We stayed for 2 nights in the large attic room with en suite shower. The room was really comfortable and a great rain shower. What made it memorable over other places at the lower end of the price range were the little things like 2 touch sensitive bedside lights both with USB ports, ample tasty tea and coffee available, good internet connection, hairdryer and an extra electric heater as the room was huge with SO MANY power sockets. A great low price room at the back of the hotel so very quiet and great sunset view, with parking on site at £5 a day but we had no problem finding on street parking within 4 minutes walk.

Nice hotel in good location next to the Brighton Dome and short walk to The Lanes and the seafront.
Our initial room wasn't great - v.small and some electrical issues and nowhere to work from with a laptop - the hotel was fully booked but the management kindly offered us an upgrade to the suite at a preferred rate which was gratefully accepted and went the extra mile to install a desk and chair which made things so much easier on our 5 night stay.
Great coffee shop on the premises is a bonus.
I get the feeling they were short staffed on the cleaning front, which i won't complain about as it seems to be a common problem across the UK.
Overall a good comfortable stay and the suite was a good size with round bed, bath and walk in shower. A panoramic view provides plenty of light into the room. nice.

Had a wonderful stay in The Courtyard Suite. The room was clean and the kitchentte had everything we needed to cook a few meals. We were sent a wonderful guide before our stay with details of how to find the place, how to check-in, as well as lots of lovely local recommendations for both activities and places to eat. We had a little garden with table and chairs and it was so lovely to be able to sit outside to eat out meals. There were three of us and we had plenty of space however the room does sleep four and if we had had to pull out the extra bed we think it might've been a bit squashed however for the location it would've totally been worth it had there been four of us. For the amenities and wonderful location the we felt the price was very fair. All in all we will definitely be returning as we had a wonderful stay!

Room 46 Single and on the 3rd floor. Great welcome on arrival. Clean comfortable and quiet. Good selection of TV channels and plenty of milk for tea and coffee etc. Hot water clean towels and a peaceful night. I stayed on a Tuesday night so no cabaret below but this hotel is above a Cabaret bar so I can imagine this will impact anyone who stays over the weekend. Earplugs are provided and it is very central so is very convenient right on the sea front. I only needed one night as was visiting friends nearby so for my needs it was perfect. No fridge in room but hairdryer kettle ironing board and iron. Great value for money compared to other hotels in the area.

GGuest UserThe Grand ist ein schönes Hotel - teilweise zeitgemäß modernisiert. Unser Zimmer war gross, komfortabel eingerichtet - wir haben sehr gut geschlafen. Zimmer und Bad wurden täglich perfekt wieder hergerichtet. Das Frühstück ist ausgezeichnet, Lobby und Bar immer top. Da das Hotel sehr gut gebucht ist, ist das Personal gestresst, wenig aufmerksam oder zuvorkommend. Eine Mail vorab wurde ignoriert. Check-Inn 16.00 ist ungewöhnlich- mal wollte uns anrufen, wenn das Zimmer früher fertig ist - hat man aber auch nicht... Also: Räume und Ausstattung gut - Personal verbesserungswürdig

GGuest UserMein Mann und ich blieben 4 Nächte bei den Königen. Wir genossen jede Minute. Das Personal war alle freundlich, hilfsbereit und machte alles, um unseren Aufenthalt einfach perfekt zu machen. Unser Doppelzimmer war groß, schön sauber und sehr komfortabel. Das Frühstück war großartig mit viel Auswahl und in einem leckeren hellen Frühstücksraum. Die Könige sind ideal an der Küste gelegen. Wir werden sicher zurück sein. Danke für das gesamte Personal im Kings Hotel.

GGastnutzerIch war froh, dass Leonardo direkt neben der Brighton-Bahnstation war. Genau das, was ein müdeer Reisende brauchte! Das Personal auf der Rezeption war freundlich und lassen Sie mich früh nachdem meine Tasche in einem Flughafen falsch geplatzt war. Das Zimmer war leicht, luftig und man konnte die Züge nicht hören. Es war sauber, spitzlos, und hatte alles, was ich für einen komfortablen Aufenthalt benötigt hatte. Das Bett war besonders komfortable und ich hatte eine tolle Nacht schlafen. Das Hotel liegt in der Nähe der Stadt so einfach zu gehen zu den Geschäften, pubs, Clubs und Seefront. Ich werde zurück zu dem Leonardo ☺️

GGastnutzerHervorragende Lage, in der Nähe des Bahnhofs von Brighton und einer Vielzahl wichtiger Buslinien. Der Service war ausgezeichnet und das Personal freundlich und zugänglich. Das Zimmer selbst war sehr geräumig, modern und komfortabel. Es war nirgendwo Staub zu sehen und alles war sehr gut angelegt. Das Badezimmer hatte eine gute Größe mit einer sehr großen Dusche, wieder alles total makellos. Wir waren nur 1 Etage über dem Boden und obwohl wir so zentral waren, haben wir kaum Straßenlärm gehört und schon gar nichts von den anderen Gästen um uns herum. Ein sehr bequemes Bett sorgte für einen tollen Schlaf und das Frühstück war fantastisch!
Vielen Dank an alle Mitarbeiter, die für einen so angenehmen und angenehmen Aufenthalt gesorgt haben. Wenn sich die Gelegenheit ergibt, werden wir auf jeden Fall wiederkommen.

GGuest UserIch ging fast aus dem Jury's Inn, als ich in Brighton angekommen war; ich war schon durch ihre 16:00 Uhr Einchecken angeregt, und der Ort fühlte sich düster und müde, als ich ins Geh ging. Es löste sich jedoch sehr schnell, als ich mit dem Personal umging. Die Damen auf dem Rezeptionskranken waren unglaublich hilfreich, freundlich und effizient, und Ken im Taschenlager machte meinen Tag mit seiner ruhigen und atemberaubenden Persönlichkeit. Das Zimmer selbst war sauber und komfortabel, und obwohl ich in der Nähe der Aufzüge war, gab es wenig Lärm. Ich aß nie im Essensraum, so kann ich nicht kommentieren, aber ich hatte ein Getränk im Barbereich, das ich für ein wenig steril erachtet habe. Es war ein bemühtes Wochenende mit vielen Menschen und Familien in und aus, aber das Hotel war außergewöhnlich gut. Auch wenn einer der Aufzüge aus war, fühlte ich nicht, dass das Personal ihre Geschwindigkeit oder Professionalität verlieren. Das Hotel ist in einer tollen Lage als Springboard für Brighton. Meine ”Jury” ist noch nicht in Bezug auf Geldwert, aber ich habe keine Zweifel, die Mitarbeiter zu schätzen.

GGuest UserDas Legends Hotel sagt, dass sie einen Bar und einen Untergrund-Nachtclub im Gräfin haben, was sie nicht sagen, ist :- a, dass der Nachtclub bis 4:00 Uhr dauert und dass die gelieferten Ohrschleifen ineffizient sind. b, Dass wenn Sie eine so genannte Stadtblick haben, können Sie nur die Rückseite der angrenzenden Eigenschaften sehen. c, Sie können die Fenster nicht lange offen haben, weil der schüchternde Lärm aus den Klimaanlagen auf dem unteren Dach und der Lärm aus dem Extraktor kommen Schiffe sind gleichwertig mit Buchung Unterkunft in einem Maschinengeschäft. d, Leere Flaschen, die durch die kleinen Stunden des Morgens in den Radsatzkammer kaskadieren. Als wir uns darüber beschwerten, wurde uns gesagt, dass das Personal nicht vor 8:00 Uhr leere Flaschen hätte. Letztes Mal hörten wir Flaschen war 5:30. e, schmutziges Bad. Staub überall im Radiator, der die Handtücher schmutzte, wenn sie auf. f, Missvertretung der Zimmergröße in der Hotelbeschreibung. Unsere waren sicher nicht die gleiche wie die ein Bild. g, Bei der Aussage von der Hotelpersonal, wenn wir jemanden von Autorität zu sehen, so dass wir wieder erstattet werden konnten, und die nur verfügbar wären, wenn wir lange weg waren. So wie Sie aus unserer Erfahrung sehen können und seit der Zuhause und die niedrigeren Punkte, die von vorangegangenen Reisenden hinterlassen wurden, sind wir nicht die einzigen Paare, die weniger als angenehm Erfahrung im Hotel Legends hatten.

GGuest UserWe were due to stay here on the 12th August 2022 for 2 nights but just less than 48 hours before we had to rush our son into hospital due to appendicitis! I tried to cancel the room and get our money back but it was too late and I just thought in the scheme of things I was happy that we had taken my son into hospital just in time and he had his operation Saturday morning. I spent 4 days in hospital devastated for my son but also that he missed his holiday too. I thought I’d try and email the owner and appeal to them regarding how unfortunate we were that due to no fault of our own that we’d have to lose our money. Mark could not have been more accommodating. He responded to my messages/emails and helped me receive a refund through the booking agent. If you’re looking for a reliable, dependable and customer focused place to stay - then Ei8ht Brighton is a fantastic place to start.

GGastnutzerBooked a deluxe double room for £127.00 for a night. Arrived to find we had to pay £50 (damage) deposit before we could get in. First time ever! The location didnt have a reception but a door entry system. Which went to a mobile phone with a full mailbox! Stood outside in the cold for 45 minutes. Finally found someone who worked in the spa. They tried to help but would not give contact numbers. Got in to the property and was given the key box number which was on the room door!! Room was cold, damp, small with a bunk bed arrangement. Light was painted over and falling out of the ceiling, Wardrobe was a metal cabinet found in a workshop! Radiator was not working and an electric substitue was in the room but didnt look safe. The power socket which the tele was supposed tobe plugged into was falling out of the wall. There was a fake nail on the bed. The shower room had a smell and although relatively clean had staining in the shower. We finally got a number for one of the hotels other locations in Brighton from a website. The receptionist was friendly. We explained the issue that the room was not as advertised or paid for. They explained that the computor system was to fault!!! No other rooms were available and suggested contacting another hotel in the Brighton area which they sent us the details for. We had to pay a premium rate well above our origonal book for the second hotel. The receptionist for Otto Breeze did refund out £50damage deposit on the day and the staff at the spa were helpful (although not allowed to supply information). We received a refund for the total amount of £127.00 but this was a stressful experience.
