Rooms are overall clean however some of the furniture seem to be getting old and carpet in the room has bunch of stains and unpleasant smell which are very off putting.
Impressive views.
Food in the restaurants is okay but cocktail hour food is very much below the class.
Had a lot of billing issues with front office was unfortunate as they had charged me additional amount (which they reversed after I pointed out) but such mishap is not expected from a 5 star hotel.
Overall I would suggest there are multiple Taj chain options in the city which can serve much better service at the same (or even lower) price

I asked 4 times to get the schedules through email but that email never came . Be careful cause the security at swimming pool is just like a decoration cause everyone can enter without having the room card to the swimming pool area by just jumping in while some clients are entering. And maybe there is a collaboration with the staff because actually in such beggars clothes how can they pass unobservant even the main door of the reception of the hotel! They have strict policies about cancellation which normally all the other marriotts of the world have..specially with clients who have diamond and travel genius highest level as vip clients .they dont consider that they stayed the entire week 7 days and it can happen that the last day some unpredictable work thing can happen. The 24 /7 service is just a fake thing cause if you call at a normal 10 pm the person's who ll pick up the phone after a LONG wait they still make you wait for the next morning for the concerned person to come and ask. They say ”we ll call you back but that call never comes” .

KKusalka HerathMy stay at the Radisson Mumbai had its ups and downs. The room was comfortable, but the ongoing construction was a major issue. The noise was persistent, and on one day, the hammering was so loud, it was right next to my room, making it impossible to rest or sleep properly.
A particularly frustrating experience was at the GOMA restaurant. We ordered a course meal and specifically asked about portion sizes beforehand, being told that each portion would be suitable for one person. However, when the food arrived, the portions were large enough for more than two people. We had to cancel the main course and other dishes as we couldn’t finish the earlier ones. Despite this, we were charged for the entire course. It's the restaurant’s duty to accurately inform guests about portion sizes, and this miscommunication led to an unfortunate dining experience.
That said, the staff in other areas truly stood out. Shivam and Vijay from the restaurant were incredibly attentive, always remembering my regular orders and ensuring I had my coffee packed when I was rushing to work. Jaytin from Musafar Restaurant was a big help with packed lunches, always providing us with delicious food and paying close attention to our preferences. Arjun from in-room dining was consistently polite and friendly, making every meal delivery a pleasant experience.
While the hotel had its challenges, the efforts of these staff members helped improve my stay.

But design of the hotel is fantastic and great facilities such as Gym, Sauna, Swimming pool, several restaurants.
Great stay if you want to stay near the airport and want to have some fun before your flight.

Ich bin ein Rückpacker aus den USA und dauerte eine Weile, um ein gutes Hotel in Mumbai zu finden, da es mein erstes Besuch in dieser wunderbaren Stadt war. Jedes Hotel hatte schlechte Bewertungen oder sehr teuer.
Also entschloss ich mich, diese zu nehmen und einen Taxidienst zu mieten, (die Sie auf dieser Website tun könnten.) Das Hotel ist eine Fahrt südlich vom Flughafen in Colaba. Die Lage ist perfekt. Es ist die Straße vom berühmten Hotel Taj Mahal, so wie es irgendwelche besser machen könnte. Ein kurzer Spaziergang von allen touristischen Orten. Es ist perfekt.
Das Hotel fühlte sich sehr sicher. Es gibt Sicherheit, die über Sie wache und die Zimmer sind im zweiten Stock. Es gibt ein Front Desk und jeder dort ist freundlich und hilfreich.
Das Zimmer ist sehr sauber, keine Bugs, kein Staub, guter Ac, kleine Süßigkeiten und eine perfekte Dusche. Perfekter Druck, perfektes heißes Wasser. Sie haben Tee, Kaffee und unbegrenzte Wasserflaschen.
Das Frühstück ist der beste Teil. Bitte verschwinden Sie nicht! Sie haben eine Menge Optionen von Indian nach Westen & alles wird mit Pflege und Liebe gemacht. Das Frühstück könnte der beste Teil sein :) idk, wer der Koch ist, aber er/sie hat eine wunderbare Arbeit gemacht.
Ok, also keine Suche und keine Stress mehr! Buchen Sie dieses Hotel, es ist ein Gewinner!
