My stay at Peppers was fantastic. The hotel is clean, beautiful, and very comfortable, with a great location. Housekeeping was outstanding and kept everything spotless. My expectations were definitely met with the room. Only two small negatives: the restaurant downstairs is extremely overpriced, and when I called 40 minutes before check-in to see if I could get my parking pass early, I was told no — I’d need to buy a normal ticket and then the pass at check-in, which felt inconvenient. Overall, I was really happy and would definitely stay here

I loved the hotel! It’s new, very beautiful, and the rooms are modern, nice, and very clean. The facilities are also lovely. It has underground parking. The breakfast was also really good, and the price was reasonable. Overall, it was a great experience and I would definitely stay there again. We were also very happy with the price, especially for a brand-new hotel.

The Jacuzzi was good and the accommodated for my children in 1 room. The buffet breakfast had a good continental variety. But the bed was hard but there was a pillow menu to help a little more with comfort.. the sofa in the room was only 2 single seats. And parking was $30 per night and parking lot was a really tight space.

Sehr glücklich mit dem Service über meinen Auftrag für zusätzliche Dienstleistungen - z. B. Überraschung Blumen und einen Geburtstagskuchen. Alles war sehr gut kommuniziert und die Ausführung war außergewöhnlich - war eine wunderbare Überraschung für meinen Partner. Das Frühstück war auch lecker. Vielen Dank für den wirklichen Erinnerungsfall unseres Aufenthalts.

This hotel has an absolutely excellent location. It is very close to the airport bus stop, making the trip to the airport incredibly convenient. Since the hotel opened in 2004, the overall facilities are a bit dated, but everything is well-maintained and in good working order. A nice bonus is that the bathroom is very spacious.

The apartment was clean and functional. It has everything you would need for an extended stay., including washing machine and dryer. We actually live in the northern suburbs of Adelaide but we were going to a show that night and decided we would not drive home. It had parking for $30 per night which we thought was a bargain. The receptionist was lovely when we checked in. The only complaint from both my husband and myself was that the pillows were not to our liking. Using both pillows proved too high, one was too low, and they were much too firm for us. Other than that, I can't complain. ☺️☺️

Das Hotel selbst war fantastischclean, komfortabel, und das Personal war freundlich und professionell. Ich genossen wirklich meinen Aufenthalt in der Immobilie. Die Umgebung war jedoch am Wochenende sehr laut. Es gab viele betrunkene Menschen, schreien und machen viel Lärm, was die allgemeine Erfahrung beeinflusste, vor allem beim Versuch, zu ruhen. Wenn Sie hier bleiben planen, empfehle ich Ihnen, ein ruhigeres Zimmer zu beantragen oder für ein Wochenende Nachtlärm vorzubereiten.

Excellent value, lovely choice and quality for breakfast, room had excellent views of the lakes and nice balcony to watch the sun sets and rises. Gym facilities pool and spa all excellent for the price of this hotel. Service was amazing nothing too much trouble definitely would be happy to rebook  Only minor point bed was very soft and moves away from the wall but that could just be the room we had :)

Ich habe im Links Hotel sehr oft ohne Fragen geblieben, aber diese Zeit war anders. Ich habe über eine Buchungswebsite für 2 Erwachsene und 3 Kinder, für 2 Nächte gebucht. Die erste Nacht war ok, kam am 2. Tag nach dem Ausflug für eine Weile zurück, der Klimaanlage war abgeschaltet, die Reinigungsmittel kamen, als wir sie nicht zu befragen, machten 2 Betten und verließ das Doppelbett, schoss nichts überhaupt und verließen nur 2 Handtücher. Als ich die Rezeptionärin fragte, sagte sie, ich habe nur für 2 Personen für die 2. Nacht gebucht. Und sie war ziemlich brutal, aber ich hatte eine Bestätigung auf meinem Telefon anders. Die Buchungsfirma schickte nur 2 Personen für die 2. Nacht. Sie haben es falsch gemacht und ich hatte keine Entschuldigung von ihr oder eine Erklärung, warum das Zimmer so “reinig” war. Ich bin nicht glücklich darüber und zweifelsohne werde ich noch einmal dort bleiben! 😡

Safe enviroment for solo traveller..a little tired and needing an upgrade  but handy location in good area. Gardens and grounds need tidying. Always enjoy my stay here
