I stayed only one night in this hotel, the infrastructure is dated, mirrors in the bathroom have black spots but the worst is no hot water in the shower. The basin had hot water but in the shower it was cold. I reported it to the front desk who said they would have someone look but that never happened. The staff were friendly, the breakfast buffet was nice but the hotel rooms really need a makeover. With so many other hotels in the vicinity, I moved out of the Crown Plaza and into another hotel chain nearby

Sie haben wirklich gut für mich gesorgt!!

Ausgezeichnetes Hotel. Große Lage und erstaunliche Kundenservice durch das Personal, vor allem von Diego am Frontdesk. Had a one night stay recently. For the price, the location wasn't bad at all. It's safe with many restaurants nearby in walking distance. Not too far from the attraction especially Uber is inexpensive in Panama. The staff was excellent. Friendly and attentive. The bed was very comfortable. TV had a good variety. Most hardware in the room is new. Room was quiet. I had a good night rest. Now on to the not so great part - the hotel was fairly new. and the construction is really quite shoddy by US standards. 1. it's a 9 story building but they didn't appear to have built an internal water circuit. so when you turn the shower water on, find something to do - brush your teeth, etc. it'll take a good at least 5 minutes for the water to warm up. once it's warm, the shower was comfortable, but while I was waiting, I debated if I should get dressed and/or call the front desk. 2. the shower doesn't drain well because the marble floor was built too flat. so if you shower for more than 5 minutes, it floods half the main bathroom. there is another draining hole at the corner of the main bathroom but again, the surface was too flat to drain. 3. the shower head does not stay on the handle - completely due to bad workmanship and not allowing enough space. 4. the lobby restroom foam ceiling panel fell on my head as i opened the door. (no one was injured). so for one night it was fine. but i'm not sure if i would want to stay there for multiple nights or with a family. it's a shame because it's a fairly new hotel.

Un pb à l'arrivée, manque de sens commercial à la réception. Il y a une piscine mais presque personne dedans car très souvent à l'ombre. Petit déj cheap. La chambre avait des pb de lumières et la clim qui soufflait sur les têtes de lits. Enfin le samedi soir il y a régulièrement une soirée musicale, là c'était soirée techno jusqu'à 3h du matin et ça s'entend partout dans l'hôtel, même quand on a une chambre de l'autre côté de la fiesta.... Il y a sûrement de meilleurs rapports qualité prix dans ce secteur. Le quartier change du Casco Viejo et permet de voir la vie des panaméens.

Wir haben hier 5 Nächte geblieben, um das Wetter in Panama zu akklimatisieren. Wir haben ein Zimmer mit Fenstern auf dem Boden, das einen schönen Kontakt für die Aussicht auf die Stadt gibt. Das Zimmer ist ok, geräumig, aber verbracht. Besonders das Badezimmer braucht eine Make-over. Die Betten wurden gemischt, eine hatte eine gute Matratze, die andere eine weiche mit einem Zahn in ihr. Wifi funktionierte sehr gut. Sehr freundliches Personal. Mein Hauptgrund für 3 Starts ist, dass dieses Hotel sich als Anschluss an Planet 21, (Link zu Accor Planet 21 entfernte Website ), bedeutet unter anderem, dass sie Lebensmittelabfälle verringern. Guck mal die Bilder hier an und du wirst sehen, dass ein kleiner Teil der Gelee in einer Kunststoff-Tasse ist, die Aprikosenschale ist in Kunststoff, das Butter ist in Kunststoff, und der Juggurt auch. Das dritte Bild zeigt Ihnen die Abfälle nach dem Frühstück ... Ich weiß, ich habe einen süßen Zahn ;) So, nicht wirklich Planet 21 ...

Dieses Hotel habe ich einem Freund von mir empfohlen. Ich bin glücklich, dass mein Freund zufrieden war. Ich denke, der Preis ist gut und die Gegend. Wenn Sie Geld sparen wollen und immer noch in der Stadt sind, glaube ich, dass dieser Ort gut für den Preis ist. Es ist sehr sauber Sie haben einen Freitag neben der Tür. Es ist sehr nah von Albrook und Dorado Mall Es ist sehr einfach, einen Uber oder Taxi zu bekommen. Sie können sogar zu Kaffeegeschäften und ein Restaurant gehen.

We had the pleasure of spending just one night at this lovely property. We chose the property because of its proximity to the airport for a flight the next morning. The hotel also is well positioned for visits to the old town, modern city, and for eco-tourism if you are planning to explore both the city and countryside. For travelers who prefer to return to a nice resort amenities after a day of adventure, The Santa Maria is an ideal choice. When we arrived, there were a couple people in line before us checking in and we were approached by the affable beverage manager who offered us a warm welcome and asked if we would like any refreshments. Check-in was a smooth and friendly process and we found our room to be spotless with a very comfortable bed and nice linens. We enjoyed lunch at the restaurant by the pool as well as dinner in the main dining room, The cuisine and service were both excellent. The pool and surrounding patio area were quite large with ample chaise lounges spaced comfortably apart. We enjoyed a leisurely afternoon by the pool. The pool area would be a wonderful place to relax after a day of sightseeing. We were traveling as a couple without children but the pool area is a large plus for families with children - and the pool is large enough that energetic children can easily be kept away from adults who are enjoying a quiet read by the pool. We arrived during the Sunday brunch, which looked utterly amazing. Evidence of the resort's love for children was that Mickey and Minnie Mouse were greeting families as they arrived for brunch. The resort was an oasis of calm despite its youthful visitors so couples seeking some peace and quiet should not be deterred from visiting. Whether you are looking for a desirable hotel handy to the airport or a resort for a lengthier stay, The Santa Maria is a great choice.

Das Zimmer ist komfortabel und hygienisch, die Umgebung ist sehr gut und es ist sehr komfortabel zu leben. Die Rezeption-Service-Personal ist enthusiastisch und die Einstellung ist sehr freundlich. Das Frühstück ist auch gut. Wir haben einen kurzen tropischen Regenwaldtour des Hotels besucht und einige tropische Pflanzen wie verschiedene Arten von Rainbow, Grünbäumen und Schalen gesichtet, die sehr süß sind! Es ist wirklich eine unvergessliche Erfahrung.

Wir sind am Flughafen angekommen, und ein Bus wurde von Riande Hotel zum Abholen gesendet. Es hat eine Verschiebung jede Stunde. Das Zimmer war sauber und ein schöner Geruch von Rosen. Der Pool ist riesig und warm in der Nacht. Die Bar in der Nähe des Pools war großartig, gute Getränke und ein großes Abendessen. Am nächsten Tag gingen wir mit dem Bus des Riande Hotel zum Flughafen.
