Die Bar hatte einen Pigeon fliegen um es war ein wenig aus setzen auch die Frühstück waren unter Par ich endete essen jeden Tag

Das Zimmer war bei heißem Wetter sehr heiß und die Bedingungen waren tatsächlich etwas schlechter, aber der Preis war günstig und es war sehr sauber.

GGastnutzerWe stayed at the hotel for my husband's birthday and had a great time. Loved the heated pool and jacuzzi. Room was very spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was a bit disappointing, very cramped and staff were struggling to keep up, did not feel like a five star experience. Balcony really tiny with no view, so not one you could actually use. Service was excellent and staff were very friendly.

The hotel enjoys an excellent location right in Adelaide’s city centre.
The front desk staff made a strong impression, especially Luke and Iris, who went above and beyond during my stay. On 25 August, when I developed a skin allergy, Luke responded swiftly, recommending a nearby clinic and checking in on my condition with genuine care. Iris was equally attentive — she quickly resolved an air-conditioning issue by arranging a room change, and later, when the lifts were out of order, she promptly guided guests to use the staff lift. Their professionalism and kindness were greatly appreciated.
Overall, the hotel would benefit from refurbishment to match the outstanding service provided by its staff.
However, while the service was commendable, the rooms did not meet basic five-star standards. Cleanliness was below expectations, and the shower design caused water to spill into the toilet area. Overall, the hotel would benefit from refurbishment to match the outstanding service provided by its staff.

GGastnutzerSuperior Two Queen Room is spacious - love the walk-in closet where we can put our luggages. Spotlessly clean except the carpet which looks a bit old and tired. Central location just opposite Railway Station. No microwave or bowls and plates inside the room, but there's a microwave that we can use on Level 1. Great service, they allowed us to check-in early as both our toddler & baby were sleeping when we arrived at 10am and our room was ready. They also allowed luggage storage after we checked out in the morning and wanted to explore the city for a few more hours. In the first night I did find one cockroach in the bathroom which quickly crawled away as I approached the sink, but no issue overall.

GGastnutzerHi how are you back iptuor to Covid I had stayed at the oaks many many times and the spa was then out of order and again it seams it’s still out of service this needs to be fixed thank you and if stay for often ..
I’d also like to add the sauna the wood is almost falling the wall on the right hand side a bit maintenamce is needed in there ..
and to up keep with all around existing hotels
Filtered water and cups not the fountain Out side the spa as you can get vide hydrated in there … I was dizzy stepping out of due to my own fault drinking alcohol all night and then the sauna anyways I good coles water straight out side the spa would be perfect thank you
The room it self was very beautiful I’d actual love to purchase one of the rooms and actual live there once the spas in working order
My son stayed there a month years ago with airforce coming back from Wagga Wagga at 19-21 yrs the Air Force funded his stay and I stayed with him and il never forget the very special family memories perfect spot tram casino train all very good 9/10 10/10 if you did some maintenance in the sauna and have the spa up and running the day the spa is working email me and il stay .2 /3 nights

GGuest UserIm Zentrum von North Terrace ist die Lage des Hotels sehr bequem. Es dauert 15m vom Flughafen mit dem Fahrzeug und nur 5m bis zum Bahnhof auf Fuß. Ausrüstung im Zimmer sind voll und einfach zu bedienen. Die einzigen Kons ist dünne Wand des Waschraums, was ein wenig Lärm verursacht, wenn jemand die Toilette benutzen.
