A nice, quiet place for those visiting Université Paris-Saclay. ECLA has additionally more activities and a cafeteria.

À 10 minutes de la gare à pied, entouré de beaucoup de moyens de transport, l’hôtel se place dans le cœur de la ville. Le personnel est gentil, avenant avec les clients et très respectueux. L’hôtel est moderne, il y a tout ce qu’il faut dedans et bien plus encore ( salle de sport, billard, cinema…) Les appart-chambres sont tres fonctionnel, moderne, propre. Elles disposent de tout. Mention spéciale pour l’hygiène, c’est extrêmement propre, ça sent bon dans les chambres.

Odamız temiz ve güzeldi ancak klima yoktu.Hava çok sıcaktı bu sebeple birazcık zorlandık.Yatağın yanında küçük bir alet vardı ancak çok soğutmuyordu.

I feel they are cheating the residents. They ask a lot for the deposit. Besides the rent they tell you at the beginning or in their web sites, they will charge you for extra. My apartment was not clean properly. I saw lots of dirt everywhere, there were insects in my apartment. The bathroom was smelling like hell. They said it is because it was not used for one month and it will be fine after few days. But during my entire stay in ECLA campus it was stinking. I complained many times but they did not do anything. The bedding was damaged and the pillow was stinking like hell. They just changed the pillow. It was very noisy , the walls and the windows are not noise protected. At the beginning they say the rent something including the charges, but then you will see they find lots of excuses to charge you. For example based on the floor you have chosen they add some charges, then for I-service then at the end of the contract they tell you about garbage tax while it was expected to be included in the rent. At the beginning of July I informed them that I will check out by Aug 1. They charged me not only for the entire July but also charged me for the first day of August not only for the rent but also for I-service of the entire August. While I have checked out July 28. And got knows how much they will deduct from the deposit. It was a bad experience for me and I will never rent a room/apartment from ECLA. I do not suggest it. Try to fix everything at the beginning with them otherwise they will cheat you as much as they can.

This is my second time at this property and I think it is very nice. Big and clean rooms with kitchenette and a VERY good gym round the deal for me. Azyz at the reception is a star. He really helped us a lot and we are grateful for that. Will go back again when in Paris.

Check in a nightmare, in fact the second check in was worse. My 2 stays were one after the other ,so checked out sunday morning to check in sunday afternoon. But there is no one on duty except security on sunday, they put me back in my old room ,which had not been cleaned from my previous stay. I was told cleanig was done only on tuesday. I had to find my old card left in the drop off box in the morning. This was done by taking all the cards and trying them till one worked. Next... there is a launderette on site but you cant use it unless you are staying long term. ( ONE MONTH ) . Tv is limited. Its not so much hotel but university hostel.

I strongly advise against this residence. It pretends to be of high standing but it is not. The residents are disrespectful, the residence is extremely noisy, security is useless. We recovered the apartment in a deplorable state, we had ants (there were some in the whole residence), we had a water leak when it rained (defective window seal), we did not have all the furniture announced on the inventory of fixtures and we had to fight to get them. Moreover everything is closed during the covid and obviously no reduction is made on the rent. To flee, those responsible are clearly crooks.

Résidence étudiante au top, les appartements sont pratiques et bien équipés. On se sent à l'aise et il ya pleins d'activités à faire, je suis restée 3 mois et j'ai adoré pouvoir rencontrer tant de personnes et de me sentir en sécurité avec toujours quelqu'un de présent pour m'aider. C'est un endroit parfait pour vivre quand on est jeune.
