Die Hoteleinrichtungen sind sehr alt. Die Holztüren im Badezimmer sind so morsch. Es kriechen immer noch viele Käfer heraus. Im Fernsehsender gibt es noch mehr Käfer und Ameisen. Jeden Tag tauchen kleine Kakerlaken auf. Als ich dieses Mal hier war, habe ich bereits angerufen 8 Nur, ziemlich enttäuscht. Auch beim Frühstück gibt es keine Auswahl.

施設は綺麗でしたが、周りに何もなく買い物も出来ないし海も遊泳禁止なのでプールで過ごすしかないです。
他に食べるとこもない、アラカルトの選択肢もないので夜ブュッフェを頼んだらSR.3200とレストランスタッフに言われたのに、会計を見たらSR6300でした。
部屋のカードキーが壊れていて、鍵を使う様になっているが鍵を掛けるのが難しく、毎回近くのスタッフにやってもらっていた。
ネズミ国の人達ばかりで、マナーも悪く最悪な2日間。
レストランスタッフもちゃんとしてなくて、食べているものを持って行く、下げる時に他のゲストの食べ残しをテーブルを落として気づかずにいってしまった。
チェックアウトの時、支払を求められたが既にカード決済済のはずの旨を伝えたら、かなり待たされて謝りもせずにOKで終わり。
もしこちらが気づかずに払っていたら、返金してくれるのだろうか。
もう2度と泊まりたくないし、お勧めしません。
建物、部屋は綺麗ですよ。

We enjoyed a delightful two-night stay here to celebrate our father's birthday. The check-in process was smooth, and we had requested five adjoining rooms before our arrival. A big thank you to Hasini, Chinthaka, Tharindu and Sithmini (front office team) for accommodating our request. The kids had a fantastic time playing in the sun, sand, and the extra-long pool. The food, drinks, and service were excellent. Special thanks to Chef Charith & Chef Harsha. A special shout out to Anura, Kapila, Geeshan, Selvam, Kaveesha, Rasindu, Kavindu, Lithmi and Indika for exceeding our expectations in terms of customer service. All members of staff always had a friendly smile on their faces and were always ready to assist in anything, including the staff in housekeeping. We were all pleasantly surprised at the excellent level of customer service. Keep up the good work! Looking forward to our next visit.

We booked the stay to celebrate sisters Birthday. 🥰 The team went beyond their limit and made their best efforts to decorate a separate premises for us to have a nice celebration honoring our small request. Food was great and reception staff Sithmini was helpful who extended a pleasant service. Thanks for Events Team & entire hotel staff who made our stay a lifetime memorable one.

Amazing hospitality, huge pool and the food is great for the price you pay, especially the dinner while the breakfast did not have much dessert options. Staff were super friendly and hospitable specially Sithmini, Chinthaka and Dilshan Small things noticed were that the rooms that we had did not have smart TVs and some switches were not working. Hallways were not air-conditioned and tiled, not carpeted. But those can be ignored for a 4 star restaurant with the service provided. .

It was a wonderful experience at Jie Jie beach. Staff service was top of the class, specially Tharindu Sithmini Saman and Anura helped to make our stay memorable. Room and food was superb. Definitely recommend for friends and family outings . Kids also had fun and lot of activities lined up for weekends

Everything is good.staff also friendly.Specially miss.Sithmini.she was very kindly and helpfully. Very good service she gave us.Dinner buffet is OK.but in the breakfast we’re not satisfied.but foods are really tasty.and also try to increase the number of gate keepers to the front.
