AAnonymer BenutzerThe room itself was very clean and spacious. All necessary amenities such as coffee, tea, to soap, etc are available. I had to asked housekeeping to change pillow as it was smelly as it was used by people who didnt care about his/her head hygene. It was not the pillow case for sure. Pillows were replaced, however, they still have the same problem. Another small disappointment came from leaking ceiling. Which was could have been noticed by engineering because judging from the dripping stain, it happened for a long time, but never fixes. I complained, but nothing they could do except putting rugs on the floor. Actually they could have move me to another room. View from the large sliding door to the balcone was amazing. Breakfast also very nice and prepared properly. Another downside, due to resort design, when it rains, moving from room to parking or reception area have to use golf cart, which unfortunately only 2 available so have to wait for a while when they are busy. They is a small convenient shop for essential amenities. Cellphone signal is poor, so have to use hotel wifi, which I tried to avoid for security reason. Overall, this hotel is value for money. It is fairly inexpensive for amazing view, good restaurant and large room. Will come back again next time.

AAzuan PaudziThe best hotel I’ve ever been privileged enough to stay at. Gorgeous building, and it only gets more breathtaking when you walk in. High-quality room and high-quality service. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Bogor. Keep it up.

This is my fourth time staying at Aston Sentul Hotel, and I’m happy to say it just keeps getting better. I noticed several upgrades since my last visit, especially in the friendliness and attentiveness of the hotel staff — they truly made the stay more welcoming.
The biggest improvement for me was the breakfast. Compared to my previous stays, the variety has increased significantly, and everything was delicious. It’s clear they’ve put a lot of effort into making 9it a better experience.
Another pleasant surprise this time was the complimentary dinner buffet. Just like breakfast, it offered a wide range of tasty dishes — a great value and very enjoyable.
Overall, I’m really impressed with the improvements and the consistent quality. Will definitely be back again!

GGastnutzerVon dem Ci-Prozess ist schnell, weil es ruhig ist und fo ist freundlich und informativ für die Gäste, für das Zimmer die Sauberkeit ist noch fehlt. Blatt Lecek & Spot, das Badezimmer war alt und viele Wassermarke sogar auf ihren Tumblers. Bitte beachten Sie den Staub, Frühstück wird schneller geliefert als wir wollen, aber woww das Essen ist das nächste Mal lecker, wenn Sie hier kommen, müssen Sie auch einen anderen versuchen. Es ist besser, wenn Sie ein offenes Buffet erhalten. Die Aussicht ist auch wirklich ok mit einer unterstützenden Atmosphäre, nicht zu weit zu oben. die Einrichtungen sind auch ok für diesen Preis. aber wenn co, fo Personal nichts über die Erfahrung des Aufenthalts etc. fragen, nehmen Sie nur die RFID.
Insgesamt ist es ein Ort, der sich überprüfen muss, aber es gibt noch Arbeit zu tun, um es noch besser zu machen.
Sie können besser als das tun, vor allem mit niedriger Beschäftigung 🥰

GGastnutzerIch liebe es, hier mit meiner Familie zu bleiben. Alana bietet eine Ladestation für EV, die sehr hilfreich ist und das Personal auch auf der Ladestation warten, um uns bei einer Frage zu helfen. Das Parkplatzstück ist riesig, so dass wir uns keine Sorgen darüber machen müssen, wo unser Auto zu parken. Dieses Hotel liegt in der Nähe von AEON, IKEA, Ah Poong und mehr Café oder Restaurant. Es war eine große Erfahrung. Alle Mitarbeiter geben ihre besten Dienstleistungen und ödmjuk. Wir lieben das Frühstück und den Schwimmbad. Eine Sache, die wir selten in einem anderen Hotel gefunden haben, ist Fotoboot in der Nähe des Schwimmbads. Es ist wirklich eine erstaunliche Erfahrung, dass wir das Foto ausdrucken und unsere Aufenthalte in Alana erinnern können. Wir werden in Zukunft wieder hier bleiben!!

GGastnutzerThe hotel is really nice. The rooms are spacious and clean with large bathroom space and cozy terrace to lay back and watch the pool view. The pool is the main attraction, it stretches midway between two curving blocks of rooms, looks refreshing and clean. The restaurant is not big, but not small either, the food is quite decent, they serve the usual breakfast options like, fried rice, chicken, eggs, noodles, cereals, soto, pastries, toasts, porridges, Indomie, salad and fruits. It's a convenient hotel for family staycation. I may return here when I have the chance.

GGastnutzerIch blieb hier, weil ich ein Konzert bei SICC besuchen wollte, das neben dem Hotel liegt. Die Lage ist perfekt, das Personal ist freundlich, ein großer Parkplatz. Ich weiß nicht, wie lange dieses Hotel umgeht, aber einige Einrichtungen, insbesondere im Badezimmer, brauchen Reparatur/Renovierung. Insgesamt ist ok
