Das Zimmer ist sauber und ordentlich, die Rezeption ist sehr nett, es gibt einen Shuttle, ich habe am nächsten Tag um 6:00 Uhr einen Termin für den Shuttle vereinbart und um 6:00 Uhr an der Rezeption nach dem Frühstück gefragt, aber vorne Die Rezeption ließ mich ein paar Minuten früher frühstücken, der Shuttle-Fahrer war sehr pünktlich und wartete im Voraus. Mit dem Hängekorb und dem Kaffee in der Lobby kann ich meine Jetlag-Zeit glücklich verbringen.

The Hotel facilities were very good. Their services started from the airport shuttle was excellent and the front office staff were awesome and very helpful. The breakfast was limited in options but the quality of what was provided was very good. The automation of digital offerings in the room was great and my stay was seamless.

We were arriving at Toronto Airport at around mid-night time and decided to stay near the hotel before heading to downtown. The hotel room is comfortable, and the variety of food at the breakfast counter is good. Just a friendly reminder for travelers, please call the hotel for the shuttle service. We standed at the airport for half an hour, and realized that we need to call the hotel to arrange the transportations instead.

Very clean and modern hotel, good location, helpful staffs. It was very noisy from many airplanes but no complaint I know it is close to the airport. breakfast was ok, nothing special.

Great location. Helpful and friendly staff. Complimentary breakfast and drinks are good based on the hotel price. The room was big enough. It was also clean. The toilet looks new and well-maintained. Will surely book again!

We were told there was a problem with the booking when we arrived. This took a long time to sort. The hotel was very noisy throughout the night, and we were in a downstairs room.

Hotel was nice and clean. It is close to Airport. Staff is friendly. Breakfast was not as I expected but it was ok.

Tru by Hilton Toronto Airport West was a very relaxing stay. The lobby was decorated very well in Christmas theme, and the free parking was a huge plus as not all hotels offer free parking around the Airport area. The room was very clean and the bedding was very comfortable. Complimentary breakfast was a huge plus, although having a few more menu options would have been better.

I’m happy for living here.

Had an early airport pickup…. This property was great. Airport/traffic noise was easily dealt with by setting the room fan on low. The blinds made the room very dark for sleeping. My only issue was the lack of a microwave in the room. Had to go to the lobby to heat up a dish I brought with me.

We had a n excllen stay. The shuttle brought us to and from the hotel/airport. The staff was professional, happy and helpful. The lobby was comfortable and relaxing with games and all day coffee/tea -- a nice place to spend time. Breakfast was good - eggs, toast, waffles, fruit, yogurt, oatmeal. They had gluten-free bread. The room was clean and comfortable - good bed, big bathroom, enough hangers, large tv, small office desk with a firm chair, wifi was fine. We didn't use the pool or gym, but the gym looked good -- small, but with some cardio equipment and free weights. We would definitely stay at this hotel again.
