AMAZING experience in Europe. I’d say the best hotel in Paris. The room decorations were also very French, and all staffs were very kind and helpful. I would come back the next time when I am in Paris.

Good but too expensive

房間大小還可以 環境：酒店環境不錯，裝潢漂亮 衞生：沒有問題。 設施：健身室比較小，健身設備不太夠。但酒店有泳池，算是同類酒店比較少有的。 服務：沒有問題。

訂單和我的訂單不同。我訂購3個人付了三個人的費用。但酒店訂單上顯示一個人訂單。還給我標準房。誰更改了訂單鑽取差價？明明一米五的床硬要拗是一米八。我小孩一米五難道他自己變寬。睜眼說瞎話。說好有沙發床結果真的是一個沙發。欺騙誰啊。是誰的問題trip很清楚不承認。標準房當行政房賣。千萬別再住這個飯店。太坑人。還是萬豪好太多了。又大又有早餐。

Excelente hotel para uma estadia curta em Paris

Hotel nett. Nie im Leben 5 Sterne! Zimmer winzig! Kein Platz für zwei Personen. Müssen über Koffer steigen, Schrank mit 2 Hemden und Sakko voll. Kein Platz umzu arbeiten oder kurz was zu Lesen. Dafür muss man sich ins Bett legen. Fernseh funktioniert nicht. Klimaanlage funktioniert nicht. Teppich aus dem Jahr Louis XIV. Eklig! Bad nur ein Mini Waschbecken. Kein Platz irgendwas hinzustellen. Restaurant unterirdisch. Wenig Auswahl, brutal teuer für die durchnittliche Qualität. Flasche Wasser 12.- €! Frühstücksbuffet für 40.- € mini! Service ist sehr schlecht. Management geldgierig. Wir mussten einen Tag vorher nach Hause. Am ersten Tag kommuniziert. Tag voll in Rechnung gestellt, obwohl von Swiss genehmigt. Insgesamt scheint das Hotel auf dem absteigenden Ast. Wir waren gefühlt die einzigen Gäste. Wirklich absolut keine Empfehlung. In nächster Umgebung gleicher Preis, aber den Preis wert. Das Hotel ist den Preis sicher nicht wert.

This is a lovely small boutique hotel that is well located in Paris. We stayed for 5 nights during the Olympics and while the cost was very high and would never pay this at any other time, it was a great stay. As this is a small hotel and the rooms are variable, we had some significant issues with 2 of the rooms (location and lock issue and bathroom flooding). The management was quick to rectify and throughout the stay were interested in our satisfaction and very friendly and it felt very homey and welcoming. The location is great for shopping and strolling and lot of options for cafes and restaurants nearby. Breakfast was great and service also lovely. Beds were comfy and aircon fantastic for a hot July holiday.

I wouldn't say that it is a five star hotel. When you check in , there is noone to take your luggage at the entrance. The rooms are nicely decorated in modern touches. The breakfast is nice. Hotel is located 3 minutes walk to Saint Honore , so it is great location if you are going for a shopping trip

Very dissappointed by their customer service... It is is 5 star hotel that wouldnt except dollars as a deposit. We live in a 21st century!!! i was a returning customer for years now. Stayed like few days and had to extend a room but they wouldnt accept it. Trust issues? not coming back again... you guys lost a very good client.

It’s a wonderful boutique hotel in the heart of Paris. A jewel where the team is amazing and where the rooms are beautiful. Not pretentious but really elegant. The service is outstanding, the food is great, the room service excellent and fast. The concierge desk is the best. I highly recommend this hotel which I visit five to six time a year.

I really had worst experience in my life staying this hotel. They haven't refund my deposit. I asked to refund and they had agreed to release my deposit a month ago..... yet still my money hasn't backed. I contacted with them and now they started to say "we don't find any record of charge for deposit" "If you are saying you paid the deposit, show me the receipt."
The amount of deposit is not cheap more than 2,500 euro..... Is this how Five Star hotel treats the customer??
