It was good but they don't provide hot water in the nite. As ooty temperature will be less even in summer we feel as winter so better carry heater. Rest of all good experience.

Good stay located in city centre. Everything is near to hotel. You can find many restaurant and shopping stores by walking few steps out from hotel

Property's location is nice, no food in hotel, rooms are not having exhaust fan, so toilet ventilation is not there. We booked 3 rooms 8 days back for all relatives but hotel given three different rooms on three different floors. We asked him about issue, he said all rooms booked today and you should tell us three rooms required at one place. I asked him we booked 8 days back how come rooms not available on same place. We are not satisfied with his service though property is nice. He did such issue for his own profit.

The staff made the whole experience amazing. They go above and beyond making sure you have everything you need and highly recommend it. The breakfast was really good, and the southern spice restaurant has a really good thali. Just make sure to visit the restaurant on an empty stomach.
