The hotel and stay were great but when we had a little maintenance issue, Ken saved the day. We called and he showed up within minutes. He was super helpful and really made our stay, that could have turned bad, into a great experience. Thanks Ken!

If you are hoping to cure your ******** habit then this is the place to go to. Never and I mean never have I played on machines so tight. This place will make you think twice before you ever drop money into a machine. It’s a joke. Here’s your warning, but again, if you’d like to stop ******** just make a one time trip to this place and when you leave you’ll never want to go to a ****** again.

Terrible first time experience!! They were informed it was my birthday too and they initially agreed to let us check in after 2 ..we showed back up at 3 and still no room available..then we waited till 430 before we could check in with no apologies. No manager of the hotel came to speak to us. No comps except from Gloria in pac from ******. Machines were terrible…no one was winning jackpots. Room is ok but service very poor. Will not come back. We are from Canada.

I give accolades to the owners of 12 Tribes casino/hotel. Because we are retired and do a lot of travel adventures, my husband & I have felt, over the past 4-5 years, that hotels lack proper maintenance and cleanliness as 'the old days". This trip was a happy surprise! From when we walked into the ******, the hotel employees were pleasant, helpful and courteous. The room was impeccable...clean, bright, quiet, and for these reasons, we will return.

My reviews are never heard! Not viewed! NOT replied to ever! For yrs. So, here I am with a new review in...(Jan 29), (year: 2024). Overall I do like it here. They did reduce down the beer prices back to 4 bucks! Many must have complained. Overall I like the rooms but there are very limited tv channels and as well as this bright flickering light on the smoke detector which is still so annoying. I have tried a few times over the yrs to address it and to only ignores though. I still like the hot tub and the jets work well and it is clean. The sauna was again shut down though. Please someone read this part! ... Please have the 80s music back on like you did for yrs and not just all current crap hits stuff only! Please have the music back on in the pool area! Service is very very hit and miss! Today I waited an extra 6 mins while my breakfast was ready up at the pass as the cooks rang the bell and said order up and I had to at the 6 min wait time mark say to the gal that it must be my order and it has been ready and starting to get cold for those 6 mins of extra wait. Then she went and checked and sure enough, ready long ago! No apology. When I tried to check in too, I did mention that I did request long in advance the 4th floor and I was unable to check in at 4 pm and had to wait until about 530 pm to finally check in! This was quite annoying please know. NO towels last night for pool and NO towels this am for pool either...how come? I went back up to room this am just soaked! I did not want to bug them anymore is thing as so short staffed it did seem. Please be better and do better for next time thanks! I am an understanding person and there is not much to do out there!

First the good, it will be short. The rooms are still nice and the beds are comfortable. End. We have been to this hotel/casino 7 or 8 times over the years. In that time we have watched it fall from grace. They only had 1 restaurant/pub open for 'service' while we were there and it was BRUTAL. The food was either over or under cooked and was disgusting. We didn't get a chance to complain, as that would require the server to come to our table. Apparently the staff must have had something more important to talk about around the bar amongst themselves. It's not a pretty sight to see all the dirty tables around you will you attempted to eat you 'food'. To be clear, we have eaten here in the past and had none of these experiences. Upon checkout the 2 parties ahead of us were expressing their disappointment of the restaurant as well; not to mention the couple we were chatting with at the hot tub. I see a pattern :( Moving on. The sauna was out of order this time, there were no pool towels to be had, and the once nice pool/hot tub area is falling to disrepair. Well, that's it from us, as I don't want to get into being woke up at 3am to a raging drunk having a fight with his other and pounding doors and walls. Really? I hope the hotel takes this criticism and works to fix this broken location. I hear Chelan doesn't have these issues.

Hotel room was fine, but I asked for a pet friendly room and was given a room on the second floor, which makes it difficult to take our pet out and no bags for pet waste, The ****** itself needs better air ventilation. It was so smoky that it was unbearable. It was our first time visiting and planned a birthday dinner at the restaurant. However, they closed it off to the public and only allowed VIPs that night. There was only one place to eat, and if you don’t mind your food being deep-fried I guess it’s fine, but we were looking for a nicer dinner for my wife’s birthday. We will never return to this establishment.
