Cet hôtel dans le 17 eme arrondissement est calme, bien insonorisé, propre avec des équipements corrects. La chambre est faite tous les jours. Il est idéalement placé tout près du métro, des boulangeries, restaurants et supermarchés. Je le recommande vivement même s’il est loin du centre, le métro vous conduira rapidement vers les monuments.

My room was on the 3rd floor, street facing. I did not experience any noise issues even with the window open. It was clean and comfortable. The hotel itself is small and I learned family owned. They, as well as the rest of the world got hit hard due to the pandemic. It is a tad bit away from the sights of Paris but I knew that going in. There is a subway line close by to get you any where you want to be. My true reason for writing this review is because of Andy. I had an extremely long day of travel, stress and seeing some of the sights. I finally arrived back at the hotel exhausted and on the verge of tears because I wore the wrong shoes. Andy quickly got up to help me with stuff and sat me down to rest a bit. We made some hot tea, got a cold bottle of water and ended up talking for over an hour about our families, the devastation of the pandemic, politics and why I was only in Paris for a day. He helped bring my bags to my room and invited me back downstairs to talk if I couldn’t sleep. I was exhausted and easily fell asleep but I wish I got to spend more time with Andy. When I get back to Paris I will definitely be staying here again. Thank you so much for the care and kindness you gave me, it meant more than you will ever know. Support this small, family owned hotel.

I have booked the reservation for one night with my baby(1 year). When I came to reception Steve ( aggressive and disgruntled employee) has met us. 1.Firstly, in ultimatum form he told me that the prise will be 4 euros more as it was reserved. I was a little bit chocked but said ok. Then he told me that I should pay this 4 euros now,immediately. I asked to do it in the morning as it was midnight and I was with little baby. He told - right now. I payed. Then he noted something in his computer very long time, during this serving other guests. At last he gave me the key. 2.And I asked about the bed for the baby. He told that he is not going to bring it right now for me. It’s France and no one in France will not. I asked him - is it his rule or it’s official ? He started to shout and scold me as a student that I had to book a hotel in advance. Little remarks : it’s midnight,I’m with the baby on my hands and I have PAYED! I checked up the room and it was 2 different beds-for me and 1 year old baby.. in what way can i sleep there??! 3. Then he told me -if you don’t like my rules I am cancelling your reservation, get out to another hotel.I don’t care.. what??! I asked to call manager.He refused telling that it is he who is managering this night. I asked the coordinations of manager -he refused. Again : midnight,I’m with the baby in the in the suburbs of Paris, in front of me agressive abuser who has cancelled my ! PAYED! reservation… 4. I started to cry as because the situation was hopeless, I think it was his purpose.. then he told - ok, I will give you room with one bed. Nothing to do, I had no chance. What does it mean one bed-it’s 2 beds together. My baby felt down from this bed during the night.. 5. When I took the key and asked his name,he told me -Steve and then added that he is working fo 20 years here and doesn’t care what I’m thinking about him.. I was totally choked.I was destroyed for all night in this nightmare hotel. When I started to analyse the situation i had only one explanation -I have booked the hotel from the RUSSIAN account, however I live in Paris long time. I think it’s the only explication such disgusting behaviour with me and my baby. Conclusion :of course, I don’t recommend you this place. Especially, if you have Russian name or surname. It doesn’t cost the money and your nervous system..

My wife and I stayed for 4 nights in Nov 2022 and had a pleasant stay, for a 3 star hotel it was great. We were on the 6th floor and found it very quiet at night, sometimes there's an audible ambulance siren but it's a city so that's to be expected. The bed was comfy and the room was clean when we arrived with excellent daily room service throughout our stay. Staff were nice and spoke English so I didn't have to resort to my clumsy French. The breakfast suited us and although some people might find it a bit basic we liked it - they even had gluten free bread for my wife.

I am extremely satisfied with my stay at the hotel during my 4 day visit to Paris. the friendly service, the cleanliness, the delicious food, the pleasant atmosphere (nice music, calmness and politeness from Sasha, Patrick, Isabelle and the women who take care of the cleanliness and the delicious breakfast). very convenient location, as well as proximity to a metro station. · Die Zimmer, in denen große & sehr sauber. Komfortable Betten und heiße Duschen. Handtücher und Toiletten geliefert. Gutes Frühstück, viele Wahl. Sehr guter Wert für die £, die wir bezahlt haben. Es ist ein 5/10mins Fuß zum Metro, das zwei Linien hat, die Sie in Minuten in das Zentrum von Paris. riesige Flea Markt sehr nahe am Wochenende.

Wir haben 4 Nächte in diesem Hotel im Juli gebucht, aber nur nur 3 zu bleiben konnte, da es so unerträglich warm im Zimmer war, ca. 35 Grad.. Wärme durch geschlossene Fenster und Blinde Tag und Nacht. Es waren 3 von uns in einem kleinen Stifling-Zimmer. Der Empfangsmann war sehr hilfreich, konnte aber nichts lösen. Auch schlimmer als das war der Kundenservice nach dem Aufenthalt. Ich habe Ibis viele Male über die Probleme geschrieben, manchmal beantworten sie und sagen, wir schauen in sie und werden bald wieder zu mir kommen ... Ich schrieb zuerst am 18. Juli und sie haben noch nicht auf meine Beschwerde geantwortet. Ganz unannehmbare Behandlung der Kunden. Bitte schauen Sie sich an anderer Stelle - ich würde stark empfehlen gegen die Buchung mit Ibis. Wir haben in vielen Ibis Hotels geblieben, aber in Zukunft nicht.

Super Hostel, alles gut 👌 gerne jederzeit wieder. Vor der Haustür ist gleich die Metro, Supermarkt und alles was man benötigt. Ausblick auf der Dachterrasse ist mega.

Das Zimmer selbst war sehr schön und sauber. Wir landen um 11 Uhr und gingen zum Hotel und dachte, wenn wir nicht inchecken konnten, würden wir essen und entspannen, bis unser Zimmer bereit war. Als wir zum Büro kamen, machte die Empfangsperson einen schnurlosen Kommentar über, wie früh wir da waren. Dann sagte sie, dass es ein Zimmer bereit war. Es war wirklich nicht notwendig für die schnurlosen Kommentare, wenn es ein Zimmer zur Verfügung! Dann mussten wir zum Flughafen für einen sehr frühen Flug zu gehen und es war vor dem Shuttle angelaufen, so dass wir einen Taxi beantragten die Nacht vor und der Empfänger stellte es für uns. Am Morgen gab es kein Taxi und niemand am Frontdesk. Ich rang ein paar Mal die Uhr und niemand erschien. Wir waren wirklich spät zum Flughafen nach einem Uber endlich.
