Basis hotel with small rooms, but sufficient for a short stay. Location is nice, close to metro and restaurants. We had two problems however. The airconditioning was not providing cold air. As it turned out they only provide this during the summer months. Rooms are hot quickly however, so cool air is not a luxury in the beginning of May. This info is not shared during booking or check-in. Also during check-out the hotel will conduct a search of the room for any damages. They found a small part of the mirror missing in our room and therefore kept the deposit of a 100 euro’s. No proof given that we caused the damage, just a message to us that we did it and had to pay. Any complaints from our side were waived away. We did not broke the mirror. So therefore a fair warning: make pictures of the room upon entering it. Proof needs to come from the guest, not from the hotel they say. Clearly a reason for us to never return to this hotel.

In all our years of visiting Paris, this was our first time at an Ibis hotel (or any chain hotel) and we were very pleased with our experience. So many things impressed us: being able to check in early, the friendly and efficient staff, the room layout and large bathroom, and the wonderful free breakfast. Our top (5th) floor room faced the street and was amazingly quiet. We loved the hotel's library theme, and if we'd stayed more than one night, I'm sure we would have had drinks at the bar! The 13th arrondisement was new to us, too, and we liked being away from the tourist crowds of central Paris. The area has many lively restaurants and bars filled with locals, and we found a great Italian trattoria on Ave. de France next to the H&M store. The metro station (Line 14) was just two blocks away and very convenient, as we were headed to the Gare de Lyon the next morning. A combination of an elevator and two escalators meant that we didn't have to use stairs to get to the platform, and the Gare was only 3 metro stops away. We thought the hotel was a terrific value and will definitely stay here again!

나는 해당 호텔에서 너무 잘 지냈습니다. 걸어서 7호선 라인등과 가깝고 근처에 마트, 편의점이 있어서 물, 음료등 사기 좋습니다. 나비고 이지라 버스 등 막타지는 못했지만, 나비고 패스라면 트렘, 버스 등 좋습니다. 중심지는 너무 비싸지만, 가격도 합리적입니다. 서비스도 좋고 직원들고 너무 좋습니다. 아직 한국인들에게는 알려지지 않은거 같지만, 나는 잘 이용 했습니다.

If you need to be in Ivry Sur Seine -- and I did -- this is a reasonably priced good option. But if you don't need to be in Ivry Sur Seine, you might want to think twice, because the neighbourhood is soulless and the transport links are poor, making it unsuitable for someone wanting to spend a lot of time in central Paris, for example. My room was minimal -- a bed, desk, place to hang clothes, and a bathroom with no amenities except toilet paper and body wash. But it was very clean and very quiet. The air con worked well, as did the free wifi, and so the room was fine for me. The daily breakfast was standard continental serve-yourself buffet, but without fruit on one day. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Die Einrichtungen sind relativ neu, die grundlegenden Anforderungen sind erfüllt, die Entfernung zum U-Bahnhof ist relativ nah, die Reise ist bequem, es gibt Klimaanlage, eine kleine Küche, außer im Zimmer hat der Geschmack von Eiern mit einem Aroma, andere sind nicht schlecht

Le séjour de notre groupe scolaire dans cet hostel fut un désastre ! Nous avons rencontré de nombreux problèmes dès le début de notre séjour, notamment le service de réservation toujours en ”congés” qui répondait avec des délais jamais vu pour un service groupe, et de plus désagréable et non professionnel au possible. Dans l'ensemble, le niveau de service offert par le personnel était très bas, ce qui a rendu le séjour très désagréable. Le pire a été le service après-vente, où nous avons soumis une demande de geste commercial pour compenser les problèmes que nous avons rencontrés : - Douche qui fuyait dans une des chambres : l'auberge a répondu que les élèves l'avait ”cassée” ; c'était la CPE qui logeait dans cette chambre... aucun élève n'y était jamais entré... et on lui a donné une serviette pour éponger au lieu de la changer de chambre ! - Une autre chambre qui ne fermait pas : ils nous ont dit que c'était les élèves qui l'avaient cassés (encore c'est pratique!) alors qu'au check in, ils nous avaient prévenu ne fermait pas. - Il a fallu insister pendant 24h pour qu'il y ait quelque chose de fait, entre temps les occupantes, des filles mineures, ont dormi sans aucune sécurité au sein de l'établissement et le lendemain ont du laissé leurs affaires dans une chambre qui ne fermaient pas. - le petit déjeuner : un croissant réchauffé + une boisson chaude au choix entre du café, du chocolat et... de l'eau chaude, pas un sachet de thé ou autre ! C'est connu, les gens raffolent d'eau chaude le matin. Demande de remboursement d'un enfant malade qui n'avait pas pu venir, on nous a dit que le stock (d'eau chaude et de croissants congelés??) avait été prévu en avance et ne pouvait pas être remboursé. Malheureusement, après avoir essayé par tout les moyens d'avoir un retour qui ne soient pas des allégations mensongères pour justifier leur service médiocre, ce fût peine perdue nous n'avons plus jamais eu de retour du responsable de cet établissement ce qui n'est absolument pas professionnel au delà d'être juste correct. Nous avons même dû redemander plusieurs fois pour avoir la facture finale (et correcte !). Nous avons même essayé de contacter le service après vente du groupe LOUVRE HOTELS mais nous n'avons jamais eu de retour a nos nombreuses demandes : Nous avons bien reçu votre demande, d'ailleurs voici sa référence : **********7. Je laisse donc ce commentaire pour que personne n'aille dans cet hostel qui montre un manque de respect envers les clients en amont, pendant et après le séjour, en particulier à des groupes scolaires ! Super Hostel, alles gut 👌 gerne jederzeit wieder. Vor der Haustür ist gleich die Metro, Supermarkt und alles was man benötigt. Ausblick auf der Dachterrasse ist mega.

Sehr freundliches Personal, von dem wir immer mit einem Lächeln begrüßt wurden. Unser Zimmer war entsprechend der Pariser Verhältnisse groß/klein, was aber für uns völlig ausreichend war. Unser Bett war sehr bequem, vorallem die Kissen sehr weich 😍 Auch wurde das Zimmer jeden Tag gründlich gereinigt und es war somit sehr sauber. Angenehm, dass man das Fenster weit aufmachen konnte, was nicht üblich ist für Paris. Wir mögen die Gegend am Ende des Canal Saint Martin bzw am Bassin Villette. Man kann von dort aus gut mit der Metro alle Sehenswürdigkeiten erreichen oder zu Fuß am Canal Richtung Platz der République entlang schlendern. Auch kann man eine schöne Runde joggen gehen in Richtung La Villette. Wenn man sich für das Hotel entscheidet sollte man noch wissen dass es in der Nähe einer großen Kreuzung und der oberirdischen Metrostation Jaurés ist. Entsprechend kann es nachts etwas laut sein, was uns aber nichts ausgemacht hat. Wenn man den ganzen Tag zu Fuß in Paris unterwegs ist, kann man sicher gut schlafen. In der Gegend übernachten einige Obdachlose, wie an vielen Stellen in Paris. Sie sind friedlich, davon sollte man sich also nicht abschrecken lassen.

Hotel molto carino e nuovissimo a cavallo della zona 1/2 di Parigi. Comodissima la metro n12 direttamente sotto l'hotel per arrivare in centro in circa 20 minuti. Nelle vicinanze una buonissima boulangerie per fare colazione. Possibilità di deposito bagagli, staff molto gentile. La stanza è piccolina così come il bagno ma il rapporto qualità prezzo è ottimo. Unica nota negativa è la pulizia in camera è il cambio di asciugamani: ne è previsto uno solo gratis a soggiorno ma quando ho fatto la richiesta mi è stato detto che l'avrebbero fatta l'indomani ed invece in 5 GG di soggiorno questo non è mai avvenuto. La carta igienica e il phon vanno chiesti in reception quando basterebbe farli trovare in abbondanza in camera a seconda della lunghezza del soggiorno.

Das Zimmer selbst war sehr schön und sauber. Wir landen um 11 Uhr und gingen zum Hotel und dachte, wenn wir nicht inchecken konnten, würden wir essen und entspannen, bis unser Zimmer bereit war. Als wir zum Büro kamen, machte die Empfangsperson einen schnurlosen Kommentar über, wie früh wir da waren. Dann sagte sie, dass es ein Zimmer bereit war. Es war wirklich nicht notwendig für die schnurlosen Kommentare, wenn es ein Zimmer zur Verfügung! Dann mussten wir zum Flughafen für einen sehr frühen Flug zu gehen und es war vor dem Shuttle angelaufen, so dass wir einen Taxi beantragten die Nacht vor und der Empfänger stellte es für uns. Am Morgen gab es kein Taxi und niemand am Frontdesk. Ich rang ein paar Mal die Uhr und niemand erschien. Wir waren wirklich spät zum Flughafen nach einem Uber endlich.
