Nach dem Trubel in Singapur genau das Richtige. Schönes ruhiges Hotel, freundliche Mitarbeiter. Frühstück ausreichend, Kaffee rund um die Uhr. Pool sehr angenehm. Alles fußläufig erreichbar. Kein Kühlschrank im Zimmer, aber man kann an der Rezeption den Kühlschrank benutzen.

I booked this hotel for a one-night stay. While the front desk service was excellent and the room was clean and well-maintained, I unfortunately would not choose to stay here again, especially considering the price point. The room was also smaller than I expected, particularly the bathroom. Space felt quite limited, which made the stay less comfortable than anticipated. For the price paid, I expected a more spacious and practical room layout. The biggest issue for me, however, was the lack of soundproofing. The walls seem extremely thin, and I had a very poor night’s sleep because of the constant noise. I was repeatedly awakened throughout the night, starting from around 5AM. The noises came from both inside and outside the hotel, including motorcycles passing by, people talking and laughing loudly on the street, footsteps on the stairs, doors closing, cups and mugs being placed on tables, housekeeping activities, and vacuum cleaners. At times, the sounds felt as if they were coming from right next to my bed. For the rate charged, I believe there are other accommodations that offer much better value and a more comfortable sleeping environment. A good night’s rest is one of the most important aspects of any hotel stay, and unfortunately, this property fell short in that regard. That being said, I would like to commend the staff for their friendly and helpful service. I also appreciated the complimentary snacks and free-flow water available in the pantry. These were nice touches that enhanced the overall guest experience. Another positive aspect is the parking. For guests who are driving, the hotel provides complimentary parking spaces, and the parking area is relatively spacious. This makes it convenient and hassle-free for those traveling by car. Overall, the service and cleanliness were good, and I appreciated the parking facilities and pantry amenities. However, the small room size and poor sound insulation significantly impacted my stay. Unfortunately, this will likely be a one-time stay for me.

One can access to and enjoy the river view right from the rear exit of the hotel. Cleanliness wise, the rooms are ok but my friend observed some cockroaches in the washroom of the lobby floor. We booked 4 rooms and in of the rooms, the staff overlooked to provide water jug . If you are driving , there are some reserved bays in front of the hotel and at the side of the hotel building. The location is very strategic to many attractions and local food too. Its also very close to some evening entertaining spots.

Check-in was smooth and easy. The staff were generally helpful. The rooms were clean and well-equipped with the necessary amenities. Overall our stay was still comfortable and worth the price

Gemütlich in der Nähe der Jonker Street gelegen, aber Nasen vom Boden können gehört werden, da wir im 2/3 Lager verbleiben. Nicht empfohlen für Menschen, die wirklich leicht schlafen. Zähne und Zahnpaste sind zur Verfügung gestellt, aber müssen sie auf der Rezeption sammeln. Insgesamt würde ich noch einmal bleiben, wenn ich Malacca besuche! Danke!

Ich genieße meinen Aufenthalt im Quayside Hotel Melaka sehr, was unter anderem dem hervorragenden Service der Mitarbeiter, insbesondere Herrn Aidil, Herrn Ali, Herrn Shazahan und Herrn Udin, zu verdanken ist. a great budget hotel find for anyone looking for a comfortable stay without breaking the bank. the room was really cozy. got upgraded for a bigger room for f.o.c and it came fully equipped with a tv, iron and kettle nor mineral water. as a muslim travelers, they also provide a clear qibla direction sticker. the aircond was superb too, really cold and perfect for a good night's sleep. the bathroom was the best part, it was clean and the water pressure was really strong which makes showering so refreshing plus most importantly, it has a bidet hose, which is a huge plus. the elevators are okay so no long waits. the staff are very friendly and welcoming also theres plenty of parking space, not to worry about finding a spot for parking. hotel location very strategic & located in the middle a city & convenience store for restaurants, i have to walk a little bit, but it’s a manageable distance. one minor downside, the room soundproofing isnt the best, i can occasionally hear noise from the hallway or outside the room. if youre a light sleeper, you might want to take note of that. overall i highly recommended for those who want comfort on a budget

Das geräumige Familienzimmer bietet herrliche Meerblicke und die Hoteleinrichtungen, einschließlich eines großen Pools, Meerblicks und Badewanne . über die Erwartung hinaus ! aber Lang warten auf einen Aufzug zum Check-out aufgrund der Zeit zwischen dem Standard-Check-out eines Hotels . Ich verstehe, wenn die Hausaufsicht die wenigsten Stunden hat, um die Zimmer zu übergeben, so dass jede späte Check-out besonders störend ist.

My family super love here, waterpark swimming pool my children love it! Room is clean. Everything is good ~ will comeback soon!
