2-Sterne-Hotels in Malakka

I was there with 13 of my friends. To our surprise, the whole unit is very clean, much higher than our expectation. The beds are clean, the toilets are clean, the karaoke system is very good (according to one of my friends who sings a lot), the TV comes with different channels catering to young and old, the kitchen is in tip top with all the cutlery. Can park 3 cars inside the porch and 1 car outside, suits groups with a few cars. Service from the Management Team is responsive, even when I messaged them in the middle of the night on the day when we were supposed to check in. Location is around 20 minutes drive to Jonker Street or surrounding ”famous” eateries. 5 minutes walk to a nearby Chinese coffee shop selling Chinese food and a Muslim eatery selling Muslim food. Convenient for those who just want to have a simple coffee and food for breakfast. Will definitely book this place again if I were to go to Malacca again with a big group of friends or family. Highly recommended.

Das Personal war wirklich freundlich und nett! Ich miete ein Handtuch, als ich ankam, und alles ging reibungslos. Es gab kein AC im Badezimmer, aber es war ok. Hoch empfohlen für alleinreisende!!

My recent stay was a pleasant experience. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and offered excellent value for money. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. Its perfect location made it easy to explore the surrounding area. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for an affordable and enjoyable stay

Заселение было омрачено тем, что обнаружились скрытые сборы, которые мне надо было доплатить помимо самой оплаты за номер. 3 рингита, о которых было сказано при бронировании и 10 рингит - туристический сбор, о котором трипком умолчал. Очень профессионально и тактично повел себя менеджер за стойкой ресепшн Лим, пытаясь урегулировать неприятную ситуацию. И мое огромное спасибо ему за это. Номер был хороший, просторный и чистый. Чистое белье и полотенца. Из минусов: обнаружилось наличие тараканов, маленьких, но все же неприятно. Вода, которая предлагается бесплатно - ужасная и скорее всего просто набрана из крана. Пить не невозможно. Вкус и запах. Также из минусов - непрекращающийся гул в номере, судя по всему от какого то насоса или аккумулятора. Но нормально выспаться было затруднительно при таком шуме. Расположение в 15 минутах ходьбы от исторической улицы. Приемлимо для той цены которую я заплатила за бронирование- 40 рингит +13 поборы с туристов. Но в остальные дни цена поднялась и этот номер не стоил тех денег.

Es ist wert mehr als der Preis, die Lage, die Einrichtungen. Ich habe weniger als RM50 pro Nacht bezahlt (nicht inklusive der Einlage RM50). Das Badezimmer und die Dusche sind erstaunlich. Die Heizungen sind 5/5 Sterne, komplett mit Shampoo, Seife, Handtücher. Wir haben ein Fenster mit Stadtblick. Das Zimmer ist groß und sehr komfortabel, die Klimaanlage ist voll funktionsfähig. Viel Platz für Gebete. Ich würde dieses Hotel nächstes Mal sicher wieder buchen.

Overall, the experience was acceptable the ocation was convenient about a 10-15 minute ride to the city centre, which made getting around quite easy. However, there were several issues during our stay Cleanliness: We noticed some smallinsects on the floor. While it didn't significantly affect aur stay, it would be better if the rooms could be more thoroughly checked and cleaned. Customer Service: All communication had to be done online through WhatsApp, as there was no face-to-face front desk service. This was quite unconventional and sometimes made things less convenient when we needed assistance urgently. Room Equipment: One of the air conditioners in our room kept switching on and off by itself and wasn't functioning properly. Even more concerning, the hairdryer had a short circuit, produced a burning smell, and even sparked flames. This was a frightening experience, and although it was eventually replaced, waiting a full day for such a serious issue was very disappointing.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Ich hatte einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel. Das Zimmer war spotless, geräumig und sehr komfortabel. Das Bett war unglaublich gemütlich und alle Einrichtungen wurden gut gepflegt. Das Personal war freundlich, professionell und immer bereit, mit einem Lächeln zu helfen. Die Lage war hervorragend, es ist einfach zu erkunden, die Nähe Attraktionen und Restaurants. Das Frühstück bot eine gute Auswahl an leckeren Optionen, und die allgemeine Atmosphäre war entspannt und willkommen. Ich empfehle dieses Hotel sehr jedem, der einen komfortablen und nützlichen Aufenthalt sucht. Ich werde definitiv auf meinem nächsten Besuch zurückkommen!

This hotel practice self check-in services. There was some difficulty in checking in, and it was resolved over the phone call. I would be happier to meet the staff upon arrival and also can resolve any issues arise. Overall my family and I have a good stay ant the staff are friendly and interactive.

The location is very strategic nearby the red church which is the tourists attraction, also surrounding by famous cafe & bakery. So it’s easily to go anywhere, the road kinda busy but it’s still find for us to sleep. The room is enough for two people and it’s clean. Cute interior of the places, no receptionist standby at the place need to go to the next building if you have stuffs to ask.
