I can’t tell you how much I loved this hotel. We arrived on a busy Wednesday lunchtime - the gentleman that checked us in was so completely lovely and friendly and took the time to tell us all that we needed to know about the hotel. One of our two rooms was ready early, which was so appreciated as we had been up since 12 the night before, they had also allocated two rooms together which was fabulous as I was travelling with my daughters. The rooms are spotlessly clean and the beds comfortable. You also get the mini bar free on the first day which is great. Everyone we encountered at the hotel was lovely and friendly and had a smile. The lady who greeted us at breakfast was lovely, the breakfast restaurant isn’t huge but it absolutely has everything needed and the food was all fresh. The guys on the bar that we met at the end of the day when we came back tired from exploring Palma were so lovely, they made the most fabulous cocktails and even recommended which one my daughter should try. I would stay at this hotel again in a heartbeat . It is in a fabulous location and it’s immaculately clean. A fabulous 48 hours in Palma/thank you so much 💫

Das Hotel liegt in der Nähe des Flughafens, bequeme öffentliche Verkehrsmittel zum Stadtzentrum von Palma stehen zur Verfügung. Nur wenige Schritte vom Strand entfernt. Buffet ganz nett. Aber es gibt kein Fitnessstudio. Der Service ist nett und willkommen. Dieses Hotel ist seinen Preis auf jeden Fall wert.

Wundervolles Hotel, top Lage, ruhig aber sehr guter Ausgangspunkt für schöne Trips. In 20 Minuten vom Flughafen zu erreichen. Mehrere Restaurants und Supermärkte sind in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen. Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend, es wird jeder Wunsch erfüllt! Das Hotel ist sehr sauber, liegt direkt am Meer mit fantastischer Aussicht auf die Bucht und das Meer. Die Poolanlage ist ebenfalls sehr schön gelegen, ausreichend liegen sind vorhanden, tolle Aussicht und auch das Poolrestaurant bietet leckere Speisen und Getränke. Wir hätten am liebsten verlängert und kommen auf jeden Fall wieder. Bester Urlaub seit langem! P.S. Das Frühstück mit seiner Vielfalt und frisch zubereitete Eiergerichte sucht seines Gleichen… unfassbar gut!

We have just returned from a self catering holiday at this Hotel and found the facilities badly lacking. First of all the location is not what we expected. Supposed to have a sea view but that was restricted due to large trees right in front of most of the balcony. The shoreline contained a lot of litter. Self catering was difficult not even a teapot or sufficient cooking equipment. No oven so that obviously curtailed certain dishes. Be aware that whilst there are plenty of supermarkets they do not stock basics such as cereals or eggs. There is an Aldi some considerable distance away that we were able to use. Our TV didn’t work and a visit from an engineer sorted it until we switched it off and then it wouldn’t work again. We reported it only to be told we would have to change rooms. I eventually managed to get it working as it was tuned in to England rather than Spain. The location of the hotel is up a steep hill so anyone with walking problems would find it difficult to negotiate Especially if carrying groceries. We didn’t use any of the hotels facilities preferring to eat in the apartment despite the inadequate facilities. After all we had booked a self catering holiday !The beach is lovely quite busy with safe bathing. Good bus services to other areas. Use your debit card for a considerable discount. Would we stay there again probably not. Obviously whoever is in charge hadn’t thought it through. This was not a cheap holiday , the flight and room was in excess of £2500. We expected something better having been in Portugal earlier in the year for almost half the price. Sour grapes hardly. Just a warning to would be travellers.

Das Frühstück war sehr lecker mit einer großen Auswahl, von frischem Obst über Joghurt bis zu Käse und Schincken sowie Rührei und wechselnde warme Speisen. Das Rezeptionspersonal war stehts hilfsbereit und immer freundlich. Das Zimmer war schön groß und sehr schön Eingerichtet. Die Dachteresse ist ebenfalls sehr schön mit einem kleinen Pool. Im großen und ganzen ein Top Hotel im Zentrum von Palma, komme gerne wieder.

tolle lage schöne aussicht jedoch ist der meerzugang nur über 2 rostige treppen möglich die direkt ins wasser führen die jakuzzi suiten sind etwas alt aber dafür hat man kein täglicher stress mit den liegen denn diese werden früh geblockt dies ist schade klimatisierte räume und ruhige schlafzimmer das morgenbuffet ist toll und lässt keine wünsche offen es gibt gestaffelte essenszeiten man wöhle eher 0830 sonst kann es wartezeiten geben taxi zum flughafen ca 45 euro

Fab hotel for a quiet last minute break. Pool area was brilliant, really comfy sun beds and brilliant cocktails served from the pool bar. We were always able to find a sun bed. The staff were all brilliant, food and drink all seemed reasonable for the local prices. We were in one of the older rooms so it didn’t have the nice blue/ white colour theme shown in the hotel photos, but beds were comfy and there were double balcony doors so there was no issues with noise from the street. It was great to have a fridge in the room. Lovely beach less than 10 mins walk, and easy to jump on the bus to Palma from right outside the hotel (€2 each way). You can also cycle which is lovely too. Breakfast was excellent, loads of choice. dinner also good, each night had a different theme- some nights were better than others! There was no entertainment in the evenings but bar open until 12. We stayed Monday- Friday and the hotel was busy but pretty chilled, I think it’s more of a party hotel over the weekends.

Ok also buchen wir dieses 2-Sterne-Hotel mit einigen Urlaubskompensation wir für einen Flugverzug bekommen, so warten nicht auf große Dinge, ich war überrascht, wenn die Ankunft bei vielen Dingen, der Ort ist wirklich sauber, die Zimmer waren sehr sauber das Badezimmer kürzlich renoviert, Es gibt Friseur und Shampoo und Handwaschmaschine, frische Handtücher und Bettwäsche täglich, Frühstück ist 6 Euro, es gibt viele Getreidebretter, kaltes Fleisch, Toast Eierbacon etc. einen wirklich guten Preis für alles, was sie bieten, Es gibt Verkaufsmaschinen mit Snacks und eine schöne Poolbar mit mehreren großen komfortablen Sofas, 2 Euro für einen Coca-Cola-Kanon, die günstiger ist als der lokale Shop, sie haben eine Eisen, die Sie leihen können( keine Gebühr) Es gibt ein sehr sauberes Duschezimmer, wenn Sie aus Ihrem Zimmer Check-out müssen, das Personal konnte nicht hilfreich sein, der Pool erhält die Sonne von ca. 1:00 Uhr aber es war nicht zu kalt vor dieser Zeit, es gibt nur ca. 7 Sonnenbetten, aber der Pool war nie besetzt, Es gibt Tische und Stühle rund um den Poolbereich und einige rattan Möbel auch so viel Sitzoptionen, es gibt ein Supermarkt ein paar Meter entlang der Straße für Lieferungen, es gibt große Luftkon in den Zimmern, aber das erwärmt Ihren Balkonbereich großartig machen es nicht Groß zu sitzen, wenn die andere Person mit dem Air Con ist, das einzige, was ich persönlich denke, könnte Ihren Aufenthalt verbessern würde wäre ein kleines Kühlschrank im Trinkzimmer, die Hotel-Catering vor allem für Niederländer und Deutsche, wir waren die einzigen Briten, und es hat einen jüngeren Kunden, aber es gab keine Niose, keine röhliche Verhaltensweise in der Zeit, in der wir da waren, so alles in allem eine sehr ncie Überraschung angesichts der preisgekrönten Lage,
