Kairali - the Ayurvedic Healing Village

I visited Kairali - The Healing Village in August and had an extraordinary experience. From check-in to departure, every staff member—whether at reception, the canteen, the massage area, or involved in cleaning and gardening—was superbly trained and always greeted us with a warm smile. The cuisine was exceptional, and the consultations with the doctors and therapists were of the highest quality. The yoga and meditation sessions were deeply enriching. My 7-day stay seemed too brief, and I am eager to return. I would like to extend my heartfelt thanks to Dr. Deepu, Sharad, Shruti, Vaishal, Priya, Prakash, Gopi, Devdas, and everyone else whose names I may not know, for their remarkable hospitality.

I cant ask for anything else when i go for a serene and peaceful holiday with my family. Kairali Ayurvedic healing centre, Kerala is the best. Not only about the place and the surroundings, but also for the staff, their hospitality, warm and cordial approach, amazing food, doctors and therapist for correct consultation as per ur body types, activities like yoga and mediation every bit of the property is on the top notch quality. The PR team like abhinav and pawan and guest relationship manager like Nisha and front desk manager Manoj are so good in their approach and service to their guests!! A must visit place to detox ur body, mind and soul.

I had wonderful, peacful, relaxing time. The propert is beautiful and serene. Truly magical landscape. The kind and helpful yoga Visaha and meditation was relaxing, beneficial and I learnt so much that I will implement. The sweet ladies at the treatment centre were so kind and knowledgeable and treatments were rejuvenating. The housekeeping staff were super friendly acomadating and helpful. The food was delicious, nutritious and the canteen staff was wonderful. Dr. Rahul was always available very helpful, knowledgeable and his expert advice helpful. The front end staff was always ready to help. All in all I'm greatful to all the stellar people who run the Village and work so hard. There were so many ayurvedic facilities to chose from and Im so glad and happy I picked Kairali! I look forward to going back.

Friends, Feeling purposeful to share that I have concluded the 15 days Ayurvedic sojourn without any duress. Surrendering myself unconditionally to the serene nature, amazing doctor, gifted therapists and curated foods brought ubiquitous tranquility to my body and mind. Body is very light; mind calm and composed. Never had so much of time to reflect and introspect. I have underlined the actionable to handle some of the challenges in my life. These actionable are quite different for sure than the way, I normally do. To respect my body and mind, I have made a list of lifestyle changes and resolved to follow them unequivocally. From tomorrow, back to materialistic world, but with an agile body and calm mind. I will be tested again but will ensure the responses don’t agitate my body and mind. I had a beautiful time here. I came here for 14 days and extended it to 21 days, as the treatment and place are relaxing. There were many people from all parts of the world (Russia, Brazil, France, Switzerland, and the UK), and such an extended stay is a great time to share the essence and make new friends and connections. The staff is super friendly, and it doesn't matter how many dull moments you have; seeing the staff will automatically bring a smile to your face. A tip - If you are coming for PanchKarma treatment, if your insurance covers Ayurveda treatment (most of them do now), you can claim your expense. I was consulted by Dr. Deepu John, and Im coming again next year.

The best Ayurvedic resort in India, a heavenly place difficult to find one. Authentic treatments, personalised discussions direct with doctors, clean organic food which heals your soul and body. All the staff members are so friendly with their infectious smiles. Take out time and do visit. Panchkarma is min 14 days , detox be there atleast for a week.

It was a great decision to visit Kairali. I was there just for a week but within that got noticeable difference in my cholesterol levels, inflammation markers and pain. A very professional team that does its job. The property was very relaxing and full of nature. ESP loved the yoga, meditation and cooking sessions. If you are thinking about going for it, you absolutely should..super effective!!

Back in April, after 4 weeks treatment, also including yoga and meditation, I fully stopped pharmaceutical medicine, symptoms almost gone, energy level much higher than before. Support with Ayurvedic medicine when needed. Doctors are very professional, highly skilled and work from the heart on an Holistic basis: also working together with hospitals and Allopathic Doctors (which was needed in my case). Special thanks to Dr. Priya Devi for outstanding personal guidance. All therapists and staff are friendly, helpful and caring. Feels like a warm family to me, passionately taking care of you. Treatment was serious work, trusting doctors and for me important to have the right mindset, goal and focus on my personal health and wellbeing. Now it is up to me in changing lifestyle and especially food and drinks. This is going to be my yearly “hard- and software update health-event”. Realise that this is just my experience and opinion: go there for a couple of days or week and see, hear, smell, taste and feel yourself... After changing my lifestyle, I was back with my wife in Aug/Sep for checkup and treatment, but also celebrating and enjoying Onam. I was able to maintain lifestyle the last 3 months and my health is still going strong. I need and enjoy a yearly checkup to maintain my lifestyle, so we will be back in Aug/Sep 2025. It was a great experience. I have taken 7 days plan and just one simple advise, I want to give that follow as what they say,you will get the result as you want. I loose 4 kgs and 2 inches in just 7 days. The best part at Kairali is every one smiles and very corporate. They always try to go you comfortable stay as you wanted.
