"Ein sehr gutes Aufenthaltserlebnis. Das Hotel liegt direkt am Malakka-Fluss. Belebte Orte wie die Jonker Street sind in etwa 15 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Das Zimmer ist groß, verfügt über einen großen Balkon und das Badezimmer ist mit einer großen Badewanne ausgestattet. Das Frühstück wird im Gebäude 3A serviert und bietet eine große Auswahl an Speisen. Da unsere Zugzeit relativ spät war, baten wir darum, am Abreisetag eine Stunde später auszuchecken, und das Hotel stimmte bereitwillig zu. Alles in allem ein gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis und sehr zu empfehlen."

Personal an der Rezeption sehr herzlich und hilfsbereit.
In Bezug auf die Lage ist das Hotel von Mart, Mall und all den historischen Sehenswürdigkeiten wie A Famosa umgeben. Habe meine Übungen im Fitnessstudio gemacht und das Essen im Hotel genieße. Das Essen war köstlich und meine Kinder lieben es.

"We stayed for 5 nights at the Pines. We booked the Junior Suite and the room was sizable, clean and nice. Bed was comfortable and the aircon is good. Travelling around was easy from the hotel via Grab. However, I have the following feedback regarding the hotel:-
a) The hotel restaurant did not serve dinner and on rainy days, it is very inconvenient for the hotel guests to travel out to have dinner.
b) We asked for umbrellas so we could go out for dinner but the hotel reception told us that they have only one umbrella and that it is spoilt. A little disappointed that the 4-star hotel did not even have functional umbrellas that the guest could borrow.
c) There was no lounge deck chairs at the pool area which is not quite what I expected.
d) The gym was stuffy and smelly as the aircon was not on even during operating hours.
e) The WiFi was unreliable and sometimes there is no connectivity at all.
Hopefully, the hotel can improve on the above."

"Check in was smooth.
Room has many things need done after check in. For eg. 1 room has no remote control, no mosquito control, fridge is emitting heat instead of cold air, entrance door got difficulty to push open, room w queen bed (bidet is leaking water when turn on). Maintenence is prompt thankfully, so no complain. Except didn't got chance to inform of the leaking bidet.
Aircon was ok. Not so hot, not so cold. But the cold air don't travel throughout the room, only at specific area.
Breakfast at 8am was so so. Not much variety. Family was looking forward to half boiled egg, but by the time, they want, its gone. The topping up is not haste, in general. Not sure, if it is due to manpower. Nasi lemak not enough lemak. Mee tai bak was bland, curry tasted slight diluted. The rest was ok. The coffee machine drinks are excellent, even tho there is 2 machine, the waiting for the drink takes awhile. Which is understable.
Check out was smooth.
If I'm given a choice to come back. Only for the room as there is privacy. And it's convenient for my mil as she is wheelchaired. As the room is near the lift. Breakfast no."

"### Bewertung des Hotel Majestic Malacca
Ich war vor kurzem im Hotel Majestic Malacca und hatte gemischte Erfahrungen. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und ich genoss ein schönes Badewannenerlebnis, was ein Highlight war. Die Schallisolierung im Zimmer ließ jedoch zu wünschen übrig; ich konnte bis Mitternacht Gespräche aus dem Nachbarzimmer hören, daher wäre es vielleicht hilfreich, bei der Buchung ein ruhiges Nichtraucherzimmer anzufordern.
Außerdem kam ein deutlicher Rauchgeruch aus dem Nachbarzimmer und das Kissen hatte einen unangenehmen Geruch. Ich fand die Matratze für meinen Geschmack zu weich, was meinen Komfort beeinträchtigte.
Das Zimmer verfügte über eine Kaffeemaschine und ich schätzte es, dass ich zusätzliche Kapseln anfordern konnte. Mir gefiel auch die umweltfreundliche Note, Glasflaschen für Trinkwasser zu verwenden. Beachten Sie jedoch, dass Dinge wie Cup-Nudeln und Getränke im Kühlschrank kostenpflichtig sind.
Das Frühstück bestand aus einem À-la-carte-Menü, das nur durchschnittlich war – akzeptabel, aber nichts Besonderes. Ich hatte keine Zeit, das Fitnessstudio oder den Swimmingpool zu erkunden, da meine Tage damit ausgefüllt waren, durch die Stadt Malakka zu laufen.
Die Toilettenausstattung entsprach jedoch nicht meinen Erwartungen in Anbetracht des Zimmerpreises. Ich denke, es würde ihnen gut tun, ein besser riechendes Duschgel und Shampoo zu verwenden.
Positiv zu vermerken ist, dass das Personal freundlich war und während meines gesamten Aufenthalts guten Service bot. Hinter dem Gebäude gibt es Parkplätze, aber als Frau, die spät zurückkam, war ich froh, aus Sicherheitsgründen vor dem Hotel parken zu können.
Insgesamt sorgten die Sauberkeit und der Service trotz einiger Nachteile für einen anständigen Aufenthalt."

"I stayed at this hotel again last week and it was another great experience. The room is very spacious and comfortable, which is one of the main reasons I keep coming back. The price is reasonable, the hotel is located right by the main road, and the design is absolutely beautiful. Highly recommended for both comfort and value."

"The hotel has provided the facilities as committed in their booking-page in the acceptable condition to their customer, i.e. me. Despite it is a budget hotel only and the overall appearance is slightly vintage :D, the room, the bed/mattress/blanket, bathroom, showering water heater, etc. are still clean and in acceptable condition. Besides, if communicated/spoken to the hotel, it has self check-in option for the check-in after business operation hour, i.e. mid night. Travelers can acquire the room key/card by themselves from a locker with a provided pin code. These enable me to have a good rest after making an urgent booking in night time, travel over 100km then reach the hotel at 1.30 a.m. mid night. The attached photos show the self check-in/out facility, public drinking-water-dispenser and fire extinguisher.
Although I can't expect much from a budget, I would like to suggest that the air-con in the room to have service/maintenance so that it won't produce much noise. By the way, the noise only distract us slightly from having rest.
After all, based on the offered/discounted price, the room is satisfactory and recommended."

GGastnutzerDiesmal habe ich in einem Zimmer mit Meerblick übernachtet. Die Hoteleinrichtungen sind vom Sicherheitsdienst bis zum Rezeptionsservice sehr freundlich. Das Hotel liegt ruhig mitten im Trubel und nicht weit von der Jichang-Straße entfernt. Es ist ein sehr gutes Aufenthaltserlebnis.

GGastnutzerThe location was fine and the house was historical but we had two major issues with this place.
First, the water from the sink looked orange. So we were too scared to use it for washing let alone drinking. We had to rely on the provided bottled water.
Second, the toilet was outside of the room (we booked a garden room). So we had to sit in heat and mosquitos whenever we used the toilet.
Additionally, we didn't like that they insisted on paying the deposit which was never mentioned in the booking confirmation or room information. We also had some communication issues when getting back the deposit after check out as the staff couldn't speak English and had to call another staff to understand what was going on.

BBabyBubuInsgesamt ist das Zimmer sehr sauber.
Die Lage ist sehr gut, es gibt Parkplätze direkt am Haus und man ist zu Fuß etwa 10 Minuten von der Jonker Street entfernt.
Das Personal ist auch sehr freundlich und grüßt uns jedes Mal, wenn sie uns sehen.
Es gibt auch eine Wasserfiltermaschine direkt vor unserem Zimmer, was ein großes Plus ist.
Ich denke jedoch, dass die Wand nicht so gut gegen Lärm ist, sie kann im Nachbarzimmer etwas helfen.
Aber insgesamt hatten wir einen sehr schönen und gemütlichen Aufenthalt. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen, wenn wir Melaka noch einmal besuchen.

The check-in process was seamless, with the staff demonstrating exceptional hospitality and efficiency. The attention to detail throughout the hotel was evident, from the elegant lobby adorned with tasteful decorations to the well-appointed rooms that exuded both comfort and style.
Speaking of rooms, mine was a haven of tranquility. The furnishings were modern and plush, creating a cozy ambiance that made it difficult to leave. The bed was a highlight, offering a heavenly night's sleep with its luxurious linens and a selection of pillows that catered to personal preferences.
The hotel's amenities were equally impressive. The fitness center boasted state-of-the-art equipment, and the spa provided a rejuvenating escape from the hustle and bustle of daily life. Ccarmen sjwThe room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The location was convenient, it had a great variety and tasted amazing. Overall, a very pleasant and relaxing experience. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay!

GGastnutzerDie Zimmer sind sauber. Personal polit und zwingend. Jedoch müssen die Matratzen in den Zimmern geändert werden. Ich blieb während dieser Reise in zwei verschiedenen Zimmern und fand, dass die Matratzen zu weich waren. Mein ganzer Körper sank in die Matratze und ich konnte beide Nächte nicht bequem schlafen.

AAndyWenn Sie weg von diesen geschäftigen Gegenden und doch nicht zu weit weg sein möchten, ist dies eine gute Unterkunft. Angeblich von vielen Geschäften umgeben, aber aufgrund einer Pandemie wurden viele Geschäfte geschlossen.
Das Personal hier war freundlich. Während meiner Check-in-Zeit, da es zu früh war, gab mir diese indische Dame (sieht aus wie eine Krippe) einen Gutschein für einen hauseigenen Parkplatz und ließ mich mein Auto zum Mittagessen parken. Sie versucht auch, mir nach Möglichkeit beim frühen Check-in zu helfen.
Für Zimmergröße nicht so geräumig wenn man mit zu viel Gepäck bei 2 Personen übernachtet.
Insgesamt bin ich mit meinem Aufenthalt im Eco Tree Hotel zufrieden.
