We booked a 114 Sq m two bedroom suite w/ a balcony in a historical building. The suite was very nice but the bathroom shower area needed improvement. They served good food at their restaurant and all the staff were extremely helpful. This guesthouse is very interesting. The front part is the original 80-90 years old building & the structure is well preserved. The owner took us around & explained the history behind it. The building at the back, where all the rooms are located, was built in 2009. They used all the old wooden doors & kept the design matching the front. The guesthouse is 1.3km from Mount Fanjing, good location. Everyone was so nice there and made us feel so much at home. Will definitely stay here again if we come back to Mount Fanjing.

Amazing! Fascinating! Fanjingshan was the final stop of our memorable 10-day tour of Guizhou Province, and we truly could not have chosen a better place to conclude our journey. We felt genuinely blessed to stay at this lovely guesthouse for three nights. From the very beginning, the owner Mr. Zhang Haotian and his family made us feel completely at home; they were warm, engaging, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. The rooms are tastefully designed and thoughtfully laid out, perfectly sized for comfort. Our room offered a soothing view of the river, along with a private balcony; an ideal spot to relax with your favourite tea or coffee. The modern touches were impressive too, especially the high-tech sensor toilet, which added a pleasant surprise. The three-storey guesthouse is equipped with an elevator, a thoughtful convenience for guests with heavy luggage or those who may find climbing stairs challenging. Dinner, lovingly cooked by the family, was absolutely delicious, with generous portions that reflected both their hospitality and culinary skill. Every meal felt homely and satisfying. We only wish we had taken more and better photographs of the guesthouse. Without a doubt, this is one place we will return to. As for the enchanting Fanjing Mountain itself, the owner drove us to the scenic area entrance. He even offered to pick us up later, but we chose to walk back instead, enjoying the cool climate. Fanjing Mountain is magical in its own right. The steep cable car ride to the summit, which takes over 20 minutes, was an experience in itself, offering breathtaking views of the mountain ranges stretching endlessly around us. At the top stands the age-old Buddhist temple, serene and awe-inspiring, perfectly harmonising with its natural surroundings. We loved the guesthouse, we are very grateful to Mr. Zhang and his family for their kindness, and deeply thankful for the unforgettable experience at Fanjing Mountain. It was the perfect ending to a remarkable journey.

Das Zimmer ist sehr hochwertig und mit intelligenter Technologie ausgestattet. Es ist sehr praktisch und eignet sich gut für Geschäftsreisen. Das Hotel bietet auch Frühstück für neue Gäste an. Wenn Sie abends etwas brauchen, stehen sie auf Abruf zur Verfügung. Der Service ist auch sehr gut. Wenn Sie die Lobby betreten, bietet Ihnen die Rezeption Tee an und begrüßt Sie! Es liegt ganz in der Nähe des Fanjing-Berges und eignet sich für Geschäfts- und Urlaubsreisen. Sehr empfehlenswert.

Nachdem ich die Öffnung der Berge erlebt habe, ist dieses Haus der Himmel. Da ich und der Objekt ein bisschen schwarz am Abend, besorgte ich mich über Sicherheitsprobleme. Der Chef fährt uns auch persönlich zum Parkplatz und holt uns ab! Geben Sie uns die Gepäckstücke 🧳 nach Ankunft, und erheben Sie die kostenlose Lift, oh, kaufen Sie die Lift! Superexperiment!!!

Das Haus ist sauber und ordentlich. Die Vorhänge sind geöffnet und die großen, vom Boden bis zur Decke reichenden Fenster sind voller Sonnenlicht. Auch aus dem Fenster hat man eine schöne Aussicht, darunter Bäche, Brücken, Grünpflanzen und Türme. Man kann darauf sitzen Tatami und trinken Sie den ganzen Tag Tee, ohne müde zu werden. Auch der Innenhof ist exquisit dekoriert. Es liegt ganz in der Nähe des Fanjing Mountain Scenic Area. Die Fahrt dauert fünf Minuten. Sie können mich abholen, wenn Sie gehen oder zurückkommen. Es ist praktisch und bequem. Es gibt ein kleines Theater in der Nähe und es gibt jeden Tag Aktivitäten. Nebenan gibt es ein privates Dong-Dorfrestaurant Tür. Der Reiswein ist köstlich. Ich habe mir während der zwei Tage, die ich hier verbrachte, eine Erkältung zugezogen. Ich weiß nicht, wie viel Wasser ich getrunken habe. Ich störe jedes Mal den Filialleiter. Vielen Dank. Auf jeden Fall sehr zu empfehlen!

Wow! This place is absolutely awesome. We could’ve stayed here for a week or two. It's so peaceful and the surroundings are so beautiful; mountains, rivers, very peaceful. The rooms are large and super comfortable. Beds are comfy, although somewhat hard, but that's typical for asia. There's a mini fridge in the room, but no safe. We were there at the end of march and didn’t need the A/C. The room had everything you needed and was very cozy. We had a view of the river. We slept with this sliding door ajar and heard the river all night, which was really nice. No smart TV, but again, that's typical for china. The bathroom is large and well laid out. The shower had good pressure and consistent temperature. Every detail in this hotel has been well thought out and executed. As with every hotel bathroom, it could use more hooks! There was shampoo, conditioner, body wash, but no lotion (which is typical for asia). Breakfast is good with fruit, many chinese options, an egg making station, toast, tea, coffee, and juice. Staff are very nice here. The hotel is just steps to the fanjing mountain entry area. Go over the bridge, and to your right is where you enter the park (for the shuttle bus, that takes you to the cable car). Even if you prebuy your tickets on wechat, you still have to go to the ticket office and show your passport to get your physical paper ticket. Yes, you actually need a physical paper ticket! ☹ Make sure you go to the right booth! The first ticket booth that you come across is only a ticket information counter. Keep walking past all the entry gates, and locate the large main tourist center. That's where you line up, show your wechat purchase, and get your physical ticket. You can also buy tickets here. You then go back to where all the entry gates were, and line up again ☹ They scan the paper ticket. It's very old school for china! Once you enter, you get in line for the shuttle bus. At the end of the shuttle bus ride, you then go and line up to get your ticket for the cable car, even if you prebought this on wechat as well!!! They scan your physical ticket and then you can enter the cable car station.

A hidden gem! This resort type of hotel is so rare in the area. We opted for this hotel for the gorgeous courtyard type of layout. The hotel deserves the attention and my lengthy review as the architect/ designer has such an exquisite taste which shows off in the smallest details. The select of burl wood trims with marble patterns, stylish lighting fixtures… Rooms are spacious and full of technology. Bathroom with heat floor and even ironized glass which offers instant privacy with a click of a button. This hotel alone is worth couple nights of stay where one could plan a getaway from the city life and fully immerse themselves in the hotel’s garden trails. This hotel is great for tourists who prioritize monetary value as It’s essentially a five star luxury resort for a fraction of the price. However, for those who enjoy a slower pace and a peaceful atmosphere away from the busy tourisy area it offers more. This hotel had become an integral part of my spiritual retreat escaping city and exploring the FANJING mountain area. Ganz zufriedenstellend, das Hotel hat eine gute Lage neben einem Geschäftshaus. Wenn der Preis nicht hoch ist, entscheiden Sie sich für ein luxuriöses Modell. In den oberen Etagen wird es ruhiger sein. Wenn Sie rausgehen und um die Ecke biegen, finden Sie ein Einkaufszentrum, in dem Sie essen oder in den Supermarkt gehen können, um Vorräte zu besorgen. Sie können wählen, ob Sie zum Tongren Grand Canyon oder zum Fanjing Mountain fahren oder eine Nacht bleiben und dann nach Guiyang zurückkehren. In der Hauptsaison ist eine Vorreservierung erforderlich, da es sonst in der Regel nur sehr wenige Zweibettzimmer gibt und es schwierig wird, der Nachfrage nach einer Unterbringung im Geschäft nachzukommen.

This was the best service we received in China so far. We booked the hotel quite last moment after contacting the owner, because they were extremely helpful securing for us the Fanjingshan tickets offline (because online tickets were sold out). Then they prepared breakfast and snacks for us before climbing the mountain. It is only a bit over a kilometer from the scenic area entrance. Our concierge Xiao Wu and his hospitality was beyond anything we ever experieneced in any hotel, he helped us organize a transportation, helped with translating, recommended the best restaurants in the area and even handled discounts for us. When it comes to the hotel itself - beautiful smaller place but with lot of rooms. The pool is nice relaxing treat after hard walking the main attraction in the area. Always clean and well organized. The only thing we did not understand was that big rooms had only one double bad, and room with two double beds was comparatively smaller.. I wish more international tourists would visit this area and this hotel in particular, the staff would appreciate practicing some English.. :-)
