Hotels in Tongren mit Parkplatz

The hotel is an amazing! It's very close the train station, the secretary help us with the clothes and at the 2 floor you can found a very good restaurant with hot pot. The room was very clean and cozy. We just say thank you so much!

Wir reservierten eine 114 m2 Schlafzimmer Suite mit Balkon in einem historischen Gebäude. Die Suite war sehr schön, aber das Badezimmer Duschebereich brauchte Verbesserung. Sie servierten gutes Essen in ihrem Restaurant und alle Mitarbeiter waren äußerst hilfreich. Dieses Gästehaus ist sehr interessant. Der Vorderteil ist das ursprüngliche 80-90 Jahre alt Gebäude und die Struktur ist gut erhalten. Der Besitzer nahm uns um und erklärte die Geschichte hinter ihm. Das Gebäude am Rücken, wo alle Zimmer liegen, wurde 2009 errichtet. Sie verwendeten alle alten Holztüren und halten das Design mit dem Vordergrund. Das Gasthaus ist 1.3km von Mount Fanjing, gute Lage. Alle waren so nett da und machten uns zu Hause so sehr fühlen. Wir werden sicher hier bleiben, wenn wir zurück nach Mount Fanjing kommen.

Die Zimmer sind groß mit modernen Einrichtungen, einschließlich Toilettensitz-Sensor. Das Inn hat auch einen Aufzug für diejenigen mit großen Gepäck und möchten nicht die Treppen mit ihnen steigen, ein Merkmal, das nicht in allen Innen umgeben ist. Wir haben einen so komfortablen Aufenthalt, auch wenn es nur für eine Nacht war. Wir nahm einen Didi zum Innenhof am Abend und am Morgen führte der Besitzer uns zum Tor von Fanjingshan, um die Tickets zu kaufen. Er bot uns auch an, uns zu holen, wenn wir für den Tag bei fjs gemacht werden. Er half uns auch, einen Fahrer einzustellen, der uns nach fenghuang antike Stadt zu einem fairen Preis auf der Grundlage unseres Fahrpreises von Tongren bis fjs. Ich werde diesen im März 2023 eröffneten neuen Inn definitiv empfehlen. Das Zimmer ist sehr sauber und hat moderne Einrichtungen. Es gibt auch einen Elekträder im Volksgebäude, es gibt keine große Gepäcktasche auf dem Stock. Wir leben komfortabel und essen gut. Empfohlen!

Wir haben zwei Nächte geblieben, weil das Hotel in der Nähe von Fanjingshan gelegen ist. Während die Lage für unseren Besuch geeignet war, war die Gesamterfahrung enttäuschend. Das Hotel war sehr ruhig, als wir zuerst angekommen waren, und es schien, dass wir die einzigen Gäste während unseres Aufenthalts waren. Leider, das Serviceniveau erfüllte nicht die Erwartungen. Am ersten Abend baten wir um Waschpulver, damit wir waschen konnten. Wir erzählten, dass es ausgelaufen ist und dass es am nächsten Morgen mehr verfügbar sein würde. Aber als wir am nächsten Tag überprüften, gab es noch kein Waschpulver verfügbar. Das Personal hat sich nicht bemüht, uns über die Situation zu informieren oder eine alternative Lösung anzubieten. Das Bett war auch sehr hart und unbehaglich. Wir beschlossen endlich, unseren Aufenthalt um eine Nacht zu verlängern, weil meine Frau Rückenschmerzen erlebte und bevorzugte nicht zu reisen. Aber unsere Schlafqualität verbesserte sich nicht. Um ca. 6:00 Uhr. Wir wurden von anderen Gästen, die laut im Korridor sprechen, und von dem konstanten Lärm der Türen öffnen und schließen geweckt. Die Lärmschutzfunktion scheint schlecht zu sein, da Lärme aus der Halle klar ins Zimmer hörbar sein könnte. Zwischen dem unkomfortablen Bett, unzureichende Sound-Isolierung und der mangelnden Aufmerksamkeit des Personals, wir haben nicht den ruhigen Aufenthalt, den wir erwartet hatten. .

The receptionist was so welcoming. As soon as she saw my ride pulled up, she ran outside to bring my luggage. The check in took little time and the room was already ready by 1:00 pm. She told me the Golden Monkey offered 20 % discount so I ate there. She was there day and night and was such a hard working lady.  The location is within 10 to 15 minutes walk from the East Entrance. Next to the entrance was the bus stop from where you can go to Xijiang, Xiaoqikung, etc. It was so convenient. There are plenty of restaurants in the area. This is a great location to explore Fangjing Shan. The room was quite large but I have to say the bed was a bit hard. I told the receptionist and she said I should have told her because she could have  added another cushion. I felt like I slept on the hard floor for 2 nights but I can’t fault the owner nor the receptionist. She was always there to help so it was really my fault for not notifying here after 30 minutes on my bed. I should have known by then. But then again I was so tired and since it was only for 2 nights, I didn’t complain. There are 30 rooms in the hotel and it must be bothersome for the poor receptionist.  The room was quiet except for a lousy family down the hall. They had probably 2 rooms , had their doors opened and sounded like they were deaf to each other. This is not the fault of the owner. My next door neighbor was quiet though. My advice for those who consider this hotel is , do come , you will like it. Lie on the bed. If the bed is too hard, inform the receptionist. This hotel deserves a very high score because of the superb attitude of the receptionist.

Wow! This place is absolutely awesome. We could’ve stayed here for a week or two. It's so peaceful and the surroundings are so beautiful; mountains, rivers, very peaceful. The rooms are large and super comfortable. Beds are comfy, although somewhat hard, but that's typical for asia. There's a mini fridge in the room, but no safe. We were there at the end of march and didn’t need the A/C. The room had everything you needed and was very cozy. We had a view of the river. We slept with this sliding door ajar and heard the river all night, which was really nice. No smart TV, but again, that's typical for china. The bathroom is large and well laid out. The shower had good pressure and consistent temperature. Every detail in this hotel has been well thought out and executed. As with every hotel bathroom, it could use more hooks! There was shampoo, conditioner, body wash, but no lotion (which is typical for asia). Breakfast is good with fruit, many chinese options, an egg making station, toast, tea, coffee, and juice. Staff are very nice here. The hotel is just steps to the fanjing mountain entry area. Go over the bridge, and to your right is where you enter the park (for the shuttle bus, that takes you to the cable car). Even if you prebuy your tickets on wechat, you still have to go to the ticket office and show your passport to get your physical paper ticket. Yes, you actually need a physical paper ticket! ☹ Make sure you go to the right booth! The first ticket booth that you come across is only a ticket information counter. Keep walking past all the entry gates, and locate the large main tourist center. That's where you line up, show your wechat purchase, and get your physical ticket. You can also buy tickets here. You then go back to where all the entry gates were, and line up again ☹ They scan the paper ticket. It's very old school for china! Once you enter, you get in line for the shuttle bus. At the end of the shuttle bus ride, you then go and line up to get your ticket for the cable car, even if you prebought this on wechat as well!!! They scan your physical ticket and then you can enter the cable car station.

We loved our stay here, it was the best part of our trip!! The hotel garden and the room were cute and had all necessities. What really made our stay great was the friendliness, hospitality and helpfulness of the hostess and host. They drove us to and from the entrance of the mountain twice, for free, helped us obtain tickets, and exchanged those tickets for us (due to a mistake of the mountain employee) while we were having dinner. They also recommended a restaurant upon our request and walked us there, lent us their personal umbrella, picked us up at midnight from a neighbouring homestay, so that we didn't get lost on the way back. We also randomly got orange slices, sunflower seeds and drink packets as a gift. To top it all up, they even drove us 1,5 hours to the railway station for the same price as Didi, so that we for sure would get there on time. Very nice people in a beautiful small village with a characteristic tower. The people in the village were nice overall, as there was a bonfire party where we were invited to dance in a circle with them and to go for food and drinks with them afterwards. They got us a bit more tipsy than we planned and toasted every time saying: “Welcome to China!” - and what a welcome it was. Thank you for the wonderfull experience.

The hotel is very well located, just 5 minutes walking from the park entrance. Staff is extremely nice, will use translators to help you, offer luggage storage and can help you arrange transportation from the town to Tongren (train station, main city nearby) or wherever you’re going, at a better price than ride hailing apps. Rooms are clean and spacious, bed was big and comfortable, bathrooms are also spacious and clean, with a sliding door separating the toilet from the shower. My room was facing the road and the noise wasn’t high. In China it’s rare to find hotels with noise isolating panels so overall this was a very quiet hotel which was a blessing for resting after a hard day of hiking. There’s a couple restaurants directly next to it, or behind it if you access through one of the stairs in the nearby buildings. It’s a very convenient place to stay, not too close to the east entrance gate (5 mins walking but avoids all the noise), very comfortable and staff is remarkably nice. They also have free laundry service which is a blessing if you’re travelling for long. I would definitely stay here again. The building has an elevator so no problem carrying bags. They’re kind enough to help you with them though. So yes, very good choice, well located and exceptional service.

Al realizar el checkin nos quisieron cobrar 100 yuanes como depósito, cuando con el registro de trip no estaba en las condiciones. Contactamos con el equipo de soporte técnico de trip y lo solventaron. Por el resto, todo bien. Nos ha gustado mucho el lugar, siendo una buena localización para ir a las montañas de Fanjing y también recomendamos el dejarse perder por el pueblo.
