Dockside Aparthotel, BW Signature Collection

Staff on reception were very friendly and helpful. Check in was quick and simple. Location and views are amazing. The apartment was clean and had everything I needed. The TV didn’t work with the remote but luckily I managed to figure this out. There is no aircon in the building and unfortunately this was really noticeable during the current heatwave - the only downside though.

Wonderful helpful staff, a lovely apartment overlooking the water and next door to the M&S arena. Chloe was outstanding in her job by being caring and helpful. Will definitely stay again👍

The apartment is nice but the parking a bit far. Front desk not really helping. The window was broken but nobody can assist but they offer us to change the unit. Overall are okay.

Upon arrival, the staff mentioned that I hadn't made the hotel payment. They informed me and showed me that the payment was done through trip.com. I was asked to contact trip.com myself. Luckily, the support service team was available and sorted out the issues within almost 30 minutes. And trip.com given compensation for the booking issue in Liverpool. The lady at the receptionist said that I need to collect breakfast from the receptionist every day. She also mentioned that it's very basic and not worth the cost. The pictures show the same breakfast given every day. There is always no staff at the reception as well. The Wi-Fi was the worst and always disconnected, and I couldn't connect. The room was not bad, but there was no housekeeping every day. They didn't provide coffee and toilet paper, and the fridge was spoiled. They only provided one roll of toilet paper when I asked for it, saying they would give it but didn't. On the second day, after exploring the town and returning to the hotel, the main door wasn't operating, and I couldn't go to my room. I waited outside in the cold weather for more than 30 minutes.

Great location. 2 bedroom both quiet & clean.  Just a little too soft for us about the mattress.

I had breakast out as McDonald's isnt far. But beautiful view and a lovely smart apartment. In a brilliant area close to the museums and also bus tours. Very friendly lovely staff always happy to help so thank u
