Das Hotel ist wirklich schön mit einer authentischen und warmen Atmosphäre. Es war hier sauber und wir haben ein schönes Deluxe-Zimmer mit guten Betten und guten Klimaanlage. Das Personal ist professionell und sehr bedienungsorientiert - aber vor allem unglaublich schön und freundlich. Wir senden vor allem unsere warmsten Grüße an Marta. Wir fanden uns sehr gut. Wir hatten ein Paket von drei Tagen einschließlich SPA, wir haben drei Tage hinzugefügt .... und dann was machst du? Doch zwei; wir fügen einen anderen Tag hinzu. Die Unterkunft befindet sich etwa eine halbe Stunde von Lucca, etwa eine Stunde von Pisa und etwa eine Stunde von Florenz. Fahren mit dem Zug hat Sie nicht einmal das Problem, Parkplätze zu finden. Mit Preisen zwischen 5/7€ pro Person. Das Personal, das ich Ihnen sage, ist es. Beginnen Sie mit der Rezeption, um zu sagen, den Reinigungspersonal; freundlich, vorbereitet, freundlich. Ich vergaß, wir haben auch den privaten Parkplatz, der etwa 100/200 Meter von der Unterkunft entfernt ist, zu einem einfachen Preis von 6 oder 8 € pro Tag. Super location and nice rooms. Unfortunately a lot of coach parties arrived during and stay so it was super busy. I actually caught covid from one of the party who coughed all over me :(( Also when I asked for a towel for poolside I was rudely spoken to. Breakfast nothing special and breakfast room too busy Would stay again but choose my time

The location is good. And you can walk from Montecatini Termes Station for just around 8 minutes. But it’s cold in October, and it seems like that the heater was not open yet. But it was not cold in the evening. It doesn’t have free tea and coffee. The button of kettle is very hot when boiling water. And my finger got burnt when trying to turn it off(it can’t turn off automatically). The room is very small but the restroom is big. It’s not suitable to open window because backyard is a parking lot and you can smell gas. But the front desk people are helpful. Though they are not very outgoing, they are willing to solve your problem. You can ask them to book taxi. And the breakfast is so so. Dishes were limited and there were only two hot dishes (sausage and eggs, or bacon and eggs). And it doesn’t have spa and swimming pool. All in all, it’s fine.

Wonderful hotel! A special thank you to the lovely manager — she is incredibly kind, caring, and always ready to help. She really makes you feel welcome and well taken care of. The rooms are beautiful, cozy, and spotlessly clean. The whole hotel has a warm and pleasant atmosphere, and all the staff are friendly and attentive. I had a wonderful stay and would definitely come back. Highly recommended!

Alles war sehr gut,was mich gestört hat,das daß Personal an der Bar nicht sich die Kartennummer vom Zimmer zeigen lässt,und Leute einfach auf unser Zimmer Getränke getrunken haben. Und man uns beim abreisen eine Getränkerechnung übergeben wollte. Doch daß konnten wir gleich klären. Ein Tip an das Hotel. Bei Getränke oder Essen Bestellungen, Schlüsselnummer zeigen lassen.!!!!

Schöner Ort. Viele grüne Bereiche um das Hotel. Großer Pool vor dem Hotel. Zimmer sind groß, sauber. Frühstück sind sehr reich und verschieden 🙂. Wir kommen immer zurück, wenn wir in der 🙂 Nachbarschaft sind.

Io e mia moglie Alejandra abbiamo soggiornato la settimana centrale di agosto, ci siamo trovati benissimo, il posto é veramente bello, strategico e curatissimo, il personale attento e gentile, le camere spaziose, confortevoli e soprattutto molto pulite e luminose. Colazione a buffet con ottimi prodotti, piscina pulita, posto auto e una pace incredibile! Torneremo sicuramente, grazie ancora a tutto lo staff! David e Ale ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

We stayed one night as a couple with our pet and had an absolutely wonderful experience. The room was perfectly clean, beautifully arranged, and equipped with fresh white towels(love it). Everything felt spotless and comfortable from the very beginning. Perfect location a well! The staff greeted us with such kindness and genuine hospitality that we immediately felt at home. They were attentive, polite, and always ready to help with a smile. For travelers with pets there will be no problem at all — the hotel is truly pet-friendly and welcoming. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay and would gladly come back again. Highly recommended to anyone looking for a clean, cozy, and friendly place to stay!
