We booked this hotel due to my daughter's recommendation. I was a bit disappointed with the overall experience. It doesn’t seem like a 4 star hotel at all. It seems more like a boutique hotel. It did not have a gym. The check in was very helpful and let us into the room earlier than 3 pm as we arrived early. The room we had booked was a triple so lots of space but the passages are narrow to navigate. The air conditioning was over the middle passage so the main room remained stuffy. The shower was fantastic but all the faucets really difficult to manipulate as they were very tight. The lotion in the bathroom seemed old and to have a rancid smell. We had a problem with the wifi connection throughout our stay. There are no instructions in the room on how to connect with the reception so I emailed the hotel through the app and got a very strange response. On top of that when we checked out, the gentleman at the reception tried to convince me that it was not the hotel who responded but booking app. I showed him that this was the hotel messaging me and not booking app. The positives were the staff who are very helpful. The hotel is near the metro and has lots of small cafes and restaurants on Boulevard Hausseman. Room was clean and had all the amenities for tea and coffee. I found it a little too far from the main tourist or shopping areas that we wanted to go to. We like to walk everywhere and it took 45 minutes to an hour to reach ile de la cité. However les Halles and the theatre district is very close by. Also Galerie Lafayettes and Printemps. The price is reasonable but I wouldn’t recommend it based mainly on my wifi and air conditioning experience.

Me and my friends stayed in this hotel for five nights. We were very pleased with the friendly & customer orientated service, clean rooms, location with many nice bistros near by, close to metro station etc. Breakfast not included but can be bought if wanted. We chose to eat breakfast out as there were plenty of options around.

Große Lage, in der Nähe von Spaziergang zu vielen Attraktionen und direkt am Fluss. Das Personal war freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Hostel selbst war sauber, hatte eine volle Küche und komfortable Betten. Eine der besten Hostels, die ich geblieben habe. Ich würde es mir sicher empfehlen und dort wieder aufhalten.

There is something about this hotel that takes you back to times past. Loved the winding staircase, the grafitti on the walls. We stayed in the urban room, which was minimalist, with concrete pipe sections for some of the furniture, street style paintings on the walls, ceiling beams painted red. View from the room was out onto a square which was fascinating to see the various characters throughout the day. very comfortable bed, decent shower room. Breakfast is taken down in the cellar, past more grafitti on the walls, loved it. Breakfast is more in the traditional french style, with bread and croissant served in a basket supplememted by cereal and yogurt. Staff were friendly and helpful throughout. This hotel may not be to everyone's taste, but we loved it. The atmosphere and the location were good. Would visit again.

Ich hatte eine wunderbare Erfahrung während meines Aufenthalts im Gardette Park Hotel. Während das Zimmer auf der kleineren Seite war, die in Mittelpaß erwartet werden, gab es mir einen großen Platz. Es wäre auch für ein Paar geeignet, solange sie nicht zu viel Gepäck haben. Das Bett war komfortabel und unglaublich sauber. Einer der Highlights des Zimmers war der Balkon, der die schönen Bäume des Gardette Park überblickte. Im Zimmer war ein Kaffeemaschine, zusammen mit ausreichender Lieferung von Kapseln, Tee und Kehle. Zusätzlich bietet der Rezeption ein Tee, Kaffee und Schokolademaschine, die Gäste jederzeit verwenden können. Obwohl ich nicht die Frühstücksoption gewählt habe, gab es viele nahegelegene Alternativen. Die ruhige Atmosphäre in der Nacht gewährleistete einen ruhigen Schlaf. Die Dame am Empfang (sie spricht Englisch, Französisch und Italienisch sehr gut) war außergewöhnlich freundlich und hilfreich, so dass meine Interaktion mit dem Personal eine angenehme Erfahrung macht. Die Lage des Hotels war fantastisch, mit einer nahen Nähe zu ausgezeichneten Restaurants, Supermärkten und einem lebendigen Stadtleben (einschließlich Nachtleben). Während ich den Besuch der großen Pariser Attraktionen während dieser Reise nicht vorrangig gemacht habe, waren sie nur 30 Minuten entfernt. Für diejenigen, die vom Flughafen angekommen sind (Ich persönlich verwendete Orly und verließ CDG), war die nächste U-Bahnstation, Richard Lenoir, eine bequeme 10-minute Fußgänger. Wenn Sie jedoch eine beträchtliche Menge an Gepäck zu transportieren haben, gibt es Bus oder Uber Optionen, um die Spazierweiterung zu minimieren. Insgesamt war mein Aufenthalt im Gardette Park Hotel sehr erfreulich, und ich empfehle es sehr.

First things first, there effectively is no Lennon Hotel. There is no reception there and no breakfast room. Everything from the administration on is done through the Avalon Hotel next door so, make the assumption that you are going to the Avalon and you will not get lost or confused. The decor is both dated and modern at the same time. I would say, typically French so I am glad they didn't go all chain hotel and boring. The Bedroom - The choice of furniture I would question. In some pictures you can see what looks like a coat rack. This is the 'wardrobe' in the room. There are 6 hooks which may or may not have 6 hangers. Beneath that could well be a full size laptop safe (free to use) and under that, what I would have used as the shoe shelf. There really isn't anywhere for smaller items at all, they likely will stay in your luggage. With the lighting it's either bright or very bright so, there wasn't really an option to have it dimly lit though there are a selection of ceiling light, wall lamps and table lamps, they are all bright. Our room (100) was not a king size bed, I feel 4' 6” as it was certainly smaller than we are used to. In many pictures it shows the white bed pillows supplemented by small blue (green) ones. This is certainly not the case with every room. The Bathroom - I can but speak for our room as I understand other rooms have different configurations. We had a walk in shower with a rain shower head and a hand held spray adjusted using ornate handles. The toilet was on the wall. I personally don't like those, I feel incredibly unsafe especially when they creak like this one did when sat on. To make it worse, we're only 5' 3” and it's just too high, we felt like 5 year olds in need of a step stall. I wondered if this might not be aimed at wheelchair users as I am disabled but I do not use a chair but a mobility scooter (which there was plenty of room for). Then I consider the sink which is high up, too high for a wheelchair user. Of course, there is no chair in the shower either so, if it is meant to be an accessible room, it kind of isn't. The walls are done in tiles. Very mismatched tiles, not sure whether that was intentional or just years of different repairs and replacements. I feel that the light blue small square tiles were original but that when the shower, toilet and sink were last done they were not replicable so got replaced with blue rectangle tiles. The floor tiles are probably original but very worn and though they may have been, I never felt they were clean. Being a walk in shower the water got everywhere and the floor remained wet all night so we kept a towel on the floor by the door. Us British might find it weird to see a hairdryer in the bathroom right next to the sink, I think a plug socket too! The large round mirror was supposed to light up with a touch switch but, we never got it to work. Sehr freundliches Personal, von dem wir immer mit einem Lächeln begrüßt wurden. Unser Zimmer war entsprechend der Pariser Verhältnisse groß/klein, was aber für uns völlig ausreichend war. Unser Bett war sehr bequem, vorallem die Kissen sehr weich 😍 Auch wurde das Zimmer jeden Tag gründlich gereinigt und es war somit sehr sauber. Angenehm, dass man das Fenster weit aufmachen konnte, was nicht üblich ist für Paris. Wir mögen die Gegend am Ende des Canal Saint Martin bzw am Bassin Villette. Man kann von dort aus gut mit der Metro alle Sehenswürdigkeiten erreichen oder zu Fuß am Canal Richtung Platz der République entlang schlendern. Auch kann man eine schöne Runde joggen gehen in Richtung La Villette. Wenn man sich für das Hotel entscheidet sollte man noch wissen dass es in der Nähe einer großen Kreuzung und der oberirdischen Metrostation Jaurés ist. Entsprechend kann es nachts etwas laut sein, was uns aber nichts ausgemacht hat. Wenn man den ganzen Tag zu Fuß in Paris unterwegs ist, kann man sicher gut schlafen. In der Gegend übernachten einige Obdachlose, wie an vielen Stellen in Paris. Sie sind friedlich, davon sollte man sich also nicht abschrecken lassen.

Das Hotel liegt neben dem Chaumont Park, 5 Gehminuten von der nächsten U-Bahn-Linie 7B entfernt, von der aus Sie in wenigen Minuten zu den Galeries Lafayette und dem Kaufhaus Printemps gelangen und dann in die Linie 7 umsteigen können. Die Lage ist ruhig mitten im Trubel. Es ist ein im Juni neu renoviertes Hotel. Die Hardware-Ausstattung ist sehr gut und schick. Die Erbringung chinesischer Dienstleistungen bedeutet barrierefreie Kommunikation. Die Person, die eincheckte, war eine Chinesin, die sehr freundlich und herzlich empfangen wurde! Übrigens ist der Speck zum Frühstück so lecker!

Super Hostel, alles gut 👌 gerne jederzeit wieder. Vor der Haustür ist gleich die Metro, Supermarkt und alles was man benötigt. Ausblick auf der Dachterrasse ist mega.

Das Zimmer selbst war sehr schön und sauber. Wir landen um 11 Uhr und gingen zum Hotel und dachte, wenn wir nicht inchecken konnten, würden wir essen und entspannen, bis unser Zimmer bereit war. Als wir zum Büro kamen, machte die Empfangsperson einen schnurlosen Kommentar über, wie früh wir da waren. Dann sagte sie, dass es ein Zimmer bereit war. Es war wirklich nicht notwendig für die schnurlosen Kommentare, wenn es ein Zimmer zur Verfügung! Dann mussten wir zum Flughafen für einen sehr frühen Flug zu gehen und es war vor dem Shuttle angelaufen, so dass wir einen Taxi beantragten die Nacht vor und der Empfänger stellte es für uns. Am Morgen gab es kein Taxi und niemand am Frontdesk. Ich rang ein paar Mal die Uhr und niemand erschien. Wir waren wirklich spät zum Flughafen nach einem Uber endlich.
