Ich mag dieses Hotel sehr, habe fünf Tage gelebt und die Familie mag es sehr. Die Suite, es gibt eine Küche, Wohnzimmer, Badezimmer, Waschraum. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet, es gibt Waschmaschine und Trockner, die Geräte sind sehr neu. Tag für Tag spielen und nach Hause zurückkommen. Der einzige Punkt, den ich daran erinnern kann, ist, dass nichts rauchen kann, weder im Zimmer noch draußen, und der Mann hat viel Geld für das Rauchen verurteilt...

Die Zimmer waren hervorragend!!! Sauber! Hat Waschmaschine und Trockner, alle Werkzeuge und Küchenwaren (Kisten, Pannen, Platten, Tassen, etc.), die Badezimmer. Der Pool und Jacuzzi waren sooo schön. Das Personal ist freundlich und hilfsbereit. Sie haben sogar einen Feuerplatz. Das Zimmer ist gemütlich und sooo groß!!! Keine Bedauern!

Rund 30min Fahrt zu Attraktionen mit großer und geräumiger Wohnung mit Waschmittel und Waschmaschine. Wollen sie das Handtuch täglich ändern und ein Schlafzimmer hat nur einen Fluss starkes Wasser, um das Bad zu füllen, so kann man nicht duschen stehen.

Das Zimmer ist ideal für Familien, da es geräumig ist. Derjenige, in dem wir geblieben sind, kann bis zu sechs Personen beherbergen, was es eine tolle Option für größere Gruppen macht. Obwohl es nicht direkt in der Stadt Canmore gelegen ist, ist es nur eine kurze Fahrt entfernt. Unser Zimmer hatte auch eine Küche, die perfekt ist, wenn Sie lieber Ihre eigenen Mahlzeiten zu kochen. Grundlegende Kochgeräte wie Pans sind vorhanden, obwohl einige von ihnen ein wenig verbraucht und aktualisiert werden können. Das Zimmer selbst ist ein wenig datiert, und einige der Stühle hatten beschädigte Oberflächen. Es wäre auch besser, wenn die Rezeption früher geöffnet wurde, denn es war immer noch geschlossen, als wir mit jemandem um 8:15 Uhr sprechen wollten. Insgesamt haben wir unseren Aufenthalt hier genossen.

Das Hotel bietet Kochprodukte, Kisten, Pans, Kettle, Mikrowelle und ein Mini-Kühlschrank. Wollte gefrorene Pizza kochen und fragte das Front Desk für Aluminiumfolie und Backplatten wurden bereitgestellt. Sehr guter Service. Das Hotel hat wirklich einen Blick auf die Berge. Darüber hinaus gibt es einen kleinen Spielplatz für Kinder zu spielen.

I had a great stay. The room was very clean and comfortable, which made it easy to relax. One of the highlights for us was the sauna — we really enjoyed using it during our stay. The check-in and check-out process was also very smooth and quick, which made the whole experience even better. Overall, it was a pleasant and hassle-free stay, and I would definitely consider coming back.

Our room was a little dated, but for the most part, it was very good. The fireplace made it that much better. If you wanted to use the stairs instead of the elevator, it was a little tricky. The staff were very nice. The only thing I was displeased with, was not being able to get any refund. We had to leave after our 2nd night of a 5 night stay. I understand that the hotel had every right not to grant the request, but even a refund for one of the three remaining nights would have been appreciated.

Ein größerer gehen Tasse mit flüssigen Weißer für den Kaffeestation zu gehen wäre auch erstaunlich. Ich freue mich auf meinen nächsten Aufenthalt.

I recently stayed at the Canmore Inn & Suites on Bow Valley Trail. While the property itself has potential and offers a convenient base for exploring the Rockies, my experience was significantly dampened by a factor I wasn't prepared for: a major local hockey tournament. The ”Tournament” Factor I was unaware upon booking that my stay coincided with a Canmore hockey tournament for U11 and U13 divisions. To say these teams ”took over the hotel” would be an understatement. The volume of children was overwhelming. This translated to: The Pool Area: Practically unusable for other guests; it was packed to capacity with kids from morning until night. Common Areas: Hallways and the lobby were very loud and, at times, felt uncontrollable. Lack of Supervision: There was a noticeable lack of adult/parental supervision in the public spaces, leading to a chaotic atmosphere that isn't ideal if you're looking for a relaxing mountain getaway. Staff and Noise Management To the hotel’s credit, the noise did mostly settle down by 10:30 PM. I spoke with the front desk, and they mentioned we could issue formal noise complaints if needed. However, it felt like a losing battle given the sheer volume of groups. The staff are clearly used to this, as these local tournaments bring in consistent bookings for the hotel. While the team was polite, they seemed stretched thin by the high occupancy and the energy of the young athletes. The Room and Amenities Pros: The location is excellent—close to downtown and Highway 1. The rooms are generally spacious, and the mountain views from the upper floors are a highlight. Cons: The property is showing its age. Some fixtures felt dated, and the cleanliness in the high-traffic common areas suffered due to the heavy foot traffic during the tournament. Final Verdict The simpler solution here is a matter of timing. If you aren't in town to participate in or spectate a tournament, check the local sports calendar before booking. If a U11/U13 tournament is on, I would recommend staying elsewhere. If you are here for the hockey, this is clearly the ”hub,” but for the average traveler, the lack of peace and quiet makes it hard to justify the price point during these peak weekends.

The hotel itself is in a great location to walk to restaurant and town center and looks great from the outside. It had underground parking. They were doing hallway renovations but that was not listed when booking. The photos of the place we had were misleading as the hotel room itself was pretty run down. The leather sofa is old and stained. The sofa bed was the same and very thin mattress. For 500 a night I would have expected more
