"Nice flat great location close to beach and shops and restaurants , not so easy to find due to works going on where your are told to turn says taxi and buses only , says parking available on description but doesn’t mention extra cost which is disappointing as it does bump up the price and should inform that there is an extra charge also charge by day not by night so extra £60 for 2 nights , instructions for space weren’t clear had to call and a car was in the space , both showers not great hard to get temperature right and the en suite one was broken the attachment was broken so we didn’t use , there are a lot of stairs over 4 flights(77) apparently but that isn’t mentioned wasn’t an issue for us but If you have young children or elderly people or lots of luggage could be an issue, overall great location and a nice spacious flat"

"I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The location is excellent — just a short walk from the train station, which made travel extremely convenient. The staff were welcoming and helpful throughout my stay. The room was clean, well-maintained, and had everything I needed, including a comfortable bed, reliable Wi-Fi, and all the basic amenities. Overall, a great experience and I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a convenient and comfortable place to stay."

"Hotel is in a great location, what used to be a grand old hotel is now a hostel hotel. The staff are friendly and helpful.Roons are great and quiet z they also provided a fan. The decor was a little worn and there were some flies hovering in reception probably due to rubbish ready to be collected. Breakfast is simple and filling, there is a bar and pool table and plenty of space to sit and socialise. There is a small kitchen available too. There is no kettle in private room so bring your own tea and coffee and you can boil the kettle in shared kitchen if it's within hours otherwise you will need your own."

"Die Lage ist direkt hinter dem Bahnhof von Brighton, also sehr günstig für die Verkehrsanbindung und etwa 15 bis 20 Minuten zu Fuß vom Meer entfernt. Ich blieb eine Nacht und habe nicht gefrühstückt, obwohl es verfügbar ist. Es liegt in der Nähe von Geschäften, Pubs und Restaurants Sie machen den kurzen Spaziergang durch den Bahnhof!"

"Ich hatte vor kurzem die Freude, in diesem charmanten Hotel zu bleiben, und ich kann nicht genug über die wunderbare Erfahrung sagen. Von dem Moment, als ich ankam, ging das Personal oben und weiter, um mich willkommen zu fühlen. Jede Interaktion von der Frontdesk bis zur Hausaufbewahrung war warm, professionell und wirklich nett. Es ist klar, dass Gastzufriedenheit hier oberste Priorität. Eine der Highlights meines Aufenthalts war die Hotelbar. Gemütlich, stilvoll und fachkundig laufen, es war der perfekte Ort, um in der Nacht zu entspannen. Der Bartender war nicht nur fertig, sondern auch unglaublich freundlich, bietet tolle Gespräche und sogar bessere Cocktails. Es fühlte sich weniger wie eine Hotelbar und mehr wie ein lokales Geschirr. Frühstück am Morgen war ein weiterer Stand. Die Vielfalt und Qualität der Angebote waren beeindruckend frisches Gemüse, perfekt gekochte Eier, saisonalen Früchten und reichhaltige, aromatische Kaffee, die am Tag am rechten Abend begonnen. Das Essen war aufmerksam und glücklich, so dass die Erfahrung noch angenehmer gemacht wurde. Dieses Hotel ist ein wahres Beispiel für die Gastfreundschaft, die richtig gemacht wird. Ich freue mich auf meinen nächsten Besuch!"

"We had a great experience at this hotel! The welcome cookie was delicious and just what we needed after a long drive down from London. We were celebrating our anniversary, and they surprised us with some towel art and cake! The room was spacious and clean. Breakfast buffet had great variety and a beautiful view.  Only comments would be the lack of complementary water and mini-fridge the room. The AC took a while to become cold, but it got there eventually.  Overall, we had a great trip and don’t regret picking this hotel!"

"We had a wonderful stay here for my 30th birthday. We had the double room which was the perfect size for a couple. The bed was so comfortable and the bathroom and shower were excellent. I loved the free pantry for snacks too! We didn't eat at the hotel but we did sit in the hotel bar and the cocktails and bar staff were great."

"Der Service ist für Apartment-Verhältnisse gut, was sich von einem Hotel unterscheidet. Die Lage ist jedoch recht gut. Das Zimmer, das ich gebucht habe, hatte eine große Grünfläche, als ich das Fenster öffnete. Es ist sehr schön. Die Lage könnte nicht besser sein, es ist sehr praktisch. Es fühlt sich wie das Zentrum an."

"Das Zimmer war geräumig, sauber und perfekt. Wie auf den Bildern angezeigt. Ich persönlich fand die Matratze sehr hart und brauchte zusätzliche Pilze zu verwenden, um zu unterstützen und zu bringen Komfort zu meinem Rücken. Andernfalls wäre ich froh, wieder zu bleiben. Die Service durch das Personal war freundlich, aber haben von anderen Hotels in der Gegend freundlicher und willkommener erlebt. Ich würde das Hotel 8/10 geben."
