Es war ein gewöhnliches Business-Hotel, aber ich war dankbar für das Zimmer-Upgrade. Das Frühstück war kein Buffet, sondern eine Bento-Box, aber es war enttäuschend.

Wasser gibt es nicht in Form einer Plastikflasche, daher ist es umständlich, dass man zum Wasserholen in die ELV-Halle gehen muss! Ich möchte, dass der Check-in gegen 14:00 Uhr erfolgt! Günstig in der Nähe der Innenstadt gelegen.

Small room as usual in Japan at this price, but still has everything I needed. Friendly and helpful staff. I liked the area, easy to get around and a lot of nice places to eat or drink in walking distance. I would come again. I need to get used to the strict check-in, check-out times, but it seems to be the same everywhere. I didn't try the breakfast, so cannot comment

About a 10 minute walk from Osaka station. Service attitude of front desk staff needs substantial improvement. For example, one agreed to baggage storage, but another (young male) said NO and with an aggressive and totally not-service-oriented attitude. Room was NOT clean, with strands of long hair in the bath and on the wash basin top.

Strongly recommend this place for solo travelers or friends! Nice location and clean space! (Not a brand-new hotel but it is well managed condition!) Convenient stores were nearby, so that is a huge plus.

The hotel's location is very convenient, with a shopping street and plenty of great food options nearby. The hotel itself is clean, well-lit, and has 24-hour front desk service. I’d definitely consider staying here again on my next trip to Osaka! Just hope next time I can book earlier so the price will be more cost effective lol.

Provided that the price for stay is economic, a 10mins walking from JR station is acceptable. You might not even be aware of the distance as you may basically get there through Whitty Umeda (an underground shopping street). The staffs are helpful and nice, and their service rendered is reliable. Would stay here for certain if I'm going to travel around Umeda in future. Thank you for the nice experience to stay in Umeda. Relatively acceptable distance from Osaka/Umeda station. Walking time is about 10mins with luggage. Room is old but clean. Common business hotel standard and no surprise.
