good location at a relatively cheap price for Paris, clean enough and not a bad renovation for a hostel in Paris, the bathroom is also kept as clean and tidy as possible.

It is good for a cost-efficient option. It is quite accessible, Just nearby the Crimee metro stations. Breakfast is just hot bread and jams w/ butter. But, I have to say they have a very good coffee machine that's great. It is a little bit crowded and guests frequently came and go. That's why someone might wake you up in the middle of the night. If you need to stay just a couple of nights it is ok. But, I don't prefer to stay longer than 3 + days.

Sicher ! Das Badezimmer (dh mit Badewanne) ist nicht sehr angenehm, es sieht nicht so aus wie das Badezimmer (dh mit Dusche), das auf dem Foto auf der Website zu sehen ist. Vermeiden !

TERRIBLE service. Gave me a flooded room. Gave me dirty towels to clean it MYSELF. It re flooded. I informed them and was left waiting for hours until he said they’ll “deal with it tomorrow”. Messaged the property throughout the night: no reply. It’s tomorrow and I’m trying to get a refund but the man at desk is only telling me to email a manager and that he is “not a plumber”. Leaving early. Worst stay I’ve had.

I travelled alone and stayed here in a shared room for one night last month and it cost me around 40 euros. Transport to/from the hostel is easy as it is a short distance from the local metro. The room was cleaned and beds for the hostel are clean and well-maintained. Each room has 4 beds and you are allocated your room and bed upon arrival. Your bed has a reading light, a charging port, USB and USB-C charging port and a curtain for privacy and light blocking. There is a shared kitchen/dining area on the lower ground floor where apparently complimentary breakfast is served before 10am, however when I went down on the morning there was no service. A problem with the kitchen I faced was that there were a lack of clean dishes, however I would not put that down to hostel staff as the kitchen is labelled as being communally managed. There is a private, secured locker room within the hostel where you can leave valuables if you will be exploring the city thoughout the day. Wi-fi is available to residents and is speedy; I was able to join a zoom meeting throughout the morning with no difficulty. The lady on the reception was kind and friendly. Overall, for the price I paid, I have little to complain about, and if in Paris again I will be staying here. 4/5. Pros: Easy to transport to/from the hostel to Central Paris/ CDG Airport. Easy Check In Clean facilities (toilets, showers, beds) Good price Speedy Wifi Friendly receptionists Cons: The lift in the building can jutter and feel rather uncomforting at times. The kitchen is not very clean. Did not receive complimentary breakfast.

We booked 2 beds in an all-female dormitory. We were in before the other guests and saw the room before any mess could be attributed to the other guests. The room and bathroom were dirty - only thing that was clean were the bedsheets which looked like they were replaced, bathroom looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in weeks with nasty toilets (think dried up bodily fluids on the seat), heavy dust on the surfaces. Requested a towel and none available. We checked out early because we would not stay in such conditions. Frontdesk was very helpful and advised us to email management regarding this - we received quite rude unprofessional responses from Paul stating that this is unreasonable and suspicious. We didn’t have high expectations as this is a hostel however this really was disappointing. Please consider booking elsewhere.

I booked for a 4-beds dorm and finally I slept in the 3rd night in a 5 persons dorm and the reception made very unprofessional excuses about this issue. Moreover, I did a *********** complaint and BOOKING Customer Service apologized for this inconvenient and this establishment did not at all apologize for the rudeness and insults I received for the same receptionist that made a big mistake to put an extra person in the dorm when he wasn't allow to do that. He has written me through *********** telling me to come back to the reception when I confirmed that I was leaving in the morning and still not apologize. He assured me to cancel the next reservation with no fees and 13 hours later I am still waiting for my cancellation confirmation and some apologies for the rudeness and insult I received because I was making my right to complain for the dirt and noise in that hostel. Instead he told me via *********** to come back to the reception in order to change room and pay the prolongation. ***? I was talking with another guests in that hostel and they coincide not to have received good customer service. This place was horrible and staff is very dishonest!

Une auberge honteuse et fortement NON recommandée. Nous nous sommes fait virer de notre chambre durant la journée en notre absence sans nous en avertir, nos affaires placées en vrac dans des sacs poubelle. Pour nous retrouver une chambre, ils ont viré une dame d’une autre chambre qui dormait déjà, honteux ! Les chambres sont sales, des souris présentes dans la cuisine, des lits trop petits si vous mesurez 1m80, fenêtres de salle de bain cassée (sympa quand il fait froid), des draps tachés, des portes qui s’ouvrent même sans la carte de chambre, des gens qui fument dans l’ascenseur, … on en passe ! Très mauvaise communication à l’accueil, le personnel du soir n’est pas averti des événements de la journée … Séjour très désagréable, nous ne reviendrons JAMAIS. Petit point positif: les croissants sont bons (OUF !)
