The hotel was ideally situated where we didn't have to walk far to the venues which were approx 6-10 minutes walk. The hotel has a large underground car park that kept our car safe and secure, not many hotels have a bar and seating for guests which we thought was convenient, the room was modern, very clean and loved the high pressure shower that is adjustable, breakfast was lovely we prefer a full English with all the trimmings, though there is the continental option and as it was a buffet we ate as much as we pleased. Lots of things to do and see in Liverpool and a large shopping centre that we discovered on our way back from the Cavern club and eateries on the dock side All in all a brilliant first stay in this hotel and 2nd time in Liverpool...oh and a shout out to the receptionist who helped me with our parking, very patient. We are planning our next stay at this hotel for the near future.

I stayed at the Pullman Liverpool Hotel for one night as a last-minute booking after reading several reviews and watching a few TikTok videos—and I’m glad I did. On arrival, I was greeted warmly, checked in quickly, and made my way up to my room without any hassle. I had emailed ahead requesting a nice view as it was my first time in Liverpool. I was placed on the 8th floor, which was great, but unfortunately my view overlooked the roof of another building. I did ask if this could be changed, but the hotel was fully booked due to the Easter break, which I completely understood. The room itself was comfortable and overall made for a pleasant stay. The location is a big plus—just a short walk to the Liverpool Museum, bars, restaurants, the wheel, and plenty of shops for a bit of retail therapy. Parking is quite expensive, but the hotel does stamp your ticket which gives you a discount. I checked in at 3:30pm, checked out at 12, and paid £18 for parking—without the discount, it could easily cost 5–8 times more. Now for the negatives: cleanliness could definitely be improved. I met some of the cleaners when checking out—lovely, friendly staff—but the room needed more attention. There was dust on surfaces, hair on the tissue container, only two tissues left, the bathroom and mirrors weren’t cleaned thoroughly, and the shower gel hadn’t been refilled, so after a few pumps there was none left. Overall, despite the cleaning issues, I had a pleasant stay and would definitely consider staying here again.

Wonderful helpful staff, a lovely apartment overlooking the water and next door to the M&S arena. Chloe was outstanding in her job by being caring and helpful. Will definitely stay again👍

Das Zimmer war kleiner als erwartet, da es größerer aussehend online war, aber das war kein Problem, da wir nur ein Bett und ein Bad für die Nacht brauchten. Das Badezimmer war sehr sauber und geräumig. Es gab kein Eisen im Zimmer, aber ein Waschraum war uns in der Grünfläche, die hilfreich war, direkt nach unten gerichtet. Der einzige Nachteil, den ich während meines Aufenthalts gegenüberkam, war die Störung anderer Bewohner meines Stockwerks, die nach einer Nacht zurückkommen. Ich konnte hören lachen, reden und Türen schlagen. Wenn Sie ein leichter Schlafer sind, würde ich es nicht empfehlen! Trotzdem war der Service und der Kundenservice fab und ich konnte es nicht schuldig. Danke, dass Sie uns haben!

A pleasant stay, everything was clean, apart from someones leftover clothes in a drawer, but for the price its really not that bad. Because of the deposit system they have I did take pictures as soon as I got into my room just incase, but i didnt end up having any issues with this. The location from the city centre is a little far in terms of walking but there are bus stops nearby which arent too expensive. The walls are a bit thin so i could hear a bit of noise from downstairs however i didnt really mind it. The room TV was also great and although we didnt need to use it, I appreciate that a fan was provided for us in the room. Breakfast was also fine. Not many hot options for those who are looking for a cooked breakfast buffet style service, but there is toast tea and coffee, alsong with cereals, youghurts and fruits and cold cuts of ham and cheese. Staff were friendly too, overall an unproblematic experience and a pleasant stay overnight for me

Der Crowne Plaza Liverpool Flughafen war ganz sauber, sehr komfortable Schlafzimmer (Wir hatten ein Doppelbett in einem Zimmer 003 und 2 Doppelbett in einem anderen 049). Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfreich.  Food: Wir hatten am ersten Abend im Restaurantsbereich Nahrung. 2 von uns haben für den Thunfisch gewählt und 1 für den Ribeye Steak. Der Steak war schön. Der Thunfisch musste für zusätzliches Kochen zurückgehen, da beide noch schwimmen. Es war offensichtlich ein „Agentenkoch“ in der Küche. Tuna war sehr schmecklich, als wir es zurückhielten.  Wir würden alle bei der nächsten Besuch in Liverpool sicher wieder bleiben.

Being centrally located meant I could easily walk to major attractions, restaurants, and shopping areas without relying on transportation. The vibrant city atmosphere was right on my doorstep! I stayed from **Thursday, August 7 to Saturday, August 9, 2025** — a perfect two-night city escape. Check-in after 3 PM was smooth and welcoming, and the 11 AM check-out time was standard and convenient. The staff were helpful and made me feel right at home from the moment I arrived. The hotel itself (which I could see in the booking thumbnail) had a classic Liverpool charm about it. My room was clean, comfortable, and had all the essentials I needed for a pleasant stay. While not ultra-luxurious, it was well-maintained and provided a cozy base for exploring the city. What I appreciated was the **transparent pricing** — I knew exactly what I was paying upfront (£126.90) and what I'd need to pay at the property (just £4.80). The Trip.com booking process was straightforward, and having their price match and stay guarantee gave me extra confidence in my booking. The app's ”Message Property” and ”Call Property” features came in handy when I needed some local recommendations. The ”Manage Booking” function made it easy to keep all my travel details organized in one place. Is it a five-star luxury hotel? No, but it doesn't claim to be. Phoenix Hotel Liverpool delivers exactly what it promises: a comfortable, well-located place to stay at a reasonable price point that lets you experience the best of Liverpool without breaking the bank. **Would I recommend it?** Absolutely! If you're looking for a centrally located hotel in Liverpool with good amenities and friendly service, this place ticks all the boxes. Perfect for weekend city breaks, concert-goers, or anyone wanting to soak up Liverpool's vibrant atmosphere.

Der Platz war genau wie angekündigt. Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Sicherlich wert, wenn Ihre Reise kurz ist zu bleiben. Was die Nebenwirkungen betrifft, so hat das Hostel eine begrenzte Anzahl von Badezimmern und Duschen - dies kann Probleme verursachen, wenn Sie schnell gehen müssen. Die Belüftung in den Zimmern ist im Grunde nicht vorhanden, und Zimmer halten bis zu 10 Personen, so werde ich die Luftqualität Ihrer Vorstellung hinterlassen. Sound Isolation ist nicht großartig, so wenn jemand eine gute Zeit in der Küche hat, wird das hören. Bringe Ohrenschleifen, wenn Sie leicht schlafen. Sauberkeit ist subjektiv, ich bin nicht so schlank, aber das, dass Krümmungen in meinem Bett war unerwartet. Einige Sänke haben Filter mit Haar in ihnen. Haben Sie nichts gesehen, was wirklich schädlich wäre wie Schlamm oder Hygieneprodukte, so dass das gut ist. Die Lage ist gut. Liverpool ist nicht so groß und Sie werden in weniger als einer Stunde in das Stadtzentrum kommen, auch mit der höchsten Freizeitgeschwindigkeit. Besuchen Sie die Kathedrale auf Ihrem Weg dort. Ich habe noch keine Geschäfte in der unmittelbaren Nähe gesehen, aber ich brauchte sie nicht, so vielleicht finden Sie einige, wenn Sie suchen. Bushalte für den Flughafen ist ziemlich nahe, so dass es auch ein Plus ist. Insgesamt ist dies ein Hostel. Sie können dort schlafen, Ihre Sachen lagern und vielleicht mit interessanten Leuten chatieren. Preis ist fair für Erfahrung.
