This hotel is widely regarded as the best in the city.The lobby’s generous size and features a variety of shops, including souvenir and gift stores.Having a café within the lobby is a delightful touch. You can enjoy coffee, pastries, or light snacks and large screen dedicated to broadcasting matches. Whether it’s football, basketball, or any other sport, also there is a Billiards Table . The rooms are notably large and come with balconies. Having extra space is always a plus for a comfortable stay.The breakfast in the restaurant is very good ,also offers a diverse selection. The swimming pool big so you can enjoy a refreshing swim.The staff members are attentive, friendly and their service truly enhances the overall experience. The hotel provides a peaceful and secure atmosphere, allowing guests to relax without any disturbances.

Excellent hotel and probably best in town. Renovation and new management excellent. However, room service is very poor - food not tasty and should be improved.

Nice rooms +heavy security Clean spacious rooms and friendly staff. The area is pretty heavily guarded for those worried about the current security situation. I experienced frequent internet outage , but was fortunate to be offered a complimentary SIM card by the hotel which was really helpful. Ask the reception should you find yourself in a similar situation. Better still, try to get a SIM card at the airport . Food is not as good though ! Just look for a local place to try the Ouagadougou local chicken! Delicious!!

I was at the hotel to visit in Septmeber on a business trip. The hotel has a beautiful view overlooking the city of Ouagadougou. A big swimming pool with a nice food menu. Their sunday buffet is also very appetizing and lots of delicious international plates. I would definitely visit again.

This is a very solid hotel with all I needed in Ouagadougou: a comfortable bed, well-working AC, generally reliable internet, and great food! I will certainly return to the Lancaster when back in Ouaga. Merci mille fois !

Lovely hotel, food great too. Wouldn’t visit unless on business because of the security situation in Burkina Faso. Wifi isn’t great but apart from that good hotel. Well secured hotel all cars checked on entry

We requested an Airport Pick up - They didn't show up, the Internet connection is very very bad, you have to reconnect every 5 mins, no hot water in the mornings. Our room offer had 1 1 on Buffets, We asked them before placing orders for a Dinner Buffet, the Staff confirmed and later billed us full prices - the language barrier is strong, they don't speak good english.

Great hotel property, for sure the best in Ouagadougou out of the bigger hotels. The room is big and with a nice balcony. The food at room service is also very impressive. some of restaurants were however closed.
