Das Personal ist sehr nett, hilfsbereit und kann sich gut auf Englisch verständigen. Sie haben auch dafür gesorgt, dass das Bett meines Freundes umgestellt wurde, um es ihnen leichter zu machen. Das Hotel bietet kostenlosen Kaffee. Pralinen gab es in der Lobby im 2. Stock, alle Toilettenartikel waren auch da. Wir fanden, dass das Frühstück des Hotels mit 1.900 Yen/Kopf überteuert war. Dieser Aspekt sollte verbessert werden, da es nur wenige Optionen gibt. Der Ort ist klein, daher denke ich, dass man dort nicht allzu viele Dinge unterbringen kann. Die Kosten sollten gesenkt werden, um Menschen zum Essen dort zu locken. Weil es andere Möglichkeiten gibt Viel außerhalb des Hotels

Hotel is located at Shinsaibashi and going anywhere is pretty convenient. There's family mart, ***** store, McDonald's, MOS burger just footsteps away. Hotel lobby has a coffee machine (free 24/7). Staff were also very helpful when helping to arrange luggage transfer.

Room size is big and clean, 3 bed room is very good for family travellers.

One of the best hotels I’ve stayed in, very value for money! Will not hesitate to stay here again if I visit Osaka again. Location super convenient; quick walk from Shinsaibashi station, right beside the Shinsaibashi shopping street, so there’s a ton of food and shopping options nearby. Easy check in; you have to collect all your amenities at the lobby. Staff are very friendly and helpful. The rooms are fantastic; very clean, well-equipped and well-designed (love the toilet!). There’s also vending machines and coin laundry machines on several floors of the hotel.

Good service, good venue, just not enough space Breakfast is good taste

Hotel is short distance from Shinsaibashi metro station. Really easy to travel via the midosuji lines. Exit from exit 2 from the metro station (exit 1 is under construction when I was there). Plenty of food options along the street and hotel is also really close to dotonburi. Rooms are clean enough for 2 pax in a room. However for big groups booking multiple rooms, do take note that for moderate twin rooms, there is only 1 room per level. So for my booking of 4 rooms, we were spread out in 4 levels. There were a total 5 washing machines with dryer functions in this hotel. Staff were friendly but they speak limited English. Luggage locker room is self service on level 1. IC card is used to lock and unlock the locks.

We stayed 4 nights. The hotel location is excellent however the room clean up service was terrible. We was surprised that the rubbish was not fully cleaned up - including an empty cup noodle we put inside the rubbish bin! Slippers were everywhere even after the clean up, with some rubbishes left over on the floor. This was the worse experience so far in Japan hotels!

The location is quite satisfactory. The room is large and smoking rooms are available, which is really convenient for smokers. The concierge staff is very polite.

The triple room assigned was larger than expected, with ample space area for the luggage and even included a seating area. Very impressive and walking distance from metro. The room was clean too, stayed for 4 nights, able to request simple cleaning daily as well. Overall, it was a great experience.

Good location walking distance a lot of shopping mall and food restaurant bar 10 minutes to train station. The room is clean but small standard size. 

Front desk service was good, able to converse in multiple languages. Hotel is situated right in shinsaibashi, walking distance to many food places and shopping malls like parco and dotonburi. Surrounded by drugstores and has a big daiso as well. House keeping leaves much to be desired, cut off time is 10am which is borderline unreasonable, sheets weren't very clean as it caused itchy rashes. Room was dusty. Overall would stay again, but hope there will be improvements.

The hotel is next to Shinsaibashi, and shopping is very convenient. I had some problems when I checked my luggage, and the staff was very helpful. We will choose this hotel again next time.
