Dieses Hotel ist ein sehr schickes ****Hotel !!!!! Dienstleistungen sehr schlecht !!! Nob Warum bietet das Hotel keine Klimaanlage? Klimaanlage sehr heiß, schlechtes Zimmer dreckig Ich hoffe, dass dieses Management Ihren Service verbessern wird. Ich komme in dieses Hotel und bezahle NICHT KOSTENLOS!!! Ich buche 3 Erwachsene, aber das gibt mir nur 2 Einzelbetten!!!

I recommend here the hotel is clean and they have everything you will need it , i wasn’t expecting that because it’s cheap , the staff are friendly btw , that’s it 🌟

The rooms are comfortable, quite clean, suitable for staying with family. This accommodation is close to Kuta beach and shops

During my stay at the hotel, I found the cleanliness to be impeccable, and the staff were incredibly attentive and alert. However, I was slightly disappointed to discover that the amenities advertised were not as extensive as expected. The pool, although small with dimensions of 4m x 9m, provided a refreshing escape. While there was no restaurant on-site, the room was pleasantly cold thanks to the efficient air conditioning, and the availability of a refrigerator and hot water added to the comfort. The peaceful ambiance of the place was truly delightful, offering a serene retreat. Nonetheless, if one desired a more upscale dining experience or lively bar scene, a bit of a walk to fancier restaurants and bars was necessary.

We stayed here as a stopover for one night as our flight was a red-eye. Staff were helpful and courteous, room was very basic but for the price wasn’t an issue. Breakfast was brought to the room - perfectly cooked poached eggs! No running hot water, so showering was unpleasant.

I did not like the service of Taxa Uma guest house. It is very bad and poor. I wouldn’t suggest anyone to ruin their travelling experience by booking this. When we reached the hotel with luggage, the receptionist made us wait for 10-15 minutes in the scorching heat. Then he attended us. There was no handwash, no shower gel in the washroom. I had to go down and wait for the receptionist to come back to give the handwash which took a long time. There is usually no one at the reception counter to attend us. They kept us water in the room when we asked to clean the room but 2 days we forgot to ask them and we returned in the evening, thirsty and when we asked water they said it’s a welcome drink and they don’t give it everyday which was a white lie! Also their room key was very fragile and it got broke while inserting in the hotel room. When we asked for a new one they took a fine of 50,000 indonesian rupiah and when I requested them that I have not lost the key, the key metal is just very fragile, they made an absurd lie with no logic. They said if the key is lost, they will take 1,00,000 indonesian rupiah and if it is broken they only charger 50,000 for repairing it. However they didn’t take my broken key to repair so their was no repair involved. Also a tall cleaning boy was very impolite to us. He wouldn’t give us fresh towel he would ask us to return the used towels first by ourselves. There is no shampoo or any toiletries provided except a basic tissue paper. I would suggest not to book here. I did not have a good time here very honestly.

Kamar bersih, tempatnya enak, lokasih dekat pantai kuta Hanya saja waktu itu dapat di lantai 3, check out subuh lorongnya tidak ada penerangan Jadi pakai senter hp

masa iya 3hr dapet harga 405k, aku kira kamarnya kecil ternyata gede😭 ac dan air panasnya berfungsi normal, udah setara kaya hotel bintang 3 worth it pol😭✨ next kalo trip ke bali mau nginep disini lagi, mau kemana mana deket bgt💯
