Shout out to Luke who gave us every restaurants recommendation and helped us to better plan our itinerary. Also a great thanks to Trisha, the chef, who is super welcoming and cooks the best food for us.

這是住過的最好的五星級酒店之一了。 雖然是新酒店，但是在私隱，衞生，服務方面都是一流的。工作人員沒有制服，更像是管家。 位置也超級好，如果喜歡古建築羣的非常值得推薦。如果有機會一定會再來。

A quiet boutique hotel 5-10 min walk to shops and restaurants in old town.with a lovely courtyard. Rooms were moderate in size and beautifully arranged. What stood out was the staff. A shout out to Jodi who helped us with every aspect of our trip. From helping us with transportation to advising us to the best way to navigate our vacation. And to Noelis for her kindness and patience. I travel extensively and I found the staff went beyond to make our trip comfortable and memorable. Thank you ;) Highly recommend

Just returned from a 1 night stay at Portella. A beautiful hotel set in the idyllic old town of Palma. The hotel has been designed beautifully, with carefully considered details to make the place feel like you are staying in someone’s private home vs a hotel. However for the hotels price point we cannot help but feel a little disappointed with our stay. We were first allocated a room on the top floor over looking a crane that apparently has been there for a while. Construction work is ongoing next door and you could literally hear hammering and drilling through the walls. The room whilst nice was stark and fairly underwhelming from what is a nearly £500 a night room. We were switched rooms and ‘upgraded’ - the new room was beautiful and had a lovely charm to it although fairly dark which made getting ready for the evening tricky. We feel that this room should have been allocated in the first place as it was available as we booked direct and the hotel advertises ‘book direct to receive a space available upgrade’…clearly there was space… On the website the photography shows Dyptique bathroom products. This is not the case and the hotel instead has Susanne Kauffman currently. Whilst beautiful products, somewhat misleading from the website and marketing imagery. (Reception claims this is due to supply chain issues…) Breakfast is lovely, but on the day we stayed it was not served ‘buffet style’ on the kitchen island but a selection of pastries was bought to the table and hot dishes were available to order. Left the experience lacking a ‘wow’ factor. Staff were professional and courteous but I wouldn’t say overly warm and didn’t make you feel welcome and at home compared to the hotel we were staying at prior to our stay which is part of the IT Mallorca group. Overall a nice hotel to experience once for a night or two with beautiful interior decor and architecture but it is not somewhere I would rush back to.

I stayed here on a solo trip to Palma, the location is excellent for getting around the city on foot. The staff were friendly, welcoming and very professional. The boutique hotel was just amazing, beautiful rooms with every little detail considered. The housekeeping staff ensured everything was perfect. The food delicious, and what an amazing breakfast. I really felt very well looked after. The hotel was quiet, bed very comfortable and I had a wonderful restful stay. I would highly recommend and hope to return. Thank you for everything.
