Es war erstaunlich, mich und meine Freundin liebte es. So freundliches Personal. Das Hotel war super sauber, keine Probleme. Nur eine ärgerliche Sache war, dass wir Netflix nicht mit dem Fernsehen verbinden konnten, wir hätten doch töricht sein können. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt wirklich genossen, wir werden wieder bleiben

This is a uniquely beautiful hotel in a historical building. The rooms are lovely with a huge shower and bath. The staff at check-in were super friendly and gave us a free upgrade on arrival. However, be wary of the bar. The serving staff were inattentive. We asked to see a menu and the waiter walked past us for a second time as though he had never seen us before. Drinks took a long time to arrive. We also had to request slippers twice from reception to successfully receive them. Overall, lovely hotel but the majority of the staff could do with extra training, especially the bar staff.

The hotel was ideally situated where we didn't have to walk far to the venues which were approx 6-10 minutes walk. The hotel has a large underground car park that kept our car safe and secure, not many hotels have a bar and seating for guests which we thought was convenient, the room was modern, very clean and loved the high pressure shower that is adjustable, breakfast was lovely we prefer a full English with all the trimmings, though there is the continental option and as it was a buffet we ate as much as we pleased. Lots of things to do and see in Liverpool and a large shopping centre that we discovered on our way back from the Cavern club and eateries on the dock side All in all a brilliant first stay in this hotel and 2nd time in Liverpool...oh and a shout out to the receptionist who helped me with our parking, very patient. We are planning our next stay at this hotel for the near future.

I stayed at the Pullman Liverpool Hotel for one night as a last-minute booking after reading several reviews and watching a few TikTok videos—and I’m glad I did. On arrival, I was greeted warmly, checked in quickly, and made my way up to my room without any hassle. I had emailed ahead requesting a nice view as it was my first time in Liverpool. I was placed on the 8th floor, which was great, but unfortunately my view overlooked the roof of another building. I did ask if this could be changed, but the hotel was fully booked due to the Easter break, which I completely understood. The room itself was comfortable and overall made for a pleasant stay. The location is a big plus—just a short walk to the Liverpool Museum, bars, restaurants, the wheel, and plenty of shops for a bit of retail therapy. Parking is quite expensive, but the hotel does stamp your ticket which gives you a discount. I checked in at 3:30pm, checked out at 12, and paid £18 for parking—without the discount, it could easily cost 5–8 times more. Now for the negatives: cleanliness could definitely be improved. I met some of the cleaners when checking out—lovely, friendly staff—but the room needed more attention. There was dust on surfaces, hair on the tissue container, only two tissues left, the bathroom and mirrors weren’t cleaned thoroughly, and the shower gel hadn’t been refilled, so after a few pumps there was none left. Overall, despite the cleaning issues, I had a pleasant stay and would definitely consider staying here again.

Wonderful helpful staff, a lovely apartment overlooking the water and next door to the M&S arena. Chloe was outstanding in her job by being caring and helpful. Will definitely stay again👍

Großer 2-Nacht-Ruhe im Novotel Liverpool City Centre. Die Lage war perfekt für alle Sights Bars und Restaurants. Wir gingen zum Barry Manilow Konzert und die Arena war etwa 10-15 Minuten zu Fuß, was großartig war. Wir hatten im Restaurant Ropewalks im Hotel ein frisch gekochtes Essen, wir bestellten Fisch und Chips und New York Cheese-Kake. Das Essen war lecker und sehr vernünftig preis zwei Kurse für £20. Der Pool war ursprünglich kalt, aber nach ein paar Minuten zum Schwimmen war es gut. Ich dachte, es war ein sehr gutes Hotel mit guten Einrichtungen in einer perfekten Lage und würde es sehr empfehlen, jemanden, der nach Liverpool sucht, zu besuchen.

Very disappointed there isn’t a dining area. I didn’t like the shared toilets. People not flushing it after they finished. Not told how to go round the back into the yard if needed. I stay in other hostels regularly & I am used to faster service too. The check in experience was very slow. As a person with ADHD I can’t be kept waiting for too long. As for being close to things to do , the location is ideal , but I know other hostels & hotels that are close too. I know the City really well , but I won’t stay here again

Check-in after 3 PM was smooth and welcoming, and the 11 AM check-out time was standard and convenient. The staff were helpful and made me feel right at home from the moment I arrived. The hotel itself (which I could see in the booking thumbnail) had a classic Liverpool charm about it. My room was clean, comfortable, and had all the essentials I needed for a pleasant stay. While not ultra-luxurious, it was well-maintained and provided a cozy base for exploring the city. What I appreciated was the **transparent pricing** — I knew exactly what I was paying upfront (£126.90) and what I'd need to pay at the property (just £4.80). The Trip.com booking process was straightforward, and having their price match and stay guarantee gave me extra confidence in my booking. The app's ”Message Property” and ”Call Property” features came in handy when I needed some local recommendations. The ”Manage Booking” function made it easy to keep all my travel details organized in one place. Is it a five-star luxury hotel? No, but it doesn't claim to be. Phoenix Hotel Liverpool delivers exactly what it promises: a comfortable, well-located place to stay at a reasonable price point that lets you experience the best of Liverpool without breaking the bank. **Would I recommend it?** Absolutely! If you're looking for a centrally located hotel in Liverpool with good amenities and friendly service, this place ticks all the boxes. Perfect for weekend city breaks, concert-goers, or anyone wanting to soak up Liverpool's vibrant atmosphere.
