GGastnutzerWas für eine angenehme Überraschung. Dieses kleine Boutique-Hotel hat all unsere Erwartungen erfüllt. Bequemes Zimmer, gutes Frühstück, hilfsbereites Personal und zu allem Überfluss sprach der Besitzer sehr gutes Englisch. Es liegt nicht zu weit in den Gassen der Altstadt, sodass man leicht zur Hauptstraße laufen kann. Das Ambiente war perfekt, der ruhige Innenhof und das Frühstücks-/Teehaus boten eine schöne Erholung von den Menschenmassen und dem Trubel der Altstadt. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wieder buchen, wenn wir in Lijiang wären.

RRenee C.I had a truly memorable stay at YUNDU and would strongly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, tastefully designed, and warm place to stay in Lijiang. Overall, the experience was very positive, with excellent service, cozy design, and many thoughtful touches. There were a few minor areas for improvement, but they did not take away from how much I enjoyed my stay. Breakfast was excellent and honestly better than many meals I had outside. The local auntie who prepares breakfast is incredibly warm and friendly. The mixian is very foreigner-friendly, light, comforting, and not oily or salty like many outside options. I requested extra vegetables and additional boiled eggs, and she was more than happy to accommodate. This care really stood out. YUNDU’s Samoyed dog, Sanjin (三斤), is truly the heart and mascot of the hotel. He is extremely friendly and intelligent. Staff would say things like “去拍照，去跟姐姐玩” and Sanjin would immediately come over. During my afternoon tea, he quietly came over and sat beside me, which was a very heart-warming moment. Upon checkout, I even received Sanjin fridge magnets and a Polaroid photo, which was incredibly thoughtful. First impressions were great. As part of the package, YUNDU arranged an airport pickup from Lijiang Airport using a clean, comfortable EV. The driver was friendly, chatty, and helpful, and the ride to the hotel was smooth and relaxing. I was pleasantly surprised with a free room upgrade. The upgraded room was spacious, perfect for morning stretching, and included a large and very clean bathtub. Bath balls and a sheet mask were provided, which was a lovely winter touch. The bed was very comfortable. The pillows were a bit soft for me, but there were firmer ones available, and layering them worked well. The blanket was thick, soft, and warm, and even during power outages, I stayed comfortable. Facilities were well thought out, including a Laifen hair dryer with strong airflow, a large high-definition TV facing the bed with VIP streaming access, and a large humidifier suitable for overnight use. The bathroom layout was excellent for winter, with separated toilet and shower. The electronic toilet has heating and auto-flush, and the shower area includes warm air from above. The mirror lighting is also great for makeup. There were some minor layout quirks. There is no floor heating, and the slippers were placed far from the entrance. The electric kettle was placed on a cabinet with no power socket nearby. Service was one of YUNDU’s strongest points. Staff helped with luggage, provided room tours, and checked in regularly via WeChat. When I mentioned possible altitude discomfort, they even gifted me an oxygen tank. The boss was friendly and happily helped me take photos with Sanjin. The only small gap was the butler service. I only realised who my butler was on the last night, and one included service, a butler-accompanied visit to Baisha Ancient Town, which never happened — neither I nor the staff remembered it until I reviewed my package later on Trip.com. That said, my butler was extremely efficient in arranging transportation to Lugu Lake, with smooth coordination and reasonable pricing. The entire property is tastefully decorated, cozy, and inviting. The fireplace in the lobby is a highlight and perfect for winter evenings. During my first two nights, there were power outages. While this delayed some of my work, the room stayed warm. The upside was zero light pollution, and I could see a sky full of stars, which became one of my favourite moments of the stay. I strongly recommend YUNDU to anyone looking for a beautiful view, thoughtful design, warm service, and a cozy yet affordable stay in Lijiang. If you love Lijiang, come to Baisha. If you love Baisha, come to YUNDU.

GGastnutzerEs ist mehr als zwei Wochen her, seit ich aus Yunnan zurückkam, und plötzlich stellte ich fest, dass die Ausdauer für Lijiang, Yunnan, zu groß war. Das liegt wahrscheinlich daran, dass ich, als ich ein Auto nach Lijiang gechartert habe, im Toishou House übernachtet habe, sobald ich mich niedergelassen habe. Auch der Name des Hotels ist ein guter Name, der den Menschen das Gefühl gibt, in die Ruhe und Schönheit der Natur zurückzukehren. Abfahrt von Dali Shuanglang um 12:30 Uhr und Ankunft an der Rezeption von Shitoucuo um 16:00 Uhr. Der Butler bringt Ihnen aufmerksam eine Tasse heißen Milchtee, um die Müdigkeit der Bergwanderung wegzuspülen. Die Haushälterinnen sind wie Familienmitglieder, die ich noch nie zuvor getroffen habe. Sie sind freundlich und unkompliziert und ihr Service ist sehr rücksichtsvoll. Sie reagieren zeitnah auf Nachrichten in der Gruppe. Das Hotel bietet außerdem jederzeit einen Wäscheservice, Fruchtsnacks, Kaffee, Milchtee und heißen Kakao. Jede Ecke des Hotels scheint sorgfältig eingerichtet worden zu sein, und das gesamte Hotelgebäude und die Aufteilung der Zimmer verschmelzen mit der Landschaft des Jadedrachen-Schneebergs und spiegeln sie wider. Als ich am nächsten Morgen die Augen öffnete, hatte ich das Glück, den Berg Rizhao Jinshan zu sehen. Das eindringliche Gefühl war sehr verträumt. Da ich noch nie zuvor einen schneebedeckten Berg gesehen hatte, war ich noch schockierter, als die Windböen die üppigen Bäume und das Gras am Fuße des Berges bewegten und das klare Wasser im Teich vor dem Hof ​​war Landschaftsbilder waren nichts weiter. Leider war mein Terminkalender in Lijiang ziemlich voll und ich war mit privaten Aktivitäten beschäftigt, sodass ich nicht an der Tannenzapfenpflückung des DIY-Gedenkfotorahmens und anderen Aktivitäten des Hotels teilnahm. Unbewusst bevorzugte ich die Ruhe des Steinhauses und den Komfort, den Jadedrachen-Schneeberg zu beobachten nah. Das Steinhaus tief in der Natur ist so entspannend!

Die Haushälterin war sehr zuvorkommend und bot uns proaktiv ihre Hilfe an. Sie schaltete sogar schon vor unserer Ankunft die Heizdecken ein und verschickte unser Gepäck vor der Abreise. Obwohl die Pension in einem der oberen Stockwerke lag, gab es nicht viele Treppen zu steigen, was für jemanden wie mich, der nicht gerne viel läuft, kein Problem darstellte. Die Kopfsteinpflasterstraßen in der Altstadt von Lijiang sind im Allgemeinen nicht ideal zum Tragen von Gepäck, aber die Angestellten der Pension halfen uns, unsere Koffer ins Zimmer zu bringen, sodass wir uns keine Sorgen machen mussten. Auch das Frühstück war gut; wir mussten während unseres zweitägigen Aufenthalts nicht auswärts frühstücken gehen.

SSheryl 宜芬Cleanliness: room was slightly dusty. Spiders and insects in the room, but expected because it has many oriental decorations that require constant cleaning to prevent dust accummulation. Location: convenient, it’s of walking distance to the north gate, easy to stroll around to different parts of the ancient town. Service: I have never given a bad review for the service attitude of any accomodations which I’ve stayed at in China, but I honestly think that the service here is mediocre and more reactive than proactive. They fulfil the basics of bringing your luggage up to your room, giving directions to the laundry and breakfast areas and arranging for pick up from the station to the hotel for a stay of at least three consecutive nights. I cannot speak for all the service staff, but the service staff that mainly tended to me during the stay definitely needs to be improved. He was helpful when I needed help for the laundry setting. However, when I needed help with booking tickets to snow mountain (I’m a foreigner and do not have a local number), it was a rather frustrating experience. He shared that the booking of tickets to Yulong Snow Mountain can be done 3-4 days in advance, and he could help me when I arrive at the accommodations. When I arrived, it was 4 days in advance but he was rather nonchalent and did not manage to help me secure tickets for my intended date of visit and had to eventually rely on the tour group to help change dates. The night before the tour visit, I had to reach out on wechat to ask about when and where the meeting point is for the tour. Even after the tour, I even had to ask several times to pay for the tour tickets as he had helped me to secure the ticket to the glacier park cablecar eventually. I had already shared that I could not transfer money on wechat and could only do via scanning his wechat/alipay qr code or vice versa. I feel that given that you guys are located in Lijiang and located near to Jade Snow Mountain, you should have encountered other customers who need help with the booking and this shouldn’t have been such a stressful tour booking experience. Amenities: they have two all-in-1 washing machine and drying amenities which was rather helpful. In the original room which i had booked, the air con leaked at around 10pm+. I texted the service staff on wechat and another staff came 5-10minutes later to check. This staff said it’s normal for the air con to leak at times especially if it’s blocked. After checking, he offered to change rooms for me. He helped me to move my luggage to the new room. There was no form of apology by any of the staff on the day itself when the incident happened. It was only on the next day when I requested for check-out transportation services to the railway station for the following day, where the staff who mainly tended to be apologised for the aircon leakage and offered complimentary transport services to the railway station. I’ve stayed in many accomodations in Yunnan but this was the most disappointing stay thus far and I will definitely not be back again.

GGastnutzerAmbiente: Ruhig und abgeschieden, fernab vom Trubel, mit einer einzigartigen chinesischen Ästhetik. Der Duft von Räucherstäbchen erfüllte das gesamte Zimmer und wirkte sehr beruhigend. Besonders angetan war ich vom Zitronengrasöl; ich kaufte es für über 1000 Yuan und erhielt 30 % Rabatt – ein echtes Schnäppchen! Ausstattung: Beheiztes Massagebad im Freien mit privater Badewanne. Vom Zimmer aus hat man einen herrlichen Blick auf den Sonnenaufgang über dem Goldenen Berg. Service: Butler Luna bot einen exzellenten Service. Er half mir, im Voraus ein Reisefotoshooting zu buchen, organisierte den Zimmerservice inklusive Reinigung, beantwortete meine Fragen, arrangierte den Flughafentransfer, stellte mir eine kleine Plüschschildkröte und Mineralwasser zur Verfügung. Absolut empfehlenswert! Der abendliche Aufdeckservice war einzigartig: Am ersten Abend gab es ein Fußbad mit Rosenmilch in einem Kupferbecken, am zweiten Abend ein Fußbad mit grobem Salz, ebenfalls in einem Kupferbecken. Auch das Frühstück war gut und bot eine tolle Aussicht. Ein einfacher Flughafentransfer vom Hotel zum Flughafen Lijiang Sanyi: Der Transfer war gut. Ein Fotoshooting in traditioneller Tracht im Hotel (Reservierung mindestens 1 Tag im Voraus erforderlich): Ich hatte vor einigen Tagen bereits Fotos in tibetischer und Yi-Tracht machen lassen und habe nun hier meine Miao-Tracht anfertigen lassen, um etwas von der ethnischen Kultur zu erleben. 5 Fotos, keine weiteren. Saisonales Obst zur Begrüßung: An beiden Tagen stehen kleine Obstkörbe bereit, abends gibt es frischen Saft und kleine Kuchen, darunter Drachenfrucht- und Orangensaft. Im Kühlschrank befinden sich außerdem große Kuchen.

Before we got there, I contacted the hotel if it is comfortable for my mom to stay there because she is 88 years old and need to use wheelchair. After that they made up a wechat group to facilitate us. The staff who took care of us , xiao juan , helped us with the trip plan, escorted us to the ancient town of Dayan and Shuhe ,lead us to understand the town of Baisha and helped us with everything we need. She shows her emphaty to people with everthing she does.All the staffs there are young , polite and friendly. The location of the hotel is very suitable for exploring the ancient town of Baisha. The view of the snow mountain can be seen from the inner garden and more clearly from the third floor of the hotel.The room is comfortable with good quality bedsheet , blanket , towels and the heating floor. The breakfast is adequate with a set of chinese small dishes together with a choice of boiled rice or noodles.
