Hotels in Medan mit Parkplatz

Booked 2 rooms for 4 guests via trip.com with an additional request for rooms with a connecting door. In the trip.com app, we intentionally correctly filled all the guest details for each rooms. Upon checkin, the hotel’s front desk said they cant accommodate the connecting room request because they say it was booked under different names. Sadly they used this opportunity to argue with us, printing out in front of ourselves with their printer on the front desk: 2 separate reservations under different names (Maybe since we intentionally filled those guest names correctly? But the contact number and email is still the same, no?). From it we briefly saw all details like the 2 different reservations numbers they used as the crucial evidence, and how our booking was routed through ******* (From this detail one could argue the request was lost through the flawed trip.com system. Yet the hotel could’ve investigated and be more proactive after seeing a reservation for one room asking for connecting doors??). I thought hotel guests checking in at night only wanted rest, not attending trial??? Although to be fair in the end they got us 2 connecting rooms, albeit at a low floor (after the unnecessary bargaining). They required Rp200K as deposit. Room was clean, with a very useful Korean brand smart tv. Functional hair dryer, good lighting, with an in-room safe, and a small fridge/chiller. Breakfast could’ve been better, but there’s a lot of cafes and restaurants within walking distance. We got valet parking but didn’t pay for it, was it complimentary because of the limited parking space this hotel has, or did we get it as compensation/goodwill, we never knew (this was not explained at check in).

Wir hatten 2 Nacht-Gate weg hier, Fantastisches Aufenthalt 💕💕💕💕💕!!! Frühstück superb! Strand ist wunderschöner Blick, Einrichtungen sind Top-Knoten! Ich hatte viele schöne Fotos hier im Hotelbereich. Jede Ecke ist wunderschöner Fotospot !!

Das Zimmer war insgesamt bequem, aber ich war enttäuscht, dass eine der Handtücher sichtbare Farben auf sie hatte. Handtücher sollten sauber und spotless für jeden Gast. Die Hausaufbewahrung sollte sie sorgfältiger inspizieren und jede verfärbte Handtücher ersetzen, bevor das Zimmer zugewiesen wird. Ich hoffe, das Hotel verbessert seine Qualitätskontrolle in diesem Bereich. Wenn Sie es wünschen, kann ich es auch kurzer, formaler oder stärker formuliert machen.

This is my second stay in this hotel. I booked again as my previous experience was good. Reception staff is good and cooperative. Although, I had to face a couple problems which had been resolved, but it was good. The food is very tasty and comperatively reasonable. I would prefer to book again if I happen to come again to Medan.

Hatte etwas Magenprobleme wegen unregelmäßiger Essenszeiten, aber der Hotelservice war in Ordnung. Wir waren auf Geschäftsreise und das Hotel wurde von unserem Kunden empfohlen. Indonesien ist sehr heiß und feucht, aber insgesamt war das Hotel ganz gut!

Nicht schlecht, sehr elegant. Es gibt Raucherzimmer und Nichtraucherzimmer. Die Steppdecke riecht ein wenig, als wäre sie in der Sonne getrocknet worden. Im Essbereich wird gesungen. Es ist ein sehr entspannender Ort.

Straßenseite. Ich kann nicht schlafen, kwkw. Man hört das Geräusch eines Fahrzeugs. Gehen Sie in die 5. Etage. Ich habe in vielen Bewertungen gelesen, dass es nicht schallisoliert ist, aber ich habe nicht erwartet, dass es so schlimm sein würde. Noch ein Minus: Das Bett ist sehr hart. Der Rest ist okay

Affordable basic room but clean enough ( some ants though). Location is central within 20min walking radius of major malls ( Plaza Medan Fair/Sun/Cambridge), Damri airport bus ( in front of Plaza Medan Fair), family massage/reflexology outlets (Jl.Orion), and the popular medan cakes outlets eg ”bika ambon” (Zulaikha)/”bolu” (Meranti). Car park is available with security. However, the complimentary breakfast is only set without selection option.
