Me and my family visited this place during Holi weekend 2022. Let's go straight to the review Room - priced at rs 2100 per night (2 adults and 1 kid age 7 years old - 1500 rs for the couple with 600 rs for the kid) we were allotted room number 5 on the gr flr. Ours was a non ac room with no gallery / view whatsoever but had an attached washroom with working shower and continuous water supply and in the room we had a normal double bed with old styled Onida tv (in working condition but the display unit was broken). No major problem with the room so overall ok. Food - we had opted for room only package. They have their own buffet system in the veg only hall - priced at 250 rs it's unlimited food with limited chaas). Menu keeps changing but it was okay okay, (considering there is no restaurant outside elsewhere atleast till 1-2 kms). Dinner as well is priced at 150 rs (never had dinner there so again cannot comment) Property - overall huge but not maintained. Our room door gave us issues, there was no dustbin seen anywhere in the entire premises. There is even a swimming pool (functional now with access to it's guests for nearly 6-8 odd hours during the day). Parking - enough space for multiple cars. Wifi - didn't check it so cannot comment. PS: 1) ***agement needs to either nform the guest (while booking) about the swimming pool or put up banners saying compulsory use of swimming costume in the pool. On day 1 we encountered a very rude lady (apparently ***agement's relative) in the pool who behaved very very rudely with almost everyone present. My wife didn't have any swimming costume with her hence had entered the pool in normal wear with my daughter and she had objected immediately to this. Moreover, there were few guys who were swimming in the pool (obviously at a distance from female guests) but they were immediately repri***ded by the same lady saying "please don't come in my way when I am swimming".. come on guys, with all due respect she may be your relative / family friend etc but you can't just be downright rude and arrogant to your hotel guests. The attitude and the behaviour of that particular person was downright rude and arrogant. When on a vacation, a person wants to relax in their own way (obviously it shouldn't damage anything around / cause any trouble to others as well). At times it felt as if we are in a boarding school and not a resort (ye mat karo, idhar mat karo, idhar mat aao). 2) they also have 2nd rest named chickooland within the premises but the ***agement doesn't give any intimation about this. On day one I had asked the ***ager about non veg food availability and he said we can either have it in chickooland restaurant or maybe in our room but we cannot bring it in the first restaurant premises as apparently the chef doesnt like this. Thats hypocrisy.. I could easily see other guests having alcohol in the first dining hall (as we had our lunch there) to which nobody objected but a mere question of non veg food
