Das Zimmer war sauber, komfortabel und gut gepflegt. Front-Task-Personal war freundlich, professionell und immer bereit, zu helfen. Allerdings waren die Mitarbeiter am Morgen nicht sehr willkommen. Eine freundlichere Einstellung würde die Essenserfahrung angenehmer machen.

Das Zimmer ist sauber und sauber, die geografische Lage ist hervorragend, Sie können von den wichtigsten Sehenswürdigkeiten zu Fuß erreichen, am Fluss Kura gelegen, hinter dem alten Berg, besonders komfortabel, das Personal ist auch sehr enthusiastisch und professionell, es lohnt sich zu bleiben.

Das exquisite und gute Hotel, der Kellner ist sehr zufrieden mit der Hilfe. Es gibt einen Klavierspieler am Tag, das Zimmer ist komfortabel und das Hotel-Restaurant im unteren Stock ist es wert, zu versuchen, eine hervorragende Lage, am Fluss des Stadtzentrums, zu Fuß überall zu erreichen. Das Frühstück ist auch möglich, der Balkon ist sehr überrascht, dass ich das alte Edelhaus renovierte Hotel bin. Ein Schritt vom Cambridge-Markt entfernt, der Preis ist sehr hoch. Das einzige Problem ist, dass das Zimmer in der Nähe der Straße mit Lärm ist, aber niemand auf der Straße am Abend kann es immer noch.

The hotel itself and its amenities are nice. The swimming pools (indoor and outdoor) look pretty good and the lobby is very clean and stylish. The bar at the swimming pool and on the first floor is pretty nice, cocktails were amazing although little pricey. However, the service was questionable. First of all, the restaurant on the first floor: waiting time for food - 1h(!), we had to go for lunch to nearby hotel (shoutout to Golden Tulip rooftop restaurant). Secondly, the staff forgot to put mini kits in our room (soap/lotion/razors/cotton pads/shower caps/etc). Thirdly, we went to the pool at 9:30am, there weren’t enough pool towels for 6 people. And lastly the room service was outrageously slow at night. Nobody picked the phone for 15 min. straight, we had to call the reception and guest service. After they took our order, it was another 45-50 minutes before our food came (it wasn’t much just tea and some cheese pie). Overall, the hotel is ok, but service needs improving. I visited a few Marriott hotels (participant of Marriott Bonvoy program), this one looks like Sheraton, but doesn’t feel like it.

This is the second time we have stayed in this wonderful hotel. It's an easy drive from the airport and a fair price for the taxi there. The location is excellent with plenty of very decent restaurants and shops in the vicinity. There is a french restaurant nearby that I highly recommend if you like high quality french food. The snails and the soup starters are particularly delicious and the steak and fish is superb. The reception staff at the hotel are so friendly, welcoming and very helpful and professional no job is too small. You can rely on them 100%. The rooms are very clean, comfortable and warm especially in this month. All the amenities are there with plenty of tea and coffee and a fridge if you have your own items. The housekeeping staff are attentive and friendly and do an excellent job of keeping your room clean and fully stocked up. Finally, this hotel provides a buffet breakfast as well which again I highly recommend with a wide variety of food and fruit and pastry on offer and cooked food all to a high quality. It's a real pleasure to eat breakfast there in the charming restaurant area with plenty of tea, coffee and fruit juice. The staff are very helpful and makes your breakfast experience a very good start to your day. I highly recommend this hotel and I will be staying there again in December on a short trip over Christmas. It's always a pleasure and a sadness to leave when your trip is over.

Останавливаюсь в данном хостеле уже второй раз, очень нравится местоположение хостела: центр города, все достопримечательности рядом, чистота, порядок, персонал говорит на русском языке, очень внимательный и доброжелательный, при заезде предлагается гостю бокал грузинского вина. Хостел находится в одной из квартир жилого дома постройки 19 века, напротив дома находится консерватория. В 100 м параллельно улице Грибоедова, находится главный проспект Тбилиси - проспект Шота Руставели, где находится три здания Национального музея Грузии, Театр оперы и балета, а также парламент Грузии.

Georgia kann nur sagen, dass das Hotel hier nicht für Familienreisen geeignet ist. Die Zimmer und Betten sind grundsätzlich Doppelbetten in den 20er-Quadratmetern und 0,8 Metern. Am Ende fand ich nach langem Suchen das Ramada hinter der Holy Trinity Church, eine Suite mit einem Kingsize-Bett und einem Einzelbett, und blieb dort zwei Nächte. Abends kann man die Spitze der Rückseite der Kirche sehen. Die befriedigendste Mahlzeit jeden Tag ist das Frühstücksbuffet. Es ist nicht an die örtliche Umgebung gewöhnt. Die verschiedenen frittierten Schinken und Backwaren haben mein Problem mit dem kalten Magen geheilt. mag ich sehr!

В проживании были и плюсы и минусы. Плюсы: Красивый интерьер Чисто и хорошо убирались каждый день Есть все необходимые принадлежности: тапочки, халаты, шампуни, щетки и т.д. Просторный номер Много вешалок и шкафов для вещей Отличный бассейн, сауна, тренажерный зал с большим выбором тренажеров и оборудования В номере климат контроль Минусы: Далеко от всех достопримечательностей, на горе Вид из окна был на помойку Перед отелем стройка, поэтому красивого вида нет нигде Во второй день не поставили воду в номер, а персонал сказал пить из-под крана. Но на следующий день они исправились Телефон в номере не работает (кнопка вызова ресепшен), приходилось ходить на ресепшен по любым вопросам Мало кто из персонала говорит на русском, но и на английском они видимо плохо понимают, так как несколько раз давали ложную информацию. В целом отель норм, если вы на машине, и если снимать за те деньги, что я снимала (~100$ в сутки за номер с двумя спальнями).

Positive aspects: The hotel is newly opened, and the room itself is clean and well-maintained. Housekeeping is flawless – towels are changed daily, they are clean and in good condition. The bed is comfortable, Wi-Fi works reliably, and the climate control is adequate (neither stuffy nor too warm). The room is equipped with a TV, though the channel selection is limited (no movie channels such as TV1000). Standard amenities are provided: bottled water, slippers, and bathroom toiletries (mini-soap, shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel), although body lotion, toothbrush, and toothpaste were not available. Breakfast is quite basic, but all items are fresh. I would also like to acknowledge the staff member who quickly resolved an issue with a steamer – she was smiling, friendly, and efficient. 1. Check-in experience and guest information: Upon arrival, there was no warm welcome, no escort to the room, and no luggage assistance. No in-room information was provided regarding Wi-Fi access, hotel services, bar prices, or the schedule of the conference (timing and location). All of this had to be inquired about separately after check-in. Additionally, the front desk had difficulty locating my reservation, which caused unnecessary delay. I stayed at this hotel to attend a conference that lasted from early morning until late evening. Unfortunately, instead of a good rest, I had a terrible experience that completely ruined my stay. 2/ Security issue (a nightmare at night): At around 3 a.m., while I was fast asleep before an important day, strangers walked into my room without any prior notice – they opened the door with their own key card. They were just as shocked to see me as I was to see them. Imagine waking up to find unknown people in your private space. Not only is this a serious breach of security and privacy, but a little while later I was woken up again – this time by a receptionist who came to personally apologize for the earlier intrusion. Instead of handling this in the morning or at least calling first, they woke me up a second time. I couldn't fall back asleep afterwards, and I had to get up very early. 3/ Staff response (dismissive and unhelpful): In the morning, I went to the front desk to ask how this could have happened and what the hotel was willing to offer as compensation for my ruined sleep and emotional distress. The female receptionist gave me a cold, cynical reply: ”We already apologized to you – what more do you want?” and ”You didn't sleep? That's your problem. We said sorry.” This attitude is completely unacceptable in the hospitality industry. She made no effort to understand the situation, offered no solution (be it a discount, a complimentary service, or even basic human empathy). For them, a formal ”sorry” seems to be a free pass for any mistake. Conclusion: This hotel cannot guarantee the most basic things – your safety and a good night's sleep. And the staff clearly don't know how to handle guest complaints except with arrogance and indifference. You cannot get back the sleep you lost at 3 a.m., and the feeling of insecurity stayed with me for the rest of my stay. I cannot recommend this hotel to business travelers or tourists alike. If you value your peace of mind, decent service, and actual safety – look elsewhere. Apologies don't replace quality rest, and the staff attitude here is truly disappointing.
