Positive: The proximity to the airport, the free shuttle service, the breakfast buffet is sufficient, the pool, the gym (although small is fine for a temporary workout). Negative: The sheets seem to be losing their original white color even though they looked washed or clean. TV channels not very varied.

Best value in Panama City. Stayed there for a long layover, and couldn't be more pleased. Grounds are beautiful, food was fantastic, and the 24-hour shuttle to and from the airport was incredibly convenient.

Difficult to review because we were only there for 10 hours. The building is luxurious. The suites very nice. It had a beautiful courtyard, what little we could see of it in the early morning light. Wake-up call didn't work and we ended up paying $10.00 for a 5-minute ride to the airport because the shuttle leaves only on the hour and we didn't make it. The "free" breakfast was worth every penny, but not much more. We have had better breakfasts at 3-star hotels.

This wasn't good experience. Room with "garden view" actually room with parking lot view. There was crumbs in the room. And cockroaches. Room is exhausted and outdated. Breakfast with minimum options: cereals, fruits cuts, scrambled eggs (poorly done), sausages, some kind off local flatbread and one type of cookies for dessert. Didn't answer me by email and ignored phone calls. Staff is friendly but unhelpful. 5 minutes from airport but I wasn't successful to get through to them to ask for picking me up or get the shuttle schedule.

Room was run down. I should have had a room with a garden view, not a parking lot. The room was equipped for disabled. That being said, a disabled person would hardly have had enough space in the bathroom itself or enough counter space. Will go back to Crowne Plaza and Courtyard by Marriott.

Everything ok, except the small musquitos in the evening at the swimming pool :-)

You get so much for your money. Comfy beds, amazing pool area, nice bar, good food and friendly staff.

The hotel is an oasis in the middle of connection flights and exhausting airport stopovers. Staff super friendly, nice rooms, shuttle bus is an asset and breakfast is nice. Don’t forget to take your swimsuit with you to disconnect entirely

I only spent one night to catch my flight the following morning as it is about 15 minutes from the airport, but it was a good experience nonetheless. The room was beautiful, clean and spacious, with a garden view. The pool, the huge check board and the entire environment was very lovely. There is also paintball and other activities on sites which I believe are at an additional cost. I didn't get to enjoy any of these amenities, but I would definitely stay there again if ever in Panama.
