Ich war hier für drei Tage zum Skifahren. Ein wirklich schönes Haus. Das Haus ist komplett renoviert und auf aktuellem Stand in Design und Technik. Es liegt leicht erhöht etwa 500m von beiden Bergbahnen in St. Ulrich entfernt. Es wird täglich in festen Zietfenster ein Shuttle-Service angeboten, der einen individuell zur Bergbahn fährt, oder auf Anruf wieder abholt Top Service, den ich alleridngs aufgrund der geringen Entfernung allerdings nicht in Anspruch genommen habe. Ich hatte ein Studio-Zimmer mit kleiner Küchenzeile, allerdings nur, damit ich einen ordentlichen Tisch zum Arbeiten hatte. Ein kleiner Balkon mt Blick aufd ie seier Alm. Das Zimmer ist recht klein, aber es fehlt an nichts. Komsetik-Artikel, Bademäntel, Latschen, etc. alles da. Für ein 3 Sterne Haus sicher nicht selbst verständlich und eher bei 4 und 5 Sterne Häusern zu erwarten. Auch das Frühstück lässt keien Wünsche offen. Alles da was man braucht und noch mehr Eierspeisen werden ausschließlich a la minute und nach Wunsch zubereitet. Spiegeleier, Rührei, Omelette, etc. DAs Hote verfügt nach eigener Interpretation über ein Bistro anstelle eines restaurants, steht dem aber eigentlich in nichts nach. Die Speisekarte ist klein, aber die Speisen von ordentlicher Qualität. ich hab ehier 2x gegesseb und war sehr zufrieden. Das Personal ist in allen Bereichen freundlich und zuvorkommend.beantwortet alle Fragen udn ist jederzeit behilflich. Der Spa-Bereich, ebenfalls neu, verfügt über Sauna, Dampfsaune, Liegebereich, Dachterrasse und Whirlpool. Getränke stehen ebenfalls zur Verfügung. Auch hier top. Einziger kleiner verbesserungsvorschlag: In den Duschen dort fehlt Duschgel oder Shampoo. Das zwingt einen zum nochmaligen Duschen im Zimmer. Vielleicht mal darüber nachdenken. Ansonsten wurden alle Erwartungen die ich an ein 3-Sterne Haus hatte übertroffen. Top.

I wholeheartedly recommend a visit to this place! Everything was simply perfect: the staff was extremely friendly, the rooms were impeccably clean, the views were stunning, and the food was delicious. Additionally, a major advantage of the hotel is its excellent location. The hotel organizes evenings with live music, offering complimentary snacks and drinks.

It was another unforgettable stay in Planlim. Very cosy, clean and welcoming family run butique hotel. Super friendly and helpful stuff! Private transfers to and from ski lifts. Already booked next year. Go there if there are some availability yet! :)

I would not hesitate to recommend the Planlim. It’s our second time staying there in two years and we can’t wait to go back. The rooms are clean and comfortable, the staff is very friendly, the property is impeccably maintained, great amenities (especially the sauna), and the breakfast is top-notch!

Great Family run hotel and a 7min walk to the centre of town. Service is excellent with the hotel well presented, (looks brand new!) Staff could not be friendly from the Ski Shuttle driver, cleaners, front desk (Luca) and the family owners( Bernadette, Eugene, Julian ) They have all gone out of their way to make our stay a memorable one from booking restaurants, giving ski run tips, organising transport etc. Bistro Lim is relatively new, food is good but the service needs a little work but that does not take the shine off this place. For a great ski trip it has everything you need: - great breakfast - Hotel Ski Shuttle that operates all day - Spa/ Sauna - Really large Ski/Board storage and dry room (with tools and a work bench to tune your equipment. We will be recommending this place to all our friends that venture to the Dolomites.

No hesitation recommending any aspect of a stay at this family hotel.Staff are professional, friendly and very knowledgeable about surrounding hikes etc. Rooms themselves are beautifully appointed and very clean. Our large group thoroughly enjoyed outdoor pool and the luxuriously appointed spa/sauna centre. Breakfast and dinner provisions were excellent. View out the rear of property is stunning. Town centre easily accessible by 10 min undulating walk. Will definitely return for another stay. Thank you

Everything about this hotel is lovey. The location is perfect, 5 minute walk to the city center. The owners are the nicest couple and make sure everything is top notch. The breakfast was high quality, the room large and well appointed, on site parking. I'm sad I'm not still there!!

Our hotel is a jewel in the intimate village of Ortesi, just outside the majestic Seceda mountain. The owner, Bernadette, is the epitome of graciousness. She made us feel so welcome, provided a welcome drink, with helped us with reservations and even gave us brushes for our muddy hiking boots after seeing the Seceda ridge. The rooms are luxurious and spotless, the beds are heavenly and the surroundings are gorgeous. We highly recommend this beautiful hotel in Ortesei.

Fantastic hotel with the most pleasant and helpful staff! Advice for hikes to take was given with lots of thought and attention to detail. Breakfast was delicious and very plentiful. Location was great as well once you get used to walking up and down the hills in town. Amenities were of a 4-5 star hotel! And views from the back balconies can’t be beat! Highly recommend this lovely hotel in a delightful village in the Dolomites!

Excellent hotel. Location is just outside city center so it is quieter but still an easy walk to town. Rooms are well designed. The bed mattress is very comfortable, though a bit small. The bedding was also nice and soft. The customer service is excellent. Loved the roof top hot tub! Room was a little hot for our taste at night when sleeping, but not much to be done about that is air-conditioning is not used in the Alps. Definitely recommend this hotel

Stunning views, incredibly clean, delicious breakfast, most helpful staff! Couldn’t have asked for more. We traveled with our one year old and they made it so easy. They had wonderful recommendations, especially for local restaurants.
