Booked Deluxe King Room with breakfast included. Room was spacious and breakfast was great. Yet the standard of housekeeping was far from satisfactory. First, hairs were found at the wrap for the wire of the hair dryer the moment I checked in, and small scrap of paper was also found on the inside of a towel. Without any notice/sign in the room about the hotel's green housekeeping policy (if any), towels heavily loaded on the hook and hangers in the bathroom were not collected even on day 3 of my stay (there was no bath tub in the room to place used towels). Packs of cotton pads, cotton buds and small soaps were not refilled even when totally used up. Interesting enough, when enquired with front desk if that was the hotel's policy not to so collect the towels and make the refill unless express requests were made, the answer was in the negative. The charging of tips for breakfast is another interesting issue. My husband stayed at the hotel for 2 nights (with breakfast included) before my arrival. When he checked out, he was asked to pay for tips for 1 breakfast. After clarifying if tips should be paid for 2 breakfasts instead, front desk apologized for having wrongly charged for any tips as all charges should have already been included when making the hotel booking. Yet on our checking out after 5 nights' stay with the hotel, we were told that we had to pay for tips for 2 days' breakfast. We again enquired about the hotel policy and explained that we were willing to pay but wondered why tips weren't charged for all 5 days for our stay. No explanation was given and the staff (probably thought that we did not want to pay) just advised that the charges would be waived. I have stayed at Park Hyatt Bangkok and the service was excellent. Was thus surprised to had those experience at Park Hyatt Toronto.

Das Hotelpersonal war sehr nett und freundlich, um uns bei 1.30pm anzumelden, da unsere Zimmer bereit waren. Obwohl wir nicht den Anschlussraum erhalten haben, wie wir gebeten, aber wir waren froh genug, um uns eine frühe Eincheckung zu ermöglichen.

Das Hotel-/Sicherheitspersonal war nett und freundlich. Das Essen (im Casino) im Ca su al war gut. Die Noodle Box?? war jedoch stark unterbesetzt. Die Wartezeit dort betrug etwa 40-45 Minuten und unsere Bestellungen waren falsch, als wir sie erhielten. Wir wollten nicht länger auf eine korrigierte Bestellung warten. Eine der Bestellungen war gut, die andere ungenießbar. Haben Hamburger vom Big Smoke bekommen, die verbrannt waren. Der Bagel von Tim Hortons war gut.

Ein großes Hotel in einer hervorragenden Lage. Der Radisson Blu befindet sich direkt am Hafen. Es ist von ikonischen Lagen, großen Restaurants und Attraktionen umgeben. Der CN Tower und das Roger Center sind nur wenige Minuten zu Fuß. Sie können sich entlang der Hafen-Bordwale oder in einem schönen Kaffee sitzen und sehen Flugzeuge aus und landen am kleinen Inselflughafen direkt über das Wasser.

Ich kam spät abends im Hotel an. Die Abwicklung verlief gut, das Personal ist freundlich. Das Hotel ist sauber, das Zimmer war auch sauber, bis auf ein paar Haare im Badezimmer, das Hotel liegt im Stadtzentrum, 2 km von der Union Station entfernt. Das Zimmer war gemütlich, Handtücher, Bademantel, Bügeleisen, Safe, Kühlschrank, Blick aus dem Fenster auf das Nachbarhaus und einen Teil der Stadt. Die Matratze war zu weich, vielleicht gefällt sie jemandem. Zu den Nachteilen gehört die Klimaanlage – sie bläst direkt auf das Bett, wo die Kissen liegen. Ich bat darum, die Geschwindigkeit zu reduzieren, aber sie wurde komplett ausgeschaltet, es war gut, aber am Morgen war ich durchgefroren 😅 Im Allgemeinen ein gutes Hotel und Personal. Günstige Lage, es gibt einen Supermarkt in der Nähe. Ich empfehle zu bleiben.

The facilities were amazing. Very clean, very easy to navigate the buildings and their amenities. The location was great, close to the CN Tower, Roger’s Centre, Ripley’s and tons of food. Union station is also close which made travel around downtown Toronto easy.

I was somewhat disappointed by the lack of prior communication regarding the check-in procedure. Upon arrival, we entered the loby area, and we were welcomed by the security officer who explained to contact the company for instructions which included sending photos of my ID along with a separate image of me holding it. After paying a deposit, we were finally granted access to the apartment. This process took nearly an hour, and we were surprised to find that our unit was located on the 48th floor of the tower. While this didn’t bother us, it would have been helpful to know in advance, especially for those who suffer from vertigo. Reliable Wi-Fi is essential, as a lack of connectivity can be quite problematic. The apartment itself was small and cosy, offering impressive views of the CN Tower. However, upon our arrival, the driver was still drying towels and bedding, which I found to be inappropriate. The small balcony had very dirty glass that had not been cleaned, and the kitchen was not entirely tidy. Additionally, the bedroom carpet was heavily stained, and we were required to remove our shoes. Upon checking out, we had to take out the trash and wash the towels, bedding, and dishes, which consumed another hour of our time. I couldn't help but wonder what the cleaning staff was doing. It’s worth noting that a deposit was taken, and failure to adhere to the rules would result in its forfeiture. Although I generally avoid complaining, We felt overwhelmed by the expectations, especially after paying for our vacation. Furthermore, if extending the stay for a few additional hours, there is a significant extra charge. The elevators were consistently busy, and during our departure, the security personnel in the concierge area were rather rude, insisting we leave the lobby despite the presence of chairs and tables. We simply wanted to arrange our next ride without having to do so on the street. Overall, I enjoyed the experience, but the apartment could benefit from more thorough cleaning, and the rules could be more accommodating for guests.

Die Adresse und die Tür der Wohnung sehen, ist eigentlich ein Kleidungsstück, das der Supermarkt genommen hat. Die Wohnung ist relativ neu, es gibt drei Zimmer mit zwei Badezimmern und drei Betten. Dekoration und Möbelelektronik sind neue und geeignet für den Wohnraum.

Das Zimmer ist sehr gut beleuchtet, ähnlich dem Volksvermietung, die Einrichtungen sind voll mit Waschmaschine und Trockner ausgestattet, die Küche ist sehr gut, die Wäsche im Badezimmer hat auch Haarwasser. Sie kontaktieren die Eigentümer, die sie rechtzeitig beantworten, können sie alle Fragen stellen, die Einrichtungen im Zimmer sind sehr warm und schmeckend. Es gibt sogar viele Unterhaltungseinrichtungen, wie Tischtouren usw. Unterhalb des Hotels gibt es bequeme schnelle Restaurants, Tagesgeschäfte, Eis-Shops, ein wenig zu Fuß und ein supermarkt. Familien können mit den Eigentümern bestätigen, ob ihre Zimmertypen ein gemeinsames Badezimmer benötigen, und sie werden die Nachricht von Trip.com beantworten. Es ist nicht mehr angebracht, wenn ein vierer Zusammenschluss zwei Zimmer für ein Satz von Waren zu schaffen ist, und die Landschaft des Balkons ist auch sehr schön.

Das Zimmer verfügt über eine Mikrowelle, einen kleinen Kühlschrank und einen Fernseher. Die sanitären Bedingungen entsprechen jedoch dem Standard für diesen Preis. 5-Sterne-Hotelstandard kann man nicht erwarten. Ich habe zwei Kakerlaken getötet. Es besteht kein Grund, jemanden anzulügen oder anzuschwärzen. Ich bin ein schwarzer Diamant mit einer guten Konsumbilanz. Es gibt ein Video und ich habe auch eine Entschädigung erhalten. Kurz gesagt: Man bekommt, wofür man bezahlt. Sie können kommen, wenn Sie ein begrenztes Budget haben und die Lage in Ordnung ist, nicht weit von allem entfernt.
