The room itself was very clean and spacious. All necessary amenities such as coffee, tea, to soap, etc are available. I had to asked housekeeping to change pillow as it was smelly as it was used by people who didnt care about his/her head hygene. It was not the pillow case for sure. Pillows were replaced, however, they still have the same problem. Another small disappointment came from leaking ceiling. Which was could have been noticed by engineering because judging from the dripping stain, it happened for a long time, but never fixes. I complained, but nothing they could do except putting rugs on the floor. Actually they could have move me to another room. View from the large sliding door to the balcone was amazing. Breakfast also very nice and prepared properly. Another downside, due to resort design, when it rains, moving from room to parking or reception area have to use golf cart, which unfortunately only 2 available so have to wait for a while when they are busy. They is a small convenient shop for essential amenities. Cellphone signal is poor, so have to use hotel wifi, which I tried to avoid for security reason. Overall, this hotel is value for money. It is fairly inexpensive for amazing view, good restaurant and large room. Will come back again next time.

Wir bleiben hier für einen Nit, die Umgebung des Resorts ist ziemlich gut, aber die Straße von Jakarta bis Puncak ist ziemlich kämpfend (viele Jam) obwohl es Wochentag ist. Im Allgemeinen mag ich dieses Resort, weil wenn der Wald umgeben, können wir morgens einen Spaziergang oder Jogging nehmen. Das Resort ist nicht mehr neu, aber ich sagte, es war gut gepflegt, empfohlen für eine kurze Familienreise.

Das Hotel ist wirklich schön. Die Zimmer sind geräumig und sauber mit großem Badezimmerraum und gemütliche Terrasse, um zurück zu liegen und die Poolblicke zu beobachten. Der Pool ist die Hauptattraktion, es streckt sich zwischen zwei krümmigen Blöcken von Zimmern, sieht erfrisch und sauber aus. Das Restaurant ist nicht groß, aber auch nicht klein, das Essen ist ziemlich anständig, sie dienen die üblichen Frühstücksoptionen wie, gefrierter Reis, Hühner, Eier, Nüsse, Getreide, Soto, Paste, Toasts, Porridges, Indomie, Salat und Obst. Es ist ein bequemes Hotel für Familienaufenthalt. Ich kann hier zurück, wenn ich die Chance habe.

The best hotel I’ve ever been privileged enough to stay at. Gorgeous building, and it only gets more breathtaking when you walk in. High-quality room and high-quality service. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Bogor. Keep it up.

Always a Great Stay – Auch besser Diese Zeit! Das ist mein vierter Aufenthalt im Aston Sentul Hotel, und ich bin froh, dass es sich immer besser macht. Ich habe seit meinem letzten Besuch mehrere Upgrades bemerkt, vor allem in der Freundlichkeit und Aufmerksamkeit des Hotelpersonals sie wirklich den Aufenthalt begrüßenswerter gemacht. Die größte Verbesserung für mich war das Frühstück. Im Vergleich zu meinen früheren Aufenthalten hat die Sorte erheblich zugenommen und alles war lecker. Es ist klar, dass sie viel Mühe gegeben haben, 9es zu einem besseren Erlebnis zu machen. Eine andere angenehme Überraschung dieses Mal war das komplimentäre Abendessenbuffet. Genau wie das Frühstück bot es eine breite Palette von Geschmackdicken ein großer Wert und sehr angenehme. Insgesamt bin ich wirklich beeindruckt von den Verbesserungen und der konsequenten Qualität. Wird sicher wieder sein!

Near lots of restaurant, some kids activity join with novotel, additional fee for several kid activity, only have kids pool and medium size, not too large. Breakfast ok, there's movie room for kids, and kids club (different room with movie room), you can have 1 extra bed per room, since the room only 21m².

Overall was ok, breakfast they will sent to the room, I got fried rice everyday, got water outside the room you can refill anytime, in the room you will got towel and toothbrush only, the rest remember to bring your self, room is ok as deluxe standard. The first day we stay got one student group camp there, 95% usage by them very super Noisy can't sleep at all, they have activities till Midnight, the whole two day was miserable, they owner should not open if they have big group staying OMG😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭. But if No group booking must be peaceful. You can consider to stay, makesure to ask no big group booking. There's 24hour cafe opposite only, the other cafe also nice. Surrounded by pine trees. The pool is used by 100 pax student and they was using it 2days and after they finish the pool super dirty and oily and the staff didn't clean it.

We stayed for 3d 2n and we feel happy because the hotel is clean and cozy. As requested before we got early check in and a good view (pool view). Room is quite big for 4 of us (family room) and have balcony which is great. The swimming pool is big, and have canoes which the kids love to play everyday. Breakfast ok, standard.
