The hotel reception staffs are warm and polite, and try their best to meet the needs of guests. There are soothing hot springs to help soothe overworked feet! After soaking in the hot springs, you can enjoy popsicles and lactic acid drinks. Free ramen is also provided in the evening. The breakfast included in the hotel is worth the money. It is a hotel worth recommending.

We booked a double room, and it was spacious enough to fit two 28-inch suitcases. The room amenities were complete, but the cleanliness was below Japanese standards. What I really liked about this hotel was the free laundry machines and paid dryers. The onsen was always crowded, but it was a nice way to relax after a long day of sightseeing.), the free midnight ramen, and the free ice cream. The staff were friendly and helpful, but there was a language barrier at times. The location is great, very close to Kuromon Market, Dotonbori, and Shinsaibashi, and it's also near the subway station. However, if you plan on traveling to other cities using the JR line, I wouldn't recommend this hotel. It requires multiple transfers and is not very convenient.

Dormy inns are never disappointing. This one is well located and easily accessible to the famous shopping sports. Enjoyed the evening ramen and the public baths. Will return

Location superb as it's just 5 mins walk to all the shopping district. Room however is quite small. The double bedroom is lot smaller than the photo. Suggest get twin bed if needed. Onsen is a bonus, and generous giving out ice cream everyday for the guest to enjoy

Excellent stay here. All accommodations is excellent. Next time i visit Osaka i would stay here again

Location is good and close to key tourist spots. But the room is a bit smelly and the WiFi is not working most of the time! WiFi password post everywhere in the hotel and maybe accessible by too many people at the same time! Hot-bath area is good as usual but again too many people…..

Good location and I enjoyed the onsen exclusive for hotel guests.

Location is actually pretty good, expect 10 mins walk for everywhere if you walk fast. But for the price and with a public bath, that's the one. Room is pretty dark and can feel stuffy as the ceiling is low. Staffs mostly very kind and helpful. Late Nighy ramen is very average haha but still very kind. Overall , might still stay again but like not for sure. It's not bad tho

Excellent location, with well equipped hot spring. Breakfast with variety choices and very friendly staff.
