I booked my wife to stay at this hotel recently and she loved it. I needed to be in Paris, and decided to try it myself. It is now the place I will always try to stay in Paris. The great thing about this hotel is that it is a perfect trade-off of price/location. In September, we stayed at the Faubourg Sofitel (also Accor) which is about as 'Prime Paris' as you can get. Right next door to the Elysee. For that, you got a hotel which was about 50% more expensive, for 40% less product. SO/ is central, but a bit on the edge, and for me that is worth every cent of the tradeoff. Additionally, the tradeoff places you right next to the river with views of Paris that are sensational. And anyway you are 5 mins on foot to the Places des Voges - this is still beautiful Paris. Other big pluses: - food quality is really high in Bonnie. We went for dinner and breakfast. Both great. Dinner buzzy, and possible the most beautiful breakfast room views imaginable. In summer.... wow. - rooms are extremely high quality fit out. Bed is incredibly comfortable. Just be aware that there is now bath or desk even if a room which could accomodate it - staff are charming and very well trained. - access by car is easy. Very few people will be driving (but I was). Access is super simple, and the valet parking v reasonable (about Eur40) - I didn't use the gym or pool, but they looked amazing by Paris hotel standards - I loved the design concept of the hotel. It is young and modern without being like a W (which I don't like... trying too hard) I strongly recommend. Thank you SO/ Paris.

Vorteile: Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr gut. Es ist ca. 5 Minuten zu Fuß von der U-Bahnstation entfernt. Es ist auch ruhig und sicher. Das Hotel verfügt über eine Tiefgarage und einen Swimmingpool. Nachteile: 1. Das Frühstück ist zu einfach, keine Veränderung, wenn ein guter Freund Englisch spricht, wird empfohlen, zum Frühstück ins Straßencafé zu gehen. 2. Der Raum ist klein. 3. Hotelservice im Allgemeinen, niemand an der Tür, der mit dem Koffer hilft.

Eins gleich vorweg: das Hotel ist sicherlich nicht auf fünf Sterne Niveau. Allerhöchstens vier. Trotzdem kann man es durchaus empfehlen und wir werden wahrscheinlich wieder kommen. Wir hatten eine Juniorsuite in angenehmer Größe, allerdings mit etwas kleinem Bad. Die Einrichtung wirkt etwas ungemütlich und kalt, auf jeden Fall nicht unser Stil. Wirkliches Manko im Zimmer war aber, dass es weder Haken noch Ablageflächen im Bad gibt. Wohin mit den - feuchten - Bademänteln? Wohin mit unseren Toilettaschen? Mehr als unpraktisch und lästig. Das Ambiente des restlichen Hotel ist aber sehr gelungen und wirklich einladend. Das größte Problem lag aber im Service: egal ob am Empfang oder beim Frühstück, hier fehlen mindestens ein bis zwei Sterne und das Personal hat noch einiges zu lernen. Sehr jung und teilweise verunsichert und ungeschickt - es wirkte, als wären alle erst in Ausbildung. Kann sein, dass das corona verschuldet ist. Wie gesagt, wir werden dem Hotel auf jeden Fall nochmals eine Chance geben. Allein wegen der guten Lage und den für Pariser Verhältnissen fairen Preisen.

Hier lebt man, bevor man nach Hause zurückkehrt, und zum ersten Mal in Frankreich lebt man hier auch. Die Schale ist von verschiedenen Plattformen reserviert. Es gibt einen Leiter. Wenn man früher ankommt oder zurückkommt, kann man helfen, das Gepäck zu bewahren. Die Rezeption kann gut Englisch sprechen. Die Zahnfäden müssen sich selbst vorbereiten. Es gibt keinen großen Raum, ein Mann kann nicht alle seine Gepäck gleichzeitig öffnen, aber es ist komfortabel. Dieses Mal ist es sechs Stockwerke und das Licht ist sehr gut. Ich habe vorher zwei oder drei Stockwerke vergessen, das Licht am Tag zu sammeln. Das Leben einer Nacht ist gut. Die Lage ist sehr nahe der Bahnhof Lyon, sehr bequem, in der Nähe gibt es ein chinesisches Restaurant (rechts am Ausgang der Straße links) und ein Wurstgeschäft (im Richtung des chinesischen Restaurants weiter vorwärts, die Straße ist gegenüber der Straße), es ist auch lecker und nicht besonders teuer, ein Essen ist 10 Euro hoch und unten, der Preis sollte in dieser Position berechnet werden. Im Gegensatz zu einer Straße gibt es einen Supermarktname, der wahrscheinlich ein Monop's (Monoprix) braun-rot-schwarz-Verbundener-Shop ist. Sie können Kühlfütterungen für schnelle Mahlzeiten kaufen, ist der Preis in Paris OK.

Die Lage ist sehr praktisch. Der Flughafenbus zum Busbahnhof ist auch ganz in der Nähe. Die Leute an der Rezeption sind sehr gut, aber die Kissen haben ein wenig Nackenschmerzen. Der Aufzug muss geklaut werden. Er ist sehr sicher und kostengünstig.

Used this hotel as it was close to the Accord Arena. Checked in early so the hotel held my bags until the room was ready. This was fair enough. All the staff that I ever conversed with were friendly and professional - no issues there. The room was... OK. Not a lot of space but this is a given in Paris as I have experienced on previous occasions. Room cleaned to an average standard - I had to wipe a few questionable stains here and there. The shampoo/soap they provide is not very good at all thus I would highly recommend bringing your own if you can. Bed comfortable enough. I didn't use the bar downstairs but they did have a very good system for the free water and coffee at reception. The place was decorated well in the lobby and was homely to chill out in if needed. Food wise, breakfast was good but the room for eating can get very busy. Prices for soft drinks a little scandalous and found it a bit odd to pay for a luggage locker after checkout. Nothing says, ”we have your money so we will no longer extend our hospitality” like paying to hold my stuff, right? On that note, I found it a little disappointing to have housekeeping knock on my door three times on the morning I was due to check out. I had my room until 1100 but they insisted on asking if I was ready to go every 30mins. Overall, if this wasn't the ”budget” option for Ibis, don't think I would want to see what was! Even for Paris, you get what you pay for so I would probably only recommend for money saving purposes only.

Es fühlt sich sicherer an und ist sehr nahe am U-Bahnhof 14 (Während der Großstreik dauert es nicht, weil es automatisch fahren muss, kein Fahrer benötigt), in fünf Minuten rechts zum Ausstieg. Das Zimmer ist nicht täglich gereinigt, aber es ist nicht notwendig, jeden Tag ein Wäschewechsel zu machen. Das Zimmer ist sehr klein, aber das Badezimmer ist trocken gescheiden, gut. Das spezielle Apartmentzimmer mit Mikrowellenschrank, Kühlschrank, einfachen Speisen und einem Kartenschrank kann Brot gefüllt werden, aber das Zimmer hat keine Wärmepumpe, ich weiß nicht, ob es nicht gegeben oder nicht angeboten wurde, weil ich es mitgebracht habe, ich werde nicht mehr nach einer Rezeption suchen. Jeden Tag ist das Frühstück der Supermarkt, um ein gutes Brot und ein Käse und ein Ei zu kaufen, dann wird es im Zimmer gelöst, ohne das Restaurant im Stock zu essen (Geld sparen). In der Nähe gibt es einen Supermarkt, ein Geschäft, ein Dika-Tank.

Hotel che fa il suo lavoro, molto comodo con i mezzi, sia bus che metro; abbiamo scoperto che in settimana e fortunatamente non nella settimana in cui siamo stati noi, spesso la metro è chiusa in alcuni giorni e orari (per via dei lavori) ma in ogni caso anche i bus sono molto comodi. Purtroppo ci è capitata una piccola disavventura finita bene, ”ci sono entrati in camera” mentre eravamo dentro alla camera; una receptionist non aveva fatto correttamente il check-in e la nostra camera, prenotata e saldata all'arrivo, risultava comunque vuota; fortunatamente eravamo già dentro alla camera; ci eravamo infatti chiesti come mai ci avessero buttato gli spazzolini ed il sapone lo stesso giorno ed abbiamo capito poi il motivo! Fortunatamente, la roba nell'armadio e le valigie, non sono però state toccate; tutto è bene, ciò che finisce bene! Abbiamo ricevuto le scuse e non è successo nulla di rilevante. La colazione era basica con angolo baguette, pain au chocolat e croissant e pancake; yogurt, salumi-formaggi e marmellate varie, acqua, latte e caffè. Ci è stata data la possibilità di lasciare le valigie in una stanza nel guardaroba, e consiglierei più controllo nel momento del ritiro.

Alle Passe wurden gestohlen, sie wurden vom Zimmer genommen. Wir reisen nach Paris mit meiner Frau, einem 10-year-old Jungen und einem 2-year-old Baby. Wir reservierten zwei nebeneinander liegende Zimmer, weil es keine vier Personenzimmer verfügbar waren. Die Person am Empfang sehr freundlich, wir kamen ein wenig früh und sie gab uns zuerst ein Zimmer. Da wir von der Reise müde waren, setzen wir das Do Not Disturb Signal auf beide Türen, aber jeden Tag Leute in unsere Zimmer. Mit der Entschuldigung, die Kaffeestation zu lagern, oder Reinigung, selbst wenn wir den Menschen ausdrücklich gesagt haben, dass wir sie nicht für uns reinigen wollen. Am ersten Tag kam ein europäischer Mann mit hellen Augen und grauen Haaren, während meine Frau allein bade. Am zweiten Tag kam eine Dame mit afrikanischen Merkmalen in, die nur Französisch sprach und sagte, sie verstand uns nicht, zu der meine Frau in einem Raum und ich ihr sagte, dass wir nicht unser Zimmer gereinigt wollten. Aber er ging trotzdem. Am dritten Tag kam ein Mann mit afrikanischen Merkmalen in, der gerade Französisch sprach, als ich allein im Badezimmer war. Leider, da wir in zwei Zimmer waren, dachte meine Frau, dass ich den Sack mit den Passen gehalten habe und dachte das gleiche. Wir haben nicht erkannt, dass es fehlte, bis wir den Zug nach London fahren mussten. Ich rief das Hotel und sprach mit zwei Leuten an der Rezeption eine Frau und dann einen Mann, aber sie sagten mir, dass das Zimmer schon gereinigt war und es nichts gab. Sie bot mir keine Hilfe oder Untersuchung der Situation an. Ich denke, es ist ein Netzwerk, das sich mit dem Diebstahl von Passen beschäftigt, weil sie Schmuck, Handys, Tabletten, Uhren hatten, aber sie nahmen nur den Passbeutel.

This Hotel is in a lovely area of Paris. With good shops and restaurants just across the square in Bercy Village. The metro stop of Saint Cour Emillion, on line 14 is less than 2 minutes walk away, and all around is well lit and pleasant either night or day. We got an official taxi from Charles de Gaulle airport direct to the hotel, for the set rate of 55 euros. So arrived at the hotel at lunch time after our morning flight. Staff were helpful and had already arranged our family 2 rooms together which was great. I’d gone for a room with balcony and could see the Eiffel Tower out there, which was lovely especially at night when it was all lit. We paid in advance for the additional breakfast when booking the rooms. Which was fresh, good quality and an arrangement of hot cooked food, eggs, sausage, pancakes, cereals, fruit, toast, croissants, breads, fruit or continental breakfast. Plenty of drink choices of assorted teas, coffees and juices. There was something for everyone. The Hotel booked our return taxi at the end of our stay, and was helpful printing out boarding passes and attraction tickets when we asked for no extra charge. There was good WiFi reception throughout the hotel. It was my 2nd time stopping at this hotel the first time being 10 years ago and it was just as nice as before. We would all recommend it.
