Es ist ein perfekter Ort für alle, besonders für den kleinen Jungen. Der Außenbereich ist wunderschön und bietet viel Spaß mit den niedlichen Tieren und beim Erkunden des Gemüsegartens. Das gesamte Hotelgelände ist toll, auch der Blick auf die Berge ist fantastisch. Das Zimmer war sauber und schön, und die Terrasse war der perfekte Ort, um den Tag ausklingen zu lassen. 💎Absolute Perfection – The Best Hotel in Lijiang!💎 If you are looking for a place to stay in Lijiang, do not hesitate and just book this hotel—you will not regret it! From the moment we arrived, the service was beyond amazing. The staff anticipated our every need before we even had to ask; they managed everything for us seamlessly. We speak English, and we never had a single problem with communication—everyone was so attentive and made us feel completely at ease. A massive shoutout to the hotel owner, who is incredibly kind, and to the wonderful staff who went above and beyond every single day. We also have to give a special mention to photographer Xìaozhang—he is absolutely brilliant! He took stunning pictures of us that we will treasure forever. Definitely use his services! The hotel itself is spectacular. The rooms are spotless, spacious, and equipped with high-quality products. The views are simply breathtaking, and there is so much space for kids to run around and enjoy the animals—it’s a paradise for families! Plus, it’s super close to the Old Town, and the free shuttle service is so convenient. The food was delicious, the atmosphere was peaceful, and there is genuinely not a single negative thing to say about this place. Everything was just perfect. We will definitely be coming back. Could not have asked for a better experience. Could not recommend this hotel enough!!!! :);) Stephanie provided the best possible service. We were feeling unwell after our tour to the Jade Stone Moutain and she bought us ginger tea and additional water. Besides the incredible service from the team, the view was incredible and we really enjoyed the breakfast and afternoon tea service. Thank you Stephanie and the Team 🫶🏻

For the first time, we were completely blown away by the exceptional service, food and activities provided by an accommodation from the moment we arrived. With an amazing view of Jade Dragon Snow Mountain, the resort boasts a huge farm where they grow vegetables and flowers, and even have a few goats and horses for guests to pat and feed. This was definitely a highlight for all of us (adults and kid alike)! When we had trouble getting tickets for Jade Dragon Snow Mountain, Xiao Zhong, our dedicated butler, helped us with the purchase late in the evening. The other highlight was honestly the dinner prepared in-house. Every dish tasted so much like home, which was such a wonderful and unexpected surprise! And I must mention the afternoon tea, which is served every single day and was delicious, along with free-flow drinks available throughout the day. When we had a hard time getting back from Baisha Ancient Town due to the lack of Didi availability, the hotel sent their driver to pick us up without hesitation. On our last day, they arranged for us a complimentary photoshoot. The photos were all shared with us, even though it was supposedly limited to just five shots! Xiao Zhang, the accommodation’sdedicated photographer, has truly impressive skills. This is definitely a place we would come back to. Of all the accommodations we have experienced in our travels around the world, this is honestly one of the best, if not the best, experiences we’ve ever had. The mountain view was absolutely stunning, and the room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The hotel provided lots of complimentary perks and services which made our stay memorable and totally worth it! Since the hotel is located quite far from the main areas, the complimentary breakfast made our mornings so much easier. We also enjoyed the afternoon tea (it was so delicious), and feeding the adorable animals at their farm. 🐑🐐 The staff were all so hospitable, friendly, and kind throughout our stay. What really stood out was how they went above and beyond to help us when we had trouble getting a cab to a place we wanted to visit that wasn’t covered by the hotel’s complimentary transportation service. Since it was raining and we couldn’t get a cab out of the place, they actually came all the way back to pick us up! We were honestly so touched and grateful because we would have been completely stuck there without them. 😭 We even tried to tip them as a small token of appreciation, but they kindly refused. 🥹 We’re really thankful for their amazing hospitality and would definitely recommend this hotel!

Wonderful Stay in the Heart of Nature I had an absolutely amazing stay at this hotel and couldn’t be happier with my experience. What impressed me the most was how beautiful everything looked in real life—it truly matched (and even exceeded) the photos. The setting is simply stunning, surrounded by mountains and nature, with goats wandering around and flowers everywhere. It felt incredibly peaceful and authentic, like a perfect escape from everyday life. At the same time, everything was spotless and very well maintained. The cleanliness and overall standard were excellent. The service was also outstanding—whenever I needed anything, the staff responded immediately and were always kind and helpful. A special mention goes to the photographer—he took absolutely stunning photos for us, which turned out to be the highlight of our entire stay. We’ll treasure them as beautiful memories of this place. Honestly, I felt like I was on vacation at my grandmother’s place—comfortable, warm, and completely relaxed. It was a beautiful experience, and I would definitely love to come back.

We have had a absolutely wonderful stay here. From the moment our flight to Lijiang were almost 10 hours delayed but the driver waited for us long into the night, with service and tea for my girlfriend when she got cold. To booking horse riding, giving us ride to Baisha Ancient town. Super helpful all the time during our stay. We loved it here. Thank you for everything.

We had a fantastic stay the MountainTrip resort. Even before arrival they helped coordinate a private transfer for us to get to Shangri-La. They picked us up from the airport for free (which is a long drive). We also used their free drive to nearby Baisha. The room was spacious, clean, and had plenty of amenities (fridge, free drinks, toiletries). The bathrooms were modern. When we arrived late they still offered us their daily tea and drinks. We had breakfast and a couple other meals at the hotel and always found the food delicious and well balanced. Attached a few of their daily menus. The family enjoyed petting and feeding their goats and ponies. They would give us food to feed them. The flowers were beautiful. Our stay will likely be a highlight of our trip to Yunnan.
