"We went as a family with 2 toddlers and stayed in the large Willys tent room, which had 3 beds. It was enough for 4 adults and 2 children. The buggy cars were readily available to take us around the resort's facilities. The service was friendly and fast. Breakfast was complete and delicious. Highly recommended for families with children, as the playground is also great and spacious... this might be one of the best playgrounds I've seen at any hotel/resort."

There are no shops around, but can order simple meals in the lobby from morning until night for a fee. Cup ramen is not provided, so recommend bringing it from your home for snacks in room. The view from the room is less than expected (The nearby trees make it bit difficult to see the distant mountains), but the views from the pool and lobby are pretty good."

The roads are very hilly, going up and down, so it might be a bit difficult for older people. There's a buggy car from the lobby. It's a shame there's only one chair outside the room. The TV is mounted high, so you have to lie down to watch it. Otherwise, everything else is perfect."
