The first time i ever felt so cozy of a stay and the hotel makes me not wanting to go back to my homeland.Love the bathroom with cozy on light.Small apartment but literally felt like home.You can order room service up to your room.Below the hotel we found a delicious cafe that's sells indonesia food.Roemah Koffie.Connected mall but not many shops open yet.Not crowded with people.5 minutes drive to ICE.There's many good things to share.Oh yes! There's gym, swimming pool and sauna area.I use all the facililties.Only thing i hope there's a spa.But it's fine.Didnt take photo but took video of the hotel

Tempatnya ok

Service was good, the room nice with studio apartement facilities. Breakfast was also good. We request for smooking room, and they have it. But our room with no city view, the view is the middle of building. But overall everything was excellent

HERLOOM SERVICED RESIDENCE is a really good place to feels like home. A friendly staff Romy ,Frecilia and their    colleagues are welcoming us , Herloom is brand new , The rooms are clean and have all the things you need like a washing machine, hairdryer and a ironing board. Our compliments to Jeksen , Iyan and their colleagues they served every morning a amazing breakfast

Everything is excellent, all the furnish, facilities, restaurant and all the staff is very excellent. The location is also easy to find, i am staying for 2 days and 1 night and i will surely come back for another staycation with my husband soon. Thank you Herloom BSD

Stay here for Business Meeting, the Room is very spacious with complete amenities, one bedroom, large toilets, large living room, kitchen, suitable for the whole family. Feels very homy and luxury. Meeting room also awesome with cute lighting and swimming pool view. The ac is a little bit hot, need to improve, but later it cooling down. Projectors, mic, are running well. Swimming pool is great, but kids corner need to be more options and developed for the future. Breakfast and coffee break are delicious, and the most important, the staffs are very friendly and helpfull, i.e Mas Jay.

Comfortable room with complete facility, washing machine, a big fridge, microwave, and dish washing sink. Unfortunately the wifi speed is so slow so I choose to use my own mobile data instead of wifi. But overall it is a nice stay even only 1 night.
