Check in was clean and error free, and friendly. Room was clean, pillows and blankets were clean, amenities available and convenient. Food service was excellent with lots of options including gluten free. Location was the best. Would highly recommend for others wanting a solid place to take a family.

Das Hotel ist ein schönes Hotel mit guten Zimmern.
Die Mitarbeiter sind freundlich und hilfsbereit und es gibt eine nette Bar im Rezeptionbereich mit vernünftigen Getränken und Snacks.
Die Lage ist etwas weiter als erwartet, aber es gibt einen Busstopp buchstäblich außerhalb des Hotels, so dass das Einsteigen in das Zentrum von Brighton ist nicht ungünstig.
Ich würde hier nochmal bleiben.

The services were great. Staff members were very helpful and friendly. Excellent breakfast. We enjoyed the leisure facilities. They don’t rent a lock for the lockers in the changing room, but wasn’t a big deal. The free wifi did not work in my room. They tried to fix it but didn’t work. That didn’t ruin my stay anyways. My only little suggestion is that it would have been more convenient if there were some shelves or small stools in the bathroom. The bathroom was very spacious but there wasn’t much space to put your own stuff other than just on the floor.

Das Zimmer war gut vorgestellt mit ausreichendem Speicherplatz.

Großes Badezimmer mit guter Dusche. Erinnern Sie sich einfach, das Fenster blind zu schließen, als Fenster nicht gefroren Glas!
Das Frühstück wurde eingeschlossen und war sehr schmecklich, obwohl die Wahl begrenzt war.
Der Frühstücksservice war schnell und das Personal freundlich und hilfreich
Die Ein- und Abreise wurde effizient behandelt und konnte für ein paar Stunden Gepäck verlassen.

Really lovely welcome when I arrived. I was early but the room was ready. Comfortable bed had a good night's sleep. I had dinner reservations elsewhere but then came back to the bar for coffees and a chat in the lobby with my son and his student friends theyu were warmly welcomed too. Didn't have the breakfast BUT had an amazing Afternoon Tea overlooking the sea with a friend.

Es war ein wunderbarer Aufenthalt. Marta kümmerte sich um mich während meines Aufenthalts und bot außergewöhnliche Kundenservice und beste Erfahrung. Würde jeden Tag wieder hier bleiben. Warten Sie auf das Personal der Bar waren auch wunderschön, sehr willkommen.

GGastnutzerIch wollte hier nicht bleiben, ich verwirrte dieses Hotel mit dem Meeresfront Leonardo Royal und wurde von einem Taxifahrer gesagt, dass es ein gemeinsamer Fehler ist.
Das Hotel hat eine helle Rezeption mit Bar, Restaurant und Frühstücksraum. Es gibt auch ein paar Toiletten und Snacks zum Kauf. Das Personal ist effizient.
Das Zimmer war im fünften Stock mit Blick auf die Stadt. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber mit einem ersten Bett, großem TV. , Espresso-Maschine, ein gut gespeicherter Gastgeber, Slips, Toiletten, ein Mini-Kühlschrank und einen Safe, obwohl Sie empfehlen, wertvolle Gegenstände in der Rezeption zu hinterlassen.
Ich schlief gut, ich habe wirklich keinen Lärm von inneren oder außen gehört. Die Fernsehgeräte haben eingeschränkt Sound.Es gibt Schlüsselkarten, die nicht nur offene Zimmertüren, sondern müssen die Aufzüge auf dem Boden anrufen.
Es gibt eine kleine Auswahl an Lebensmitteln, Pizza-Steaks, Pasta, Fisch und Chips und andere Pub-Favoriten.
Das Frühstück wird im erweiterten Restaurant genommen, es gibt eine große Auswahl an den meisten Gästen, kontinentale Kühlschränke, Obst, Joghurt, Porridge, Getreide, Gewürze, Schmuck, etc. Gäste können sich für den Tag einstellen.
Die Seefront ist ca. 15 Minuten zu Fuß, die schnellste Route, und es ist unten. Die Bahnhof ist buchstäblich nur um die Ecke, so dass dies auch ein guter Ort für die Delegierten, die Konferenzen im Hotel besuchen.
Insgesamt hatte ich einen angenehmen Aufenthalt und würde es anderen empfehlen.

GGastnutzerWe were relocated to this hotel from the nightmare of 'Amherst hotel'. The rooms were spacious and clean and staff were friendly. We saw a free drag show one evening in the bar downstairs. The only annoying thing was the room card keys kept not working which was so irritating. LGBT friendly.

GGastnutzerHervorragende Lage, in der Nähe des Bahnhofs von Brighton und einer Vielzahl wichtiger Buslinien. Der Service war ausgezeichnet und das Personal freundlich und zugänglich. Das Zimmer selbst war sehr geräumig, modern und komfortabel. Es war nirgendwo Staub zu sehen und alles war sehr gut angelegt. Das Badezimmer hatte eine gute Größe mit einer sehr großen Dusche, wieder alles total makellos. Wir waren nur 1 Etage über dem Boden und obwohl wir so zentral waren, haben wir kaum Straßenlärm gehört und schon gar nichts von den anderen Gästen um uns herum. Ein sehr bequemes Bett sorgte für einen tollen Schlaf und das Frühstück war fantastisch!
Vielen Dank an alle Mitarbeiter, die für einen so angenehmen und angenehmen Aufenthalt gesorgt haben. Wenn sich die Gelegenheit ergibt, werden wir auf jeden Fall wiederkommen.

But on the night of our stay was very strong wind and omg felt like windows will fall out, we stayed up all night. Room was freezing.
In the no when I did check why the wind noise was sooo bad I realised there was a massive gap between window and frame.
On the check out girl asked how was my stay and when I said it was just alright, she wasn’t bothered to ask why and skipped to next question.
I could point out issue we had but there was a guest in front of me who was talking about the same situation and girl at reception offered her blanket and heater, sounds like it’s on good problem in hotel with windows and stuff can’t be ask to deal with it.

Our initial room wasn't great - v.small and some electrical issues and nowhere to work from with a laptop - the hotel was fully booked but the management kindly offered us an upgrade to the suite at a preferred rate which was gratefully accepted and went the extra mile to install a desk and chair which made things so much easier on our 5 night stay.
Great coffee shop on the premises is a bonus.
I get the feeling they were short staffed on the cleaning front, which i won't complain about as it seems to be a common problem across the UK.
Overall a good comfortable stay and the suite was a good size with round bed, bath and walk in shower. A panoramic view provides plenty of light into the room. nice.

DDaniellyFirst, I booked a room Trip.com, then when I saw the address the hotel doesn’t exist. I was in panicking, because I was on my way to the Hotel.
The end hotel was open and okay.
Later between 1 and 2:30am the fire alarm start and no one slept this time. Remember that we need to do the check out 10am - wake up 9am. When we contact the hotel about the time and every thing, they extended the check out, but 10am there were people at our door to clean the room.
I want to rest to enjoy the day in the beach, but it was really difficult. My experience only one night to rest were turbulent.
