Das ist ein sehr schönes Resort. Das Innenraum ist sehr sauber und groß. Bett ist komfortabel und Toilette ist gut mit Jacuzzi. Sie werden Kangaroos und Cockatoos am Morgen und am Abend außerhalb der Wohnung sehen. Meine Kinder genießen den Aufenthalt sehr. Jedoch müssen Sie entweder Ihre eigenen Mahlzeiten kochen oder fahren zum Essen. Die Fahrt ist etwa 15 Minuten.

The customer service was excellent. The location, the food, service, just to mention few. Everything was perfect 👌. Will recommend this hotel 100x to my friends and family. I'll be coming back for sure.

Das Restaurant serviert unsere Lebensmittel separat unsere Steaks dauerte eine Stunde und das ist richtig ... Da ich mein eigenes Auto aus dem Kellner fuhr, erwarteten sie mich, weitere Kosten zu zahlen. Keine Überraschung, der Park ist eigentlich von der Firmenstruktur getrennt, aber von der Hauptentität getrennt, angenommen, der Grund ist ein Steuervorteil oder eine Möglichkeit, die Kosten der mit der Entladung verbundenen Kosten zu exponieren. Zu ehrlich, auch wenn es aus Melbourne ist, fühlt es sich wirklich, als würde jeder nur noch $50 für nichts wollen.. Subpar Service.. Subpar Kundenservice.. Die Lage des Hotels ist wirklich gut. Es ist super bequem, vom Terminal zum Hotel zu kommen. Die Zimmergröße ist gut für Entpacken und Ihre Sachen für die Reise wiederpacken. Da wir nicht das Frühstück in die Buchung aufgenommen haben. Es gibt 2 Alternativen zum Frühstück: 1. Das Frühstück des Hotels für 35AUD/person 2. Deli Cafe. Wir hatten dort einen Sandwich und Muffin. Es ist schnell und einfach, morgens bereit zu werden.

Wenn Sie Zeit für einen Spaziergang haben, können Sie dies auch tun Gehen Sie zum Kernbereich. Der Nachteil ist, dass das Gebäude alt ist, wahrscheinlich etwa 100 Jahre alt. Die Schalldämmung ist nicht sehr gut und die Klimaanlage ist etwas laut. Darüber hinaus verfügt dieser Zimmertyp mit Terrasse über keine Pflanzen im Außenbereich.

The Highlights 1. The location of this hotel is second to none. Right outside the door, you’ll find endless food options from quick bites to diverse international cuisines, plus plenty of cafés, bars, and public transport. Having the SkyBus stop to the airport just around the corner was convenient. 2. Every team member I met was friendly, approachable, and genuinely eager to help. They are well-trained and motivated to provide excellent service. 3. The room itself was spacious and modern. Both the daytime city views and night lights from the window were wonderful, and the furnishings felt new and well-maintained. 4. Guests have access to some excellent facilities, including a gym, a library, and a full wellness area. The indoor pool is comfortably heated even on a chilly Melbourne evening, and it comes with a sauna and bubble spa, which makes the stay feel more like a resort. What Could Be Improved 1. The room setup felt unusual. I booked a one-bedroom suite, but was placed in a two-bedroom apartment with the master bedroom locked off. I completely understand that I only paid for one room, but it felt a little strange knowing there was a part of “my” room I couldn’t access. Personally, I would have preferred a proper one-bedroom layout with full access. 2. The bedroom I was 'allowed' to stay in also didn’t have its own air conditioning. It relied on the living room’s unit to keep cool, while the locked-off master had its system. This design made things a bit uncomfortable at times, especially overnight. 3. The sofa had an unpleasant, urine-like odour, which made us reluctant to rest in the lounge. 4. The main door lock was rusty and stiff, making it frustrating to open and close. 5. There was no landline phone in the room to contact reception, so the only option was to head downstairs. A couple of times, even during office hours, the reception was unattended (likely because one staff member was juggling multiple tasks). It could be so inconvenient to have a more extended stay. 6. While the pool facilities were lovely, they were often crowded. The common facilities are shared with residents of the building as well as hotel guests, but this detracted from the relaxing vibe. Would I stay here again? Yes, probably. Mainly because of the unbeatable location, the great facilities, and the friendly staff. But I do think the hotel needs to address the details so that it can align with what they claimed as 'luxury'.

Juliana, Jamie and Te Rievu were hospitable and helpful in arranging all the 6 rooms on the same floor for my family members and me, especially during this sensitive time. The roooms were clean and spacious. The quiet lobby area was apt for our family catch ups. It would be a little more special if there is a little gifting to one of my family members whose birthday fell during the accomodation period. Nonetheless, the hotel is good and will return again.

Perfect location and an excellent place to stay. The hotel facilities are practically brand new, and both the reception staff and housekeeping team were friendly and professional throughout my stay. I stayed for more than a week and thoroughly enjoyed my time at this serviced apartment. The rooms were comfortable, well maintained, and had everything I needed. I would happily stay here again and would recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

The hotel carpet smells, the building is old and needs a total replacement of carpet. When we entered our room. It smells like bleach everywhere. We have to open the window to make it go away. The room is decent size and the toilet and bath are separated where there are no hand basin to use after using the toilet if someone is using the shower or bath tub. The view from our balcony is magnificent, the Melbourne tall buildings skyline. I also love the location because it is near public transport, free tram and shops, even universities. The kitchen are complete with cooking utensils and pans. They got free coffee, tea and milk. The toiletries were given 1 set of tiny bottles but we are 4 people booked in.

Leider hatten wir nicht genügend Zeit, Pool und Sauna zu nutzen, da diese nur von 7:00 bis 21:00 Uhr geöffnet sind. Einziger Kritikpunkt: Ich wusste nicht, ob Zimmerservice angeboten wird. In der vierten Nacht unseres Aufenthalts, nach einem Tagesausflug, stellten wir fest, dass die Reinigungskraft unser Zimmer ohne unsere Erlaubnis betreten und gereinigt hatte. Stellen Sie sich vor, was passiert wäre, wenn unsere Sachen verloren gegangen wären – hätte das Hotelmanagement den Verlust tragen können? Bitte betreten Sie die Zimmer nicht ohne vorherige Absprache. Gäste, die den Service in Anspruch nehmen möchten, fragen selbst nach der Zimmerreinigung.
