfest wirklich gut und bietet eine große Auswahl. Darüber hinaus ist das Skigebiet wirklich großartig, der Schnee ist sehr weich und weich Wir haben einen Termin mit einem Trainer vereinbart, um Skifahren zu lernen. Der einzige Nachteil ist, dass der Ort, an dem wir Werkzeuge leihen, etwas weit von der Schule entfernt ist. Für Anfänger ist es wirklich schwierig, mit Skischuhen und vielen Utensilien eine Weile zu laufen. Das kostenlose Frühstück bietet auch verschiedene Restaurantoptionen und schmeckt gut Das Hotel verfügt über ein Badehaus und eine heiße Quelle. Leider soll die heiße Quelle am nächsten Morgen sauber gewesen sein und ich konnte vor dem Auschecken kein weiteres Bad nehmen.

It’s was a wonderful time visiting Rusutsu. The Westin Hotel was a great accommodation for short, medium, and long vacations. Fortunately, staffs were professional and they always had service mind. I got helped from one staff changed a wrong ski-pass to a new correct one. I stayed only for 3 days and felt so comfy. Thank you.

Best stay in my Hokkaido trip! I am glad that that I made the decision to switch from staying at Noboribetsu to Toya Lake, and chose this hotel! Everything was great, from service to amazing onsens (both of them at L8 with amazing calm view, and at L1 with Japanese garden view), to the location of the hotel right in front of the lake looking at the majestic Mount Yotei! The dinner and breakfast spreads were fantastic! For the price you pay that includes the dinner and breakfast, and the best location looking at the lake and the mountain, it will be the best decision you make for your trip!

Nachdem wir erfahren, dass wir auf einer Reise waren, um unsere Verpflichtung zu feiern, war das Hotel sehr nett, einige zusätzliche Snacks zu bieten, um den Stimmung zu leben. Das Personal war sehr flüssig in Englisch und konnte klare Leitlinien für die Verwendung des Hotels Onsen erläutern und eine kurze und leicht zu verstehen Einführung in den Hotelverzeichnis und Dienstleistungen, die bei der Eincheckung zur Verfügung stehen. Danke für den wunderbaren Aufenthalt!

Sehr bequem, wenn Sie planen, einige Skifahren in Niseko, großes Abendessen Menü und erstaunliche Lounge mit einem Feuerplatz und Ergänzungswein. Frühstück ist japanisch stil ohne Alternativen, das Personal ist nett, aber das Anrufen eines Taxis ist Mission unmöglich und jeder ist ziemlich abschiedslos mit den Gästen, wie es kein Taxi gibt und das ist nicht unser Problem, In einem Hotel, das so teuer ist, sollte es Ihr Problem sein, ob Sie es mögen oder nicht.

Es macht seinem Namen alle Ehre. Die Landschaft des Toya-Sees ist wirklich schön. Bei schönem Wetter kann man aus dem Fenster jederzeit schöne Fotos machen Ich war zwei Tage dort und es ist fast jeden Tag das Gleiche. Ich empfehle Ihnen, in der Nebensaison kein Frühstück und Abendessen im Hotel zu buchen, da die Geschäfte rund um den Toya-See sehr buddhistisch sind und möglicherweise nicht geöffnet sind Zu jeder Zeit, und selbst wenn sie öffnen, im Gegensatz zu den Izakayas in der Stadt, die um 8 oder 9 Uhr um 11 oder 12 Uhr schließen, werde ich morgens nur die Convenience-Stores öffnen, wenn ich nach 10 Uhr ausgehe. Die meisten Geschäfte haben nach 10 Uhr geöffnet. Außer Convenience-Stores gibt es heutzutage natürlich nur noch etwas.
